Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on sentiment analysis about online lectures taken according to student comments via tweets on the Twitter platform. The extracted tweets data will then be analyzed using machine learning to predict student sentiment about online lectures. The multilayer perceptron algorithm is used in research because it can solve non-linear problems well and is easy to implement without complicated parameter settings. However, multilayer perceptron is a supervised learning algorithm so it requires data that has been labeled/classified. So that to label the data of online lecture tweets, lexicon-based sentiment analysis is used. A total of 2,391 Indonesian-language tweets were successfully extracted. The results of the study using lexicon-based showed that as many as 63.9% gave negative sentiments towards online lectures, and 29% gave positive sentiments while the remaining 7.1% gave neutral sentiments. However, there has been many obstacles and problems that hinder learning activities. It has been implemented in all level of education in Indonesia even more during pandemic Covid-19. DES is one of the innovations that have been adopted in education sector, hence its kind of technology can influence the intention of learning. The purpose of this study is to measure an individual perception on behavioural intention to use of Distance Education Systems (DES) in the province of DKI Jakarta area. Researchers used a combination of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) research models. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which only selects the students of Islamic Junior high school (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri/MAN) in the province of DKI Jakarta area. The data analysis method used is PLS-SEM with the product software of SmartPLS 3.3.3. The results of the study indicate that 8 out of 13 hypotheses are accepted. The variable that has the greatest influence on behavioural intention to use is compatibility mediated by perceived usefulness. The results found that three IDT variables (relative advantages, complexity, trialability) have a significant effect on the perceived usefulness variable, then lead to it has a significant relationship on behavioral intention to use. In addition, the two of IDT variable namely compatibility and trialability have significant effect on the perceived ease of use then it has a significant effect on behavioral intention to use. As the result, the Indonesian Government has issued Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 regarding Electronic-Based Government Systems in providing guidance to government agencies and businesses to implement online governance tools used for public services. This study aims to develop concept of e-government agility for Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra, Indonesia. It focuses on three factors: technology, behavior, and government organizations. This study utilizes qualitative research methods with identified informants including executive, legislative, and government agencies. The research findings indicate that the Ogan Ilir community is affected by three technological factors: accessibility, legal papers, and the presence of an independent service infrastructure. Leadership, rules and processes, and the moderation of information systems will directly shape the behavior of e-government users, therefore it is hoped that the Ogan Ilir government will be able to execute the concept of e-government agility. In term of organization factors, there are three organizational characteristics, including clear procedural structure and strong governance. In terms of academic contribution, this study provides a better understanding of the critical factors for the adoption of e-government agility from the perspective of local government, Government Agencies, and legislatures. Based on the Air Quality Index (AQI) website, Jakarta is in sixth place which the city with the worst air quality in the world an AQI value of 156 (unhealthy). One of the things that can overcome this problem is forecasting. Forecasting can be useful for the government and society to take the necessary steps towards air quality control in the future. One of the methods for forecasting is Prophet model. In its application, the Prophet model can be implemented with several methods, namely applying holiday components, seasonal additional monthly periods, and hyper-parameter tuning with Bayesian Optimization. The testing process is carried out using daily data from ISPU DKI Jakarta (2010 to 2019) obtained from the Open Data Jakarta website with data from 2010 to 2018 as training data and 2019 data as test data. The results of these tests show that the Prophet model is quite well implemented for forecasting most of the pollutant parameters, namely PM10, SO2, CO, and O3. Then, the application of holiday components, additional seasonal monthly periods, and hyperparameter tuning with Bayesian Optimization is able to increase the accuracy of the Prophet model on some pollutant parameters. With customers, Loyalty is affected by Brand Equity, and Customer Trust is important with every company's product or service. Researchers analyzed the Effect of Brand Equity and Increased Customer Loyalty through Digitizing Services and Digitizing Products with Intervening Variables of Customer Satisfaction. The research was performed on 100 customers in Jakarta. This research method uses a descriptive research design model with a questionnaire data collection method. Data processing used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that all-digital Brand Equity affects Customer Loyalty. Customer Trust affects increasing Customer Loyalty. Brand Equity and Customer Trust have no effect on Customer Loyalty with the Intervening Variable of Customer Satisfaction. The existence of a system and information technology can help ongoing business processes but can have an impact or risk if the proper mitigation is not carried out. It is known that the problems are damage to databases, servers, and computer equipment due to bad weather, network connections being lost due to power outages, data loss due to not having backup data, and human error. This resulted in PMIS being inaccessible for some time, thus hampering ongoing business processes and causing financial losses. This study aims to identify risks, conduct a risk assessment using the failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) method, and provide mitigation recommendations based on the ISO/IEC 27002:2013 standard. The analysis results obtained 50 failure modes categorized into five asset categories, and six failure modes have a high level. Then provide mitigation recommendations based on the ISO/IEC 27002:2013 Standard, which has been adapted to the needs of Human Resources Development Agency. The chosen method is a combination classification method between k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) and Lexicon Based. Before classifying, the pre-processing stage of this study was carried out first including cleaning, case folding, tokenizing, normalization, stopword removal and stemming. Then weighting is carried out by the TF-IDF method. The dataset used amounted to 200 tweets taken from tweet mentions of 4 Indonesian television stations namely, TVRI, RCTI, SCTV and ANTV. The program is designed using the python programming language with the help of the jupyter notebook framework. The scenario is carried out using the value of $k$ in the k-NN algorithm of $k=1, k=3$ and $k=5$. As blockchain technology evolves, the list will continue to expand. Implementing blockchain technology is becoming more challenging due to various problems such as throughput issues, user identity exposure, and smart contract vulnerability. Therefore, blockchain-based technology should undergo appropriate testing before deploying to a broader range of businesses. This study conducted a comprehensive systematic review on testing the blockchain systems based on three main issues; performance, privacy and smart contract, which aims to identify opportunities for future research. The recently published publications are extracted from two selected digital libraries, IEEE Xplore and Scopus, by applying selected search terms and conditions. This research found that 27.78% of the relevant research is based on blockchain performance testing, 27.78% on blockchain privacy testing, and 44.44% on blockchain smart contract testing.
