The commodities of the Wadas Village area are able to encourage their economic welfare. By the time, the welfare of the community has been disturbed by the planning of building the Bener Dam which exploits andesite stones from Wadas Village. This condition triggers conflict between the local community, the government and also the police. The purpose of this discussion is to review the development plan and the dynamics of social conflict in the plan for the construction of the Bener Dam and ansesite stones mining in Wadas Village which is viewed from the conflict theory of Karl Marx. The method of this research  is a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach. The results of the study found that the people of Wadas Village refused andesite mining as a material for the Bener Dam because it threatens water sources and erodes agricultural land which is used as an economic source. From the perspective of Karl Marx, the conflict was seen government as the bourgeoisie and the people of Wadas Village as the proletariat. The Covid-19 pandemic of course makes us limit all interactions and also maintain distance between each other, even communication is hampered, including communication between teachers and students at SMP N 1 Laubaleng. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive format. In analyzing the data, the writer uses techniques, namely, data collection techniques, namely observation, documentation and interviews. This interview as supporting data for the main data of the SPSS test from the results of the questionnaire answers that have been distributed to students. In this study, primary data was obtained through filling out a questionnaire by 101 students studying social studies at SMP N 1 Laubaleng. In this study there are 2 variables, namely: Free Variable, namely Online Learning (X) and Bound Variable, namely Student Learning Achievement (Y). The results showed that, the communication between teachers and students of SMP N 1 Laubaleng was in the medium category. Student learning activities in social studies subjects are also in the medium category. But looking at the existing reality, there are still correctional institutions that experience overcapacity so that the fulfillment of rights has not been carried out optimally. One of them is the Semarang Class II-A Women's Correctional Institution with a total population of 249 people as of September 2020, even though the capacity is 174 people. The purpose of this study is to describe the fulfillment of the rights of prisoners and efforts to fulfill the rights of prisoners in the Class II-A Women's Correctional Institution Semarang. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the fulfillment of prisoners' rights went well such as the right to worship, spiritual and physical care, education, health and food, submitting complaints, getting reading materials, premiums, receiving visits, remission, assimilation, political rights. While the rights that are still lacking are: access to wartelsus and video telephones, provision of equipment and food portions for prisoners. The spread of the Covid-19 virus which has reached 226 countries has caused the death toll to continue to rise. To date, the total number of Covid-19 cases worldwide stands at 505 million cases with a death toll of 6 million. Various efforts have been made by the government together with the medical team to find ways to stop virus Covid-19. One of them is by creating a vaccine that is considered capable of reducing the death rate caused by the Covid-19. Asia, as the region that was first affected by this virus and is considered the area where the Covid-19 virus emerged, certainly brings a lot of speculation and opinion from other countries. This is what is then felt by Asian students who continue their education abroad, one of which is in Egypt. Of course this has an impact on the communication experience they feel during this pandemic due to their status as students who come from countries in Asia. The purpose of this study was to determine the interpersonal communication experience experienced by Asian students who are currently in Egypt as an area affected by COVID-19.The method used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The data collection technique used is interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model analysis. And the data validity technique in this study uses source triangulation. The results of the study showed that there were unpleasant experiences experienced by Asian students where they were discriminated against as Asian and accused of causing the corona virus in Egypt. The forms of treatment received by the Asian students included being quipped when they were in public places such as on roads, markets or shopping centers. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach. The design is action research. The informan are the teachers and school principal of SD Negeri 02 Percontohan Bukittinggi West Sumatera. The method of data collection: interviews, observations, and documentation. The technique to determine data validation: credibility, transferability, dependabilitu, and confirmability. The data analize: data redection, data display and data conclusion. The result proved that before development: electronic supervision hardware only can be used in principal room with one computer, supervisor don’t understand about step by step electronic supervision, supervisor have no working procedure of electronic supervision, feed back and follow up the electronic supervision haven’t done rapidly. Teacher performance is no so good in class room management, learning and teaching activity, and communicating with the student. After development: electronic supervision hardware developed rapidly, supervisor can supervisi the teacher in all over the school with some computer, laptop, and handphone also. Supervisor understood electronic supervision procedure, feed back and follow up of electronic supervision done by making agreement with the teacher. The research method used is a descriptive-qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation and interview activities that do not provide treatment, manipulation or changes in the variables studied. The results of this study showed that the application of limited face-to-face learning still follows the standards of health protocols, during learning has carried out 3M, namely wearing a mask before entering the classroom, washing hands using soap and running water and entering the classroom regularly and maintaining distance. Mahasiswa harus mampu merencanakan karir, mampu beradaptasi dan mampu menguasai teknologi masa kini (kemampuan beradaptasi karir abad 21) (Y). Faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah aktualisasi diri (X1) dan keterampilan komunikasi (X2). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Deskripsi X1, X2, Y, (2) Hubungan X1 dengan Y; (3) Hubungan X2 dengan Y, (4) Hubungan X1 dan X2 dengan Y. Penelitian ini merupakan Ex Post Facto dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling tipe jenuh sebanyak 97 responden. Variabel X1, X2 dan Y memiliki tingkat reliabilitas secara berurutan yaitu 0,903, 0,831, dan 0,885. Nilai Kontribusi Efektif pada X1 dan X2 adalah 46,92% dan 27,98%. Nilai Kontribusi Relatif pada X1 dan X2 adalah 63% dan 37%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyatakan jika, peringkat peserta didik di Indonesia masih relatif rendah, dikarenakan peserta didik masih lemah dalam menyelesaikan soal yang membutuhkan penalaran dan analisis. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu, untuk mengembangkan soal SPLSV yang berbasis HOTS di SMP/MTs yang valid, praktis serta efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Subjek ujicoba dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas VII di MTS I Attanwir, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 40 siswa, dan untuk memfokuskan data, dipilih 3 siswa yang mewakili dari kemampuan tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas oleh pakar ahli materi, keabsahan soal, daya pembeda, tingkatan kesulitan, reabilitas test, dan pengujian t-test. This study aims to determine, analyze, and describe the implementation of the Islamic Studies program, character values, and the implications of the Islamic Studies program on student character building. This research is a qualitative research with case study method. Data collection used: observation, interviews, documentation studies, and questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that: 1) in limited face-to-face learning, the implementation of the Islamic Studies program went well, 2) the character values ​​in the Islamic Studies program included: religious, hard work, responsibility, fond of reading, disciplined, independent, love peaceful, appreciative of achievement, and communicative, 3) the implementation of the Islamic Studies program has significant implications for the character building of students with 84% of students responding correctly and 16% of students answering incorrectly.
