The implementation method follows a gradual process consisting of stages of information exchange, question and answer, discussion, and demonstration. SIK is the main form of the National Health System (SKN) which is used as a component in health-oriented development. An information system that is structured and conceptualized will produce good output and the information is faster, more complete. Information technology is developing rapidly and has an impact on all aspects of life, including health information. One of the health information that has the highest incidence of disease cases among 10 cases of infectious diseases at the bulili health center is diarrheal disease. In order to control and overcome the incidence of disease or health problems and conditions that affect the increase and transmission of diarrheal diseases, it is necessary to provide fast and accurate information in order to direct effective and efficient control and control measures by implementing an integrated surveillance health information system and increasing the number of officers who able to operate a health information system. The counseling activity used a descriptive method with the Human Organization Technology Fit (Hot Fit) approach which was carried out at the Bulili Health Center, Palu City, in November 2021. The existence of this coir industry/entrepreneur on the environment is very important. This means that this industry is very helpful to the people in the village, because it absorbs workers. Based on the results of the situation analysis from partner industries, the problem that needs to be solved is that there is no working tool in the form of a reliable coconut coir combing machine, which has a low failure rate for mass decomposed coir. The method offered in this program is the applicative method, meaning that it is approached by scientific methods that apply in the process of designing and manufacturing products or tools. This fiber combing machine has a capacity of 10,000 coconuts per day, or 1250 pieces per hour. This machine will later be donated/given to entrepreneurs/coconut craft industry. The purpose of this activity is to assist partner industries in increasing the production capacity of coconut coir woven between 20-25 times compared to conventional systems. The development carried out by the village is intended to be truly beneficial for all residents. So far, most villages in Indonesia have not been able to carry out legal missions. This is evidenced by the existence of a complete village without entangling the community with a transparent development plan. In addition, there are villages that try to involve the community through the “musrenbangdes” mechanism, but not all community components are invited to the “musrenbangdes”. As a result of non-participatory development planning, the benefits of village development are not felt by all levels of society, so the development program is not successful. The USK staff conducts training on village development planning, budgeting, and evaluation of village development results in Payakameng Village as an effort to realize a participatory village development plan. Representatives from all levels of the village community (village residents, administrators of social organizations, village government) participated in these activities. As long as people with diabetes mellitus are at home, they cannot be directly supervised by nurses, unlike when they are in the hospital. So it needs to be conveyed to patients and their families how to modify the environment to maintain blood sugar stability and keep diabetes mellitus patients from developing diabetes wounds. The purpose of implementing community nursing concepts and theories that have been obtained at the academic stage is actually in providing community nursing care to the elderly at the Pelita Hati Panti Foundation in Loru village, Sigi Biromaru sub-district, Sigi district. The method used is the strategy of conducting health education for diabetes mellitus. Based on the results of Diabetes Mellitus Health counseling and exercise for the elderly in Loru village, Biromaru District, Sigi Regency, the conclusions in this counseling are: From the results of the health counseling, some patients have less knowledge about diabetes mellitus. The results of the counseling showed that there was significant progress by the elderly after counseling in terms of knowledge about diabetes mellitus.
