The marketplace's popularity is gaining among many people, especially Generation Z, and makes the marketplace becomes their primary solution for online shopping. According to the massive amount of generation Z and their lives that get used to sophisticated technology, this generation can become the critical marketplace consumer in the upcoming years. This research examines the selection of generation Z’s preferences towards the marketplace using the AHP-TOPSIS approach. The selection was based on three criteria: service quality, information, and price. AHP approach was applied to calculate each criterion's weight, while TOPSIS was used to obtain the alternative ranking of marketplaces. The result shows that service quality becomes the most influential criterion for selecting marketplace platforms. The weight of each criterion is service quality of 0.425, information quality of 0.280, and price of 0.295. Shopee is chosen as the most suitable marketplace platform for Generation Z. The proposed model of this research can allow the business players to effectively select the suitable marketplace for selling their products targeted to Generation Z.","PeriodicalId":34167,"journal":{"name":"OPSI","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42202721","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is because the number of consumptive age or millennial generation in Indonesia is increasing every year. This very rapid business development provides an opportunity to set up independent businesses for entrepreneurs. One of the many independent businesses established is a coffee shop. One of the independent businesses engaged in the coffee shop is Ueno Coffee. The rapid development of the coffee shop business has resulted in increasingly fierce competition between competitors so that coffee shop entrepreneurs make it a threat and a challenge. With these threats and challenges, Ueno Coffee wants to conduct a customer satisfaction analysis that can be used to evaluate customer satisfaction so that it can be used for business development that is better, superior and able to compete with competitors. This study using the SEM-PLS method is expected to be able to assist business owners in analyzing the factors that effect consumer satisfaction. This study applies a simple random sampling technique with a sample of 100 people. The results of the analysis show that the variables of product quality, service quality, price, promotion, location and halal label have a positive value and have a significant effect on Ueno Coffee's consumer satisfaction.","PeriodicalId":34167,"journal":{"name":"OPSI","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43779586","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Behind its abundance, not many benefits can be used, such as clean water to drinking water. Therefore, various technologies are needed to reduce the salt content and other components. In this study, a portable seawater purifier based on the adsorption function was used. The purification apparatus is in the form of a column, and has a series of plates that are placed as a support for the filling material in order to increase residence time and complete the purification process. Materials used as adsorbents in this study include ceramic biological balls, ammonite, volcanic rock, activated carbon and zeolite. Each material is organized in a filter bag for easy installation and cleaning. The equipment construction is arranged where in addition to the column there is also a circulation flow system for seawater to ensure the purification process can run optimally. The circulation process uses a buffer tank and a booster pump back to the column input line. The variable in this study, namely the location of the water sample at Ngobaran Beach, Gunungkidul. Another variable is the filtration rate. Based on the pH value of the TDS analysis and the adsorption results of seawater samples, it can be seen that the 2-stage adsorption process is the most optimal process configuration compared to other levels. This is because the 2-stage adsorption process obtained the smallest TDS value and the most suitable pH value for clean water. The results of this study can be an alternative for an easy and portable seawater purification method. This research can continue to be developed with innovations from the type of filling material and the configuration of the adsorption column used.","PeriodicalId":34167,"journal":{"name":"OPSI","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43122194","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

While the private sector may locate facilities to maximize profit or minimize cost, the public sector aims at providing services to cover as many in the population as possible. In this research, a Capacitated Maximal Covering Location problem (CMCLP) with constraints in actual world such as various types of facilities and consider maximum available budget to build the facilities. An Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) model is constructed in order to find the optimal solution. The problem to be solved is determining the strategic location for establishment of a Distribution Center (DC) that maximize number of demands that can be fulfilled. A numerical example in the previous study will be used and solved using MATLAB 9.0. From the development model, the company finds the optimal location to build a DC and knows the number of products allocated from DC to each demand point and the maximum number of demands that could be fulfilled as in the previous study. The company also could find out the type of DC to be built and of course meet the available budget to build the DC.","PeriodicalId":34167,"journal":{"name":"OPSI","volume":"419 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69282313","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These ingredients are used to add flavor to Indonesian cuisine. The increase in community needs caused by the increase in population has an impact on increasing the demand for shallots every year. This increase also occurred in Bantul Regency. The demand for shallots in Bantul is not accompanied by a balance in the amount of supply obtained from shallot-producing areas. This is because most farmers in Bantul Regency only plant shallots in the dry season. Therefore, this study seeks to propose how to balance the supply of shallots by farmers with market demand to increase farmers' profits. This study uses a dynamic system simulation approach with the help of Powersim studio 9 software. The first step is to build a Causal Loop Diagram (CLD) to see the causal or reciprocal relationship between variances and stock-flow diagrams to compile a mathematical formulation of the system model. dynamic. The simulation results are then validated to determine the credibility of the model. After the model is declared valid, 3 (three) scenarios of implementing the strategy in the shallot supply chain model will be generated. The best model scenario simulation results are scenario 1 (one), namely by replacing the use of tuber seeds in all activities.","PeriodicalId":34167,"journal":{"name":"OPSI","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44505423","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
