In 2014 September, National Development and Reform Commission jointly with the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Finance and nine other departments jointly issued the “Notice on Accelerating the Promotion of Health and Elderly Services Project Construction”, formally referred to the “medical combined with nursing” expression for the first time. Since then, various industries have been actively exploring the retirement model of “medical combined with nursing”, the insurance industry has also been actively participating in exploring the layout. The retirement model of “medical combined with nursing” can integrate medical and nursing resources to effectively address the reality of China’s demographic situation. In this context, this paper analyzes the participation of China’s commercial insurance companies in the retirement model of “medical combined with nursing” and puts forward optimization suggestions.","PeriodicalId":343833,"journal":{"name":"International Business & Economics Studies","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127740226","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Currently, the concept of ESG in China is still in its early stages, and there is limited research on ESG practices and their theoretical foundation for SRUN enterprises. These enterprises face various challenges such as complex corporate governance, lack of resources and funding, difficulties in technological and digital transformation, and rigid organizational structures and decision-making mechanisms. However, the introduction of ESG practices can improve corporate governance, reduce risks and financing costs, enhance enterprise efficiency, and promote high-quality development of enterprises. Therefore, this paper suggests that SRUN enterprises should proactively identify key issues related to ESG, choose appropriate ESG topics, and incorporate ESG concepts into their operational management to enhance their sustainability. In addition, by improving innovation and flexibility, strengthening cooperation with stakeholders, and continuously improving and monitoring, SRUN enterprises can better implement ESG practices. This research provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for SRUN enterprises to implement ESG practices, and points out the direction for future research in related fields.","PeriodicalId":343833,"journal":{"name":"International Business & Economics Studies","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116770392","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Our findings are as follows. (1) The threshold for the retailer to participate in the game during peak season is greater than that in the off-season, while the manufacturer's threshold is the opposite. (2) The platform should reduce commissions during peak season, factories should reduce wholesale prices, and the retailer should increase sales price. (3) The increase in price sensitivity coefficient, inventory cost and production cost are all detrimental to the platform, whereas an increase in the cross-price sensitivity coefficient is usually beneficial. (4) Whether it is the peak season or the off-season, the increase in demand fluctuations is bad for all chain members.","PeriodicalId":343833,"journal":{"name":"International Business & Economics Studies","volume":"1660 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120932773","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this regard, the project’s first step was to conduct library studies and collect information. In this regard, it was investigated with a review of the theoretical foundations and internal and external research related to the use of crowdsourcing in the development of open strategy. In this research, due to the lack of research based on the use of crowdsourcing in developing an open strategy and the need to know how to explain the phenomenon in a real context, it is inevitable to follow a qualitative paradigm. On the other hand, the need to purify the factors, explain the model, as well as examine the state of the model and its components and relationships descriptively requires the use of quantitative methods, so a mixed approach that includes qualitative and quantitative methods will be used. First is the organization’s semi-structured interview, which includes crowdsourcing in developing an open strategy and how to rank the factors. The research method was carried out purposefully in the qualitative part of the research and stratified randomly in the quantitative part. They are in the qualitative phase of interviews with managers and vice presidents of Cable manufacturing companies in the United States, interviews will continue until theoretical saturation is reached. The research tool in the qualitative part will be determined by using the exploratory method of using the components of crowdsourcing in developing an open strategy and the factors affecting it, the sampling method in the qualitative part is purposeful. The research tool in the qualitative part of the exploratory interview is semi-structured, and in the qualitative part, the analysis of the interviews was done using the foundational data analysis method. And finally, the final model has been presented and fitted.","PeriodicalId":343833,"journal":{"name":"International Business & Economics Studies","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129417289","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper mainly uses the stack Difference In Difference method to judge the relationship between the two and further proves the time-invariant through the stack event study method. Moreover, the CS model (double robust) was used to observe the different effects of different periods. This study attempts to discover the causes of early adolescent smoking and, to some extent, verify the possibility that cigarettes and marijuana are complementary commodities. This study found that marijuana decriminalization policies increased adolescents’ likelihood of smoking before age 13 by about 0.173%. At the same time, the time study shows that the policy may have a lag effect.","PeriodicalId":343833,"journal":{"name":"International Business & Economics Studies","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114066446","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This has systematically transformed the accounting process from a traditional analog to a digital system. It is on this note that this study examined how disruptive technology affects the efficacy of accounting practice in Nigeria. This study employed a survey research method with the use of a structured questionnaire distributed among professional bodies in Ekiti, Osun, and Ondo States, South Western Nigeria. Regression analysis of Ordinary Least Squares coupled with correlation analysis were employed. The results revealed that artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data, and the internet of things had a significant positive effect on the controlled variable in Nigeria. The results also revealed that cloud computing had insignificant negative effect on the dependent variable. With the F Statistics (7.113) = 109.747, P = 0.000 < 0.05), the results showed a significantly strong relationship between the controlling and controlled variables. It is, thus, recommended the pivotal need for accounting practitioners to enhance their knowledge of disruptive technologies through training and retraining, and continuous attendance of related workshops organized by the respective professional bodies in Nigeria.","PeriodicalId":343833,"journal":{"name":"International Business & Economics Studies","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131363300","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
