However, the domestic economy is able to influence the issuance of sukuk, so the further analysis of sukuk by looking at the macroeconomic factors needs to be done. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of inflation and industrial production index (IPI) on total corporate Sukuk emissions in Indonesia during the 2014-2018 period. The type of this study is quantitative research. The secondary data used are obtained from Bank Indonesia (BI), Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). The results show that inflation has a negative and significant effect. Pegadaian (Persero) Surabaya Region XII Office from an Islamic perspective. The purpose of this research was to determine whether the implementation of recruitment at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Surabaya Region XII Office is in accordance with an Islamic perspective. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research using primary data from interviews and secondary data from company annual data and literature studies. Based on the results of research and previous discussions, it showed that the recruitment at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office XII Surabaya still has not fully implemented recruitment in accordance with Islamic principles. Therecruitment is still centered at the head office, hence the recruitment in conventional and Islamic units are still carried out in the same system. There are no specific guidelines and criterias for recruitment at Islamic unit in Pegadaian. Attract competition among buyers competing in price and quality of service to attract customers. This study aims to study how the relationship between price and service quality on customer loyalty in the Kapasan Surabaya market. This type of research is quantitative research using data collection through a questionnaire with incidental sampling method. Data analysis used multiple correlation test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and coefficient of determination test (R2 test). The results of this study indicate that the price variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty and the service quality variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty. To obtain the data, the researcher used a closed-ended questionnaire. The analysis data used simple linear regression analyzed test and partial test. This study found the results of the t-test were at a significant value with a magnitude of 0.00 so that it was greater than 0.05 which meant that the variable quality of service had a significant influence and a good direction on customer satisfaction. While the results of the determinant coefficient test (R2) were at the value of 0.145 which meant that service quality variables had an effect of 14.5 percent on customer satisfaction. The result of this study indicate that service quality has a very positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of murabaha, mudaraba and musharaka financing on profitability projected on ROA using objects, namely 9 Islamic banks in Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) which have reached the research criteria. Data from this study are in the form of financial statements from the bank's website for the 2014-2018 period. This study uses a saturated sample by involving the intire population to be sampled. In thi study there were 30 employee of funding marketing in Muamalat Bank Surabaya Branch from 3 different branches namely The Main Branch Office-Mas Mansyur, The Main Branch Office-Darmo, and The Main Branch Office-Mayjend Sungkono. The data collection technique applied in this research is a questionnaire with a list of questions addressed to the respondent using a Likert scale in the checklist-shaped with 5 options answer. The test measuring instruments such as multiple linear regression and hypothesis test consists of t-test, f-test, and determination coefficient (R2) are employed as the data analysis technique. The finding resulted that, simultaneously, the variable of achievement motivation and compensation is positively influenced the performance of funding marketing employees in Muamalat Bank Surabaya Branch. Meanwhile, partially, it resulted that achievement motivation and compensation are significantly and positively impacted the performance of the employees. While the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test gives an effect of 46.2% on the performance of marketing funding employees at Muamalat Bank Surabaya. The results of this research can be concluded that the waqf information system (SIWAK) has been effective and can reduce waqf land disputes in Surabaya. But only on waqf land that already has waqf pledge deed (AIW). With SIWAK, the ministry of religion (KEMENAG) can also facilitate the certification of waqf land in Surabaya. With the assistance of coun selors from the religious affairs office (KUA) to follow up all available waqf land. If a waqf land is found that has pledged but not entered into the waqf information system (SIWAK) the data input will be entered into the system. Religious factors become one of the factors driving the optimization of performance achievement wich must be maximized. This study aims to determine how the influencer of religiosity on the performance of muslim employees in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Pamekasan. This research is quantitative study with a population of 48 employees in the Pamekasan Regency PDAM office, all of wich were used as reseach samples. Questionnaire is used as a data collection method using a likert scale as a measurement tool. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, partial test (T) and the coefficient of determination (R²) test using SPSS version 23. The result of simple linear regression analysis showed the regression coefficient was a 1 then employee performance has increased by 0,028. T test results are at a significance value of 0,828 > 0,05, wich means that the variable of religiosity does not affect employee performance.
