By considering that the chairman of the Conservative party before, that has resigned from the position of Prime Minister of the UK twice in 2017 and 2019, its surprised fenomena. In addition, the chairman of the party, Boris Johnson, was known as an controversial figure, racist, and rumors of infidelity. But in the 2019 election the Conservative party (Boris Johnson) shown still could managed to get a majority of the vote. For this reason, this journal aims to explored any factors that support the victory of the Conservative party (Boris Johnson) by the theory of voter behavior and with qualitative descriptive methods. As a result, the Conservative party's succeed was motivated by party management and party leaders in responding to and processing issues currently being faced by British society, such as Brexit, health, and crime. In addition, the Conservative party also had loyal voters who come from middle class and also the support of swinged voters. To validate the proposed model, self-administered questionnaire were conducted to gathering data from SMEs owners in Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia, 120 questionnaires returned and used for statistical analysis Out of 179 distributed. Measurements and structural models were assessed using Hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that absorptive capacity mediates the relationship between innovativeness, risk taking and proactiveness on competitive advantage. In the path of influence between innovativeness and risk taking on competitive advantage, absorptive capacity is a fully mediating variable, while proactiveness on competitive advantage is a partial mediating variable. These findings confirm the knowledge-based view, which states that entrepreneurial orientation and absorptive abilities as intangible resources can create value in the development of products and their results, entrepreneurial orientation and absorptive abilities are able to bring craft business actors to create a competitive advantage. The population in this study is Business Administration student class 2017-2020 who are currently or have used the premium service of the Spotify application. The number of samples in this study were 65 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with the type of saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population being sampled. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The analytical method in this study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that the quality of electronic services and prices have a significantly positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study also show that the quality of electronic services and price have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. The population in this study is a member of the Jenius Community Forum Jenius Co.Create. The determination of the sample count will be determined by a level of confidance of 90% and a margin of error of 10%. The sample determination technique used in this study is based on the Non Probabiliy Sampling method using the Accidental Sampling approach. The results showed that (1) the results of the calculation of the attitude of Jenius-Digital Banking customers with the Fishbein Multi attribute model show attitudes with positive interpretation and can be interpreted that respondents who are Jenius-Digital Banking Customers at the Jenius Community Forum Jenius Co.Create have a positive attitude towards the attributes of Jenius-Digital Banking products; (2) The decision of Jenius-Digital Banking customer indicated by B≈BI result is positive which can be said that the customer will take the decision to continue using Jenius-Digital Banking products.
