Research data were derived from semi-structured in-depth interviews with 10 consumers and analyzed using grounded theory. The findings identified factors that influenced intentions and the IBG in the process of consumers’ online grocery shopping. Specifically, these findings reported that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk of COVID-19, social influence, and enjoyable shopping experiences were identified as major drivers for generating consumers’ online purchase intentions. Difficulty in transaction, late delivery, incomplete information, bad packaging, and difficulty with site navigation were factors triggering the gap between online grocery purchase intentions and behaviours These findings will help stakeholders build future policy and suitable strategies to better promote online grocery shopping in the Jabodetabek context. This type of research uses Explanatory Research using secondary data. sampling technique in this study was to select samples according to the criteria, namely using purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 31 companies and 155 observation data over a period of 5 years. The data analysis technique in this research is using descriptive statistical analysis and SEM-PLS analysis using WarpPLS software. Online journalism explains that there are 3 correlations between online (online), internet, and websites and there is no deadline (deadline) in every news report by the media. Including the news of the scarcity of soybeans, which is a topic that is quite often blown up by the media in the period from 2021 to 2022. Not a few media cover and make news about the scarcity of soybeans. One of them is the Kompas.com media which massively reports on the scarcity of soybeans at a time when soybeans and their derivative products such as tofu and tempeh are experiencing turmoil. This study discusses how Kompas.com media framing in reporting the scarcity of soybeans. This type of research is constructivist qualitative research. The purpose of this research is to find out framing issues, viewpoints, and framing in the Kompas.com media regarding the scarcity of soybeans with reality construction and framing theory. The data collection technique used is Content Analysis (Document/Archive) technique by analyzing several reports regarding the scarcity of soybeans on Kompas.com. The findings from the analysis of 3 Kompas.com news related to soybean scarcity are that the overall attitude or framing carried out by Kompas.com is neutral.
