These challenges imply the optimization of these services through biomedical, physical, psychological and socio-environmental interventions. ICT technologies can support the implementation of these healthcare services, e.g., the use of wearable devices to collect the physiological data, cloud technology to store big amounts of data and advanced data analytics algorithms to extract valuable conclusions and actionable knowledge. This work proposes a multi-agent system driven data analysis approach to characterize the daily physiological conditions of a group of elderly people institutionalized in a nursing home, supporting the healthcare professionals to monitor their behavior and promote an active aging. Therefore, as a university involved in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teacher training, we are interested in discovering to what extent the factors concerning teachers affect the learning of English in the e-society. This study is based on a mixed method design, and explores teacher's factors that intervene in the English language teaching-learning process, which affect students' learning in Ecuadorian high schools. The sample included 1155 Ecuadorian teachers. The data was collected through the application of a questionnaire designed to gather teachers' opinions, and observations to support the data obtained from the questionnaire. In order to establish the internal consistency of the items researched, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. With the generation of these web portals, a huge and deep change in social relations and communication models of the contemporary generation is undergoing. A reality no different in the atmosphere of political, activism and speech communication from the digital site. The objective of this research is to compare the contents and discourse of the two Twitter accounts, the personal one (@realDonaldTrump) and the institutional one (@POTUS), of the President of United States, Donald Trump, through the crossing of the data analysis, obtained between March 9th and April 5th, and by the application of the Pearson Correlation Coefficient (PCC). Therefore, based on the Agenda-Setting Theory, the method managed has been the analytical one, based on a mixed methodology (quantitative and qualitative) and effected with the FanPage Karma software and analytical file. Lack of adherence to the treatment of hypertension is a growing concern among health professionals. For this, m-Health solutions are increasingly evident, since they can automate processes and facilitate the inclusion of the patient's health conditions in a practical way and in any place, allowing the health professional to follow up. This work aims to report the development of an m-Health solution to automate the follow-up process for hypertensive patients. The solution will be comprised of an Android application for Smartphone Lifestyle App, integrated into a Smartwatch and Server Lifestyle, all components of the e-Lifestyle System. For the development of the Lifestyle App were used Android Studio, a Motorola Moto 360 watch and a LG K10 Smartphone. However, before they can become an effective communication medium, they need to move towards more open models, where users are able to contribute with their own content. The key challenge is how to share control with users while being able to guarantee that published content matches the social expectations of a place. The key contribution of this work is a wide perspective of the key moderation approaches described in the literature for pre-moderation and post-moderation. We have taken a comprehensive approach that uncovers the broad range of techniques that can be applied to support moderation of user-generated content, highlighting their specificities and how they can complement each other to provide a comprehensive approach to moderation in these scenarios. Nevertheless, not all information on services is fully accessible. The difficulty in keeping track of changes in services' costs causes delays and can result in waste of time and money. In fact, the decision of which service to use usually involves some level of uncertainty and risk. Hence, the user should have access to some form of decision support system that could be easily available through mobile applications. The power of these devices allows to apply knowledge areas already developed, carrying statistics with dynamic and interactive graphics, thus allowing for a more systematic control of services and corresponding expenses. In this work we analyze the existing related work on mobile decision support systems and propose an architecture of a decision support system using Mobile App Statistics. Tests were carried out with a car fuel app to support the decision of choosing the gas station at each point.
