Populasi dalam Penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN 104231 Batang Kuis yang berjumlah 67 siswa dan sampelnya adalah kelas V-A dan kelas V-B yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan jenis sampling purposive. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16. Hasil Temuan ini menunjukkan : 1) Kemampuan membaca siswa yang sudah diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan media Flashcard meningkat dari sebelumnya. 2) Nilai rata-rata siswa yang diperoleh lebih baik yakni mencapai 69% kategori baik dari nilai sebelum mendapat perlakuan dengan menggunakan media Flashcard yaitu 39,8% (kurang baik) 3) Terdapat pengaruh media Flashcard terhadap keterampilan membaca siswa kelas V SDN 104231 Batang Kuis T.A 2017/2018. Yakni penggunaan media Flashcard lebih meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa dibandingkan dengan model Konvensional. Therefore, researchers seek to apply one of the talking stick learning models to improve student’s value. The design of this study used the type of PTK with the research subjects being all students of class VB MIS Al Manar, totaling 31 students consisting of 16 male students and 15 female students. The data collection technique by observation, tests, and interviews. Interference in language can affect all aspects of grammar such as syntax. This study aims to discuss the syntactic interference of the Mandailing language for students of the Indonesian Tadris Study Program. At the same time to describe (1). the influence of interference between the Mandailing language and Indonesian on the Indonesian language study program; (2). factors that cause language interference; (3). comparison of the interference of the Mandailing and Indonesian languages in the form of interference of words, phrases and clauses in sentences. This research uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research is descriptive research. The location of this research is in the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. Of course it involves Indonesian Tadris students. The research data is in the form of a regional language (mandailing) which is commonly used by students in Indonesian language schools and its surroundings. The data source is determined by snowball sampling technique. The research data was collected by observation techniques, interviews. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran perpustakaan dalam penyelesaian tugas akhir mahasiswa dan kendala apa saja yang di hadapi pengelola perpustakaan dalam menyediakan fasilitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan melibatkan jasa informan dalam pengumpulan data. Data yang dikumpulkan mengunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan data dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peran perpustakaan sangatlah besar terhadap penyelesaian tugas akhir mahasiswa. Ketersediaan buku sebagai alat referensi haruslah sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa. Sarana dan prasarana yang ada di perpustakaan Universitas Quality menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan bagi penunjang kemudahan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir. The purpose of this article is to discuss: (1) the process of developing movie studio media to improve reading skills in grade 1 elementary school; and (2) the feasibility of animated video media to improve reading skills in grade 1 SD. The research used is research on the development of the Thiagarajan et al model or the 4D model. The research subjects consisted of three validator who was an expert on media and Indonesian material. The object of research is animated video-based media using \"Movie Studio\" to improve reading skills on the material What Sounds?. The research instruments used were: validator questionnaire sheets and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical formulas for the percentage of mean scores. The results showed that the development product was in the form of animated video media on the material Sounds of What? with reading skills. Media \"Movie Studio\" on material Sounds What? developed proved to be very feasible for use by grade 1 students for SD. This research was used to examine the types of bilinguasm according to Weinrich in the speeches of public figures through the BW Official YouTube account which was uploaded on July 14 2018 as a data source. Weinrich’s types of bilingualism are described into three types, namely subordinative, coordinative and plural bilingualism. In this study, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents. The results showed that 98% of respondents knew slang terms and 96% of respondents absorbed slang faster than Indonesian. In addition, 8% of respondents use slang with family, 82% of respondents use slang with classmates, and 86% of respondents use slang with friends outside campus. Lastly, this study shows that slang can erode Indonesian. Factors that influence the widespread use of slang include the need to follow trends, interaction with the social environment, and the influence of social media. Kehidupan dunia, dengan segala hingar bingarnya, yang selalu menawarkan keindahan, kegembiraan, dan segala kebahagiaan. Namun kehidupan yang hanya menawarkan keindahan, kegembiraan, dan kebahagiaan semu tersebut terus diburu oleh manusia tersebut. Kehidupan semu itu pula yang membuat manusia kadang lupa kalau masih ada kehidupan setelah kehidupan semu tersebut. Bahwa masih ada sebuah kehidupan, tempat manusia mempertanggungjawabkan segala perbuatannya di dunia, pada sebuah kehidupan yang abadi.Keadaannya tidak pula berbeda dengan kondisi remaja kita saat ini, siswa yang masih mengenyam pendidikan, apalagi yang sama sekali tidak mengenal pendidikan. Para remaja kita selalu dikejar-kejar waktu untuk mengisi hari-harinya. Mulai dari bangun tidur, ke sekolah, bimbingan belajar, belajar malam di rumah. Begitu seterusnya, dan tujuannya hanya untuk mengagung-agungkan dua buah kata yang bernama: masa depan! Yang disayangkan, konsep masa depan yang ada dalam pikiran siswa (mungkin juga orang tuanya) adalah masa depan untuk kehidupan dunia. Tidak pernah terpikir kalau masa depan yang sesungguhnya adalah kehidupan ukhrawi.Untuk itu dalam tulisan ini akan dicoba dikembangkan sebuah pembelajaran berwawancara yang kreatif dalam bentuk dialog imajiner dengan Rasulullah SAW. Pembelajaran dengan dialog imajiner dengan Rasulullah SAW ini diharapkan akan mampu meggali potensi siswa yang terpendam dan diwujudkan dengan kreativitas yang tinggi. Yang paling utama lagi adalah tumbuhnya rasa cinta kepada Rasulullah SAW dan membentuk sebuah sikap dalam diri mereka, bahwa yang pantas dan harus mereka idolakan setelah Allah SWT adalah Rasulullah SAW.Setelah dicobakan dalam sebuah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) dalam dua siklus, maka pembelajaran ini ternyata sangat berhasil. Perolehan nilai rata-rata siswa sangat bagus, yaitu 85,95 pada siklus utama. Selain itu, tanggapan siswa dan guru teman sejawat pada pembelajaran ini sangat apresiatif. Hampir semua siswa merasa senang dengan pembelajaran ini karena mereka seperti dipertemukan dengan idola mereka yang sangat mereka rindukan untuk bertemu, yaitu Rasulullah SAW.Yang paling penting adalah, siswa ternyata telah mampu mengubah paradigma yang selama ini mengidalakan artis, politikus, negarawan, atlet, dan sebagainya dan setelah PBM mereka mulai mengidolakan Rasulullah SAW. Ini berarti siswa-siswa tersebut diharapkan akan mulai menggali lebih mendalam lagi tentang Rasulullah SAW, terutama tentang kepemimpinannya yang sangat dicintai, sangat dipercaya, pembimbing, sangat berkepribadian, dan pemimpin abadi.Karena itu pula, pembelajaran ini sangat baik dan sesuai digunakan dimana saja, tanpa melihat ruang dan waktu karena medianya hanya menggunakan teknik imajiner.
