At the same time, Hallyu content is settling down as a major genre in the global market. In particular, as the ‘Corona-19’ pandemic period that put the world in crisis has passed, Korean Wave content is in the limelight as the most adaptable cultural content in the non-face-to-face era using the OTT platform. At this time, research on utilizing the OTT platform is essential in connection with the sustainability of the Korean wave. In this regard, through a case study, this study investigates how the OTT platform was used in the Indonesian market for the globalization of Korean Wave content and sustainable Korean Wave. In particular, through the two cases of and , two Korean dramas that achieved the most tremendous success in the Indonesian market, it can compare how the platforms on which dramas were distributed before and after COVID-19 have changed. In-depth interviews were conducted to explore the perception of the two groups; people with disabilities, and women who are pregnant and/or in charge of rearing children. The factors that hinder them from tourism were divided into three categories of deficiency, inequality, and culture, and each category was divided into its own theme clusters respectively. The category of Deficiency is into three theme clusters of intrinsic, personal, and structural constraints, inequality into two of time and space, and culture into two of personal engagement and group communication. The policy supports to overcome the above system are divided into two categories of material resources and immaterial benefits. The category of material resources is into two theme clusters of ownership and the use, and immaterial benefits into two conveniences and normativity. The collected data were used to test hypotheses through frequency analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation and structural equation modeling as follows. First, it was found that reliability, professionalism, and sincerity, which are sub-factors of one-person media content creator attributes, had a positive (+) effect on relationship trust, which was a sub-factor of relationship quality, but had no effect on awareness. In addition, reliability and professionalism had a positive (+) effect on relationship commitment, but awareness and sincerity did not. Second, relationship trust was found to have a positive (+) effect on relationship commitment. Third, it was found that relationship trust and relationship commitment had a positive (+) effect on relationship solidarity, and it was analyzed that relationship trust had a greater impact than relationship commitment. Fourth, it was found that relationship trust and relationship commitment had a positive (+) effect on purchase intention. Fifth, it was found that relationship solidarity has a positive (+) effect on purchase intention. Therefore, one-person media content creators should strive to build reliability, improve professionalism, and produce authentic media, increase the quality of relationships such as relationship trust and relationship immersion, and promote solid relationship solidarity. And through this, it should be able to have a positive effect on purchase intention. This study provides academic implications by presenting a structural model of the relationship quality, relationship bonding, and purchase intention between one-person media content creators, thereby increasing understanding of consumer behavior. This exploratory study deals with the process by which Slam Dunk's original cartoon and then the theatrical animation, led to the success of both media, including books and theater sales. This study applies the macro framework of global integration and local adaptation in international business discipline, and the standardization versus localization debate at a micro level. As this paper is concerned with the adaptation, more specifically translation, of a cultural product, we utilized the Skopos theory of translation. In the process of translating Slam Dunk, not all components of the product were localized. Yet, the key elements, notably character names and school names, were successfully localized, thus reducing the psychic distance between readers and characters. Such perceived psychological proximity enhanced reality, thus leading to the success of the theatrical animation and the renaissance of the original manga. Young readers in the 1990s who cheered for Kang Baek-ho and the Buksan basketball team have matured into parenthood. These mature readers in the 2020s cheered Kang Baek-ho and Buksan Basketball Team again with a feeling of nostalgia by demonstrating their affection for the characters. The current younger generation has become attracted to culturally universal theme of overcoming hardships without succumbing to it. However, there have been fewer studies paying attention to empirically examining a constructed understanding of lived culture based on the perceptions of local cultural policy actors. \u0000This study classifies and characterizes local cultural policy actors’ perceptions of lived culture by identifying four major elements that construct the concept of lived culture in the context of cultural policy and applying latent profile analysis. The local cultural policy actors in this study refer to those who were engaged in mediating and supporting local residents’ grassroots creative activities in the city of Busan, including public officials, arts administrators, librarians, curators, artists, and activists. \u0000The analysis uncovers five latent profiles, which can be labeled as ‘higher group’, ‘medium group’, ‘lower group’, ‘social-impact-centered group’, and ‘cultural democracy-centered group’. \u0000It also confirms that each group is affected by the length of employment status, related work experience, and the types of affiliated organization. Based on the findings, this study argues for the need of training for local cultural policy actors to improve their conceptual understanding of lived culture in a broad sense and emphasizes to generate national-level statistical data on a regular basis. This paper estimates the consumer demand function for the SVOD(subscription VOD) OTT services considering that SVOD service is a differentiated goods and that consumer multi-homing behaviour exists. We find that consumers have different preferences for product attributes when selecting SVOD OTT services, and that there is heterogeneity of preferences depending on consumers’ demographic characteristics. This study also estimates the consumers’ WTP(willingness to pay) for the original contents of OTT services based on the estimated demand function and the change in the number of subscribers due to the increase in the number of original contents by domestic OTT firms. We find that consumers have a higher WTP for original contents than non-original contents and the increase rate of OTT selection in accordance with the increase in the number of original contents is also higher than that of non-original contents. To this end, a survey was conducted on 314 YouTube Premium subscribers who mainly listen to music through YouTube Music. As a result of the analysis, among the selection factors, only personalization, system quality, content sufficiency, and pricing plan had significant positive effects on the satisfaction and continued use intention of YouTube Music users, but UGC service and content diversity did not.
