The project is implemented by involving lecturers as change agents leading community engagement activities and engaging the local community. Strategic steps include enhancing the research capacity of lecturers, providing training, and developing educational and literacy programs in the community. Through training sessions and workshops, Indonesian language lecturers are empowered to adopt innovative research methods relevant to the developments in language and literature. Additionally, they actively participate in initiating literacy and language programs that directly benefit the local community, such as writing workshops, language lectures, and creative literacy activities. The results of this community engagement show a significant improvement in the quality of research and literacy activities among Indonesian language lecturers. Lecturers are able to integrate their research findings into curriculum development and teaching materials, thereby positively impacting student learning. Furthermore, community literacy activities contribute significantly to enhancing understanding and appreciation of language and literature at the community level. This community service not only enhances the competence of lecturers but also encourages the transfer of knowledge and skills to the community. Recognizing the need for employment opportunities among youths from lower to middle-income backgrounds, this initiative focuses on providing hands-on skills through training in planning and installing solar panels in residential homes. Consequently, young individuals can become skilled workers in solar panel installation, creating job opportunities, and improving their economic well-being. This training aims to address the increasing demand for renewable energy solutions and the growing interest in solar power adoption among homeowners. Participants will learn about the principles of solar energy, site assessment, system design, installation techniques, and safety procedures. The purpose of data acquisition is to collect data that is accurate, reliable, and useful for further analysis or decision-making. In introducing the concept of data acquisition, acquisition introduction training was conducted for the teaching staff. Data acquisition training covers the process of transferring data from sensors to Google Sheets. For teaching staff at SMK Negeri 2 Banda Aceh, the use of Google Spreadsheets is still too common. Therefore, the community service team successfully carried out training activities on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. The training included an introduction to the ESP8266 microcontroller, then continued with the introduction of Google Spreadsheets, taught how to assemble hardware in the form of DHT11 sensors and ESP8266 microcontrollers, and carried out the process sending data as well as storing data on Google Sheets. One effort that can be taken is to conduct socialization on corruption prevention through problem-based learning methods at TK Al-Kawanad. This method can help children understand the dangers of corruption and how to prevent it through direct experience in solving corruption problems. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of problem-based learning methods in socializing corruption prevention at TK Al-Kawanad. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that problem-based learning methods are effective in improving children's understanding of the importance of corruption prevention and how to prevent it. In addition, children are also more motivated and involved in learning through this method. In February 2023, a socialization of the zakat counter application was held for the people of Bireun Regency. This activity aims to increase understanding of zakat and facilitate the process of calculating zakat. In this event, the public was given an explanation on how to use the zakat counter application and it was hoped that they would be able to calculate zakat more easily and accurately. The expected results are increasing awareness about the importance of zakat and benefiting from the zakat counter application in helping the process of calculating zakat more effectively and efficiently. With the zakat counter application, it is hoped that it can increase the amount of zakat collected to help people in need. In addition, this socialization is also expected to strengthen cooperation between the government and the community in developing a better zakat calculating application in the future. This training is expected to make participants more independent in trading and able to maximize the use of ATS and AMT to gain profits in their investments. In addition, this training is expected to make a positive contribution in increasing financial literacy and investment in society. However, this needs to be done in a structured and comprehensive manner so that capital market participants understand the potential risks that may arise when using Automated Trading Systems and Autopilot Manual Trading in their investment activities. The recommendation that can be made is to hold regular training and outreach, both by regulators, securities companies, and capital market associations. With effective training and outreach as well as strict supervision, it is hoped that capital market players will be able to optimize their investment potential by avoiding unwanted risks. Therefore, counseling and administrative training activities were carried out using the counseling and training method which consisted of 3 stages, namely counseling on the importance of administrative activities, administrative training using Microsoft Office software, and archiving training. The people who were involved in this service activity were the Sarsang Hamlet Bamuskam, the Head of the RT of Sarsangg Hamlet, and the Head of the RW of Sarsangg Hamlet. The expected result of this community service activity is that Sarsangg Hamlet officials have the ability in administrative activities and administrative filing. It is hoped that the acquired skills will become material for consideration for the Regional Government of Merauke Regency to make Sarsangg Hamlet a definitive Sarsangg Village, especially in terms of human resources who have good administrative skills.
