Therefore, Ramadan is related to happiness. This quantitative research analyzes how changes in happiness occur as the coming of Ramadan. The respondents are 117 muslims adult who have received pesantren education. The results showed that significant differences in positive emotions between weeks 3, 2, and 1 before the coming of Ramadan. Meanwhile, negative emotions did not show a significant decrease. Then, the correlation test results show there is a positive correlation between the arrival of Ramadan with positive emotions. Meanwhile, the correlation test was negative with negative emotions. This uniqueness may indicate that angklung is not only an instrument of art, but also a psychoeducation instrument. This study explores the experience of angklung players in playing angklung and proves the use of angklung as a psychoeducation instrument. This study used explorative qualitative approach on seven angklung players. The results identify types of angklung player experience: audio-emotional, interactional (fellow players or coaches), and personal (interest, awareness, failure). Prerequisites of the use of psychoeducation instruments including the conversion of the role of the trainer to the educator, identifying specific behaviors in playing angklung as a simulation of the reality of social interaction, and providing instructions on how to play angklung optimally based on their parts. The role of students who should be critical and responsive to various things, but less prominent in Sundanese students in consequence of existence of cultural rules require maintaining communication prefer to harbor personal opinions and feelings. The demands of role and acculturation occur on campus lead to high quality of ethnic identity negatively affecting assertive communication skills. The research uses correlational quantitative methods. The results showed the number of Sundanese students with a high level of ethnic identity tended to be more than the low level of ethnic identity. While the quality of assertive communication is high or low is not much different. Al-Insyirah contemplation is an Islamic term that related to deep contemplation and visualization for the psychological aspects of the surah of Al-Insyirah. This research used the pre-post experimental design. The participants were 16 students who experience academic stress. Before the subjects were trained by Al-Insyirah contemplation, academic stress scale was administered to measure the academic stress level. Then Al-Insyirah contemplation were trained to them, which consists of six steps. After two weeks, the academic stress scale was measured again. The result of before and after the contemplation were analysed using t-test analysis. The results show that Al-Insyirah contemplation could lower the students' academic stress. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Sundanese resilience and culture on moral behavior. The design of this study uses a causality design that aims to determine how much influence one variable has on another. The total sample were 100 villagers. The data was collected using a set of questionnaire of religiosity, Sundanese culture, and moral behaviour, with Likert model. Hypothesis was tested using regression. For example, Western psychology might see the concept radicalism or suicide bombings as pathological, while in Islam, it is believed to be part of a behavior that reflects self-actualization. The aim of the research is to develop and develop instruments that can measure the Islamic Personality Scale (IPS) based on the theoretical framework of personality according to Islamic teachings and test the validity and reliability of this study. The research subjects were 550 students from three different universities who were selected by quota sampling. Data is obtained through testing of measuring instruments, internal validity and development of measuring instruments. Data is analyzed using Cronbach's Alpha and Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The results showed that the scale has high reliability. One of the negative impacts is the decreasing interests of Indonesians on traditional arts, which may lead to less interests on career as an artist. However, artists in Sanggar Bandungmooi were different. The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning of life of local artists in Sanggar Bandungmooi. The method used is qualitative with phenomenology type. The data was collected using observation and interview. The subjects were two artists, aged 24 and 50 years old. The results show that both subjects have a meaning of life that is beneficial to others. Their meaning of life can help them to determine their life purposes. Both subjects find the meaning of life through their own efforts and the supports from the social environment. They still feel optimistic because they already had an overview of their careers (career orientation). The study aims to examine the relationship between career orientation and optimism in students majoring in religion and how much the relationship between the two. This study used 2 instruments, namely the LOT-R scale to measure optimism and Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) to measure career orientation. Both of these scales are scales that have been adapted in Indonesia by previous researchers and have been modified by the researchers. The sample in this study was 98 students majoring in religion, which was collected by purposive sampling technique. In border areas, there are often mixing of two different ethnic groups. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the ethnic identity of Sundanese and Javanese adolescents in the border region. The subjects in this study were  two group of students from one High school in Ciamis, a border area between West Java and central Java.  They were members of the Javanese and Sundanese ethnic groups (N=60).  The instrument used is the Multigroup Ethnic Identity Measure (MEIM) scale developed by Phinney (1992).
