Most of the smokers come from low income families. Giving the role of the parent as an educator, both for those who smoke and those who do not smoke has a positive impact on adolescent smoking behavior, among others, it decreases the number of cigarettes smoked per day. Until now it is not known how much funds can be saved in the family as a positive impact of the role of parents as educators for their teenagers. This research is a descriptive study that aims to provide an over view of the amount of family funds that can be saved for cigarette shopping for young smokers. The results show that giving the role of parents to both smokers and non-smokers as educators can reduce family funds for shopping for cigarettes for teenagers. In order to support online shop to develop, improvement in delivery and logistic system is needed. One of the improvements in these aspects is the emergence of application-based short-distance delivery services. Unfortunately, these applications have not been widely adapted by the online shops in Indonesia. Thus, this study tries to explore what factors can influence online shops’ decision to use these apps by implementing the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). This study employed structural equation model to test the model and 5 hypotheses proposed, processed by Lisrel 8.8. The result shows that the ease of use aspect of the apps will only be relevant if it is deemed to be beneficial for the user. Moreover, the cognitive aspect also plays the role, as users tend to compare the acquired benefit with the cost incurred in using the app. As a conclusion, effort expectancy, performance expectancy and price value have a significant influence towards use behavior. On the other hand, social influence is not significantly influencing use behavior. Public policy become a key point of investment movement. Qualitative with phenomenology approach is used. The finding of this paper is the system of SKAB becomes a problem source of sand tax leak take. Letting the column of the tonnage/volume of sand released blank became a strategy for miners to minimize the taxes they must submit to the BPRD, whereas it was the basis for taxation. Duplication of SKAB was what the authors believed as the main cause of a substantial sand tax leak where the taxpayers who were authorized by the BPRD should be able to be responsible for the SKAB. This paper shows how we can manage change in a banking sector of a country. Grafting novel efficient processes, and pruning old inefficient ones, and harmonising the organization with new processes and empowering the staff through apprenticeship and knowledge management can put forward the change management. The proposed method of “Prune and Graft of Process” similar to grafting a shoot or bud of a sweet-fruited tree to a bitter-fruited base tree is significant in change management. Accordingly, new processes should be grafted to the system, and all processes that are theoretically or practically against the goals of the organisation should be pruned. New processes and innovations could automatically change the bank performance. Apprenticeship and knowledge management are highly effective in all stages of forming and implementing the change. This plan was formed and tested in Bank Melli Iran in order to propose a model for other banks as well. In a view to explain the applied method of change management in the banking system, we study the steps that Rastin Banking was formed in Bank Melli Iran as a sample. This research is an explanatory research of the influence of variables (explanatory research), by using survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 135 employees (as respondents) who returned questionnaires as many as 108 people, and then analyzed by path analysis techniques, using SPSS 21 software assistance. The results showed that there was a direct and significant influence between competence and performance of 0.416. The influence of competence on performance can be strengthened if there is work motivation that influences the competence. The value of the effect of employee work motivation on performance indirectly is 0.294 with a significance of 0.020 <0.050. Based on these data it can be concluded that employee competencies can improve employee performance with good work motivation. The study involved 37 ninth-graders of the senior adolescence (15 years). Methodological basis of the study was \"Visual semantics\". The results of the study showed that there is no difference in the degree of manifestation of sensory abilities of tactile, auditory, taste, olfactory and visual types in adolescents. It probably depends on the degree of differentiation of semantic abilities to a greater extent than from the educational environment. These results emphasize both the theoretical and practical novelty of the proposed approach in view of a number of factors. First of all, a new method for diagnosing semantic sensory abilities had been approved. Furthermore, - studying regression (Alexandrov et al., 2017) of semantic sensory abilities as a variant of mental development and adaptive application of human mental resources. Finally, - data on the absence of differences in the degree of expression of sensory semantic abilities of all types in older adolescents. The established facts increase our understanding of the most basic, low-differentiated component of the conceptual experience - semantic abilities and one of its manifestations-sensory sensations, directing factors of heterogeneity in the semantic constructions of older adolescents to research. Majority of rural sector paddy farmers are small-scale producers. According to available data paddy production sector provides livelihood opportunities for large numbers of rural population, provide rice requirement of the nation, provide inputs to other industrial sector etc.To enhance small-scale farmers living condition as well as paddy production, Sri Lankan government promotes paddy farmers to use more fertilizer for their paddy cultivation activities. Therefore, Sri Lankan government provides subsidized fertilizer to enhance both paddy production and paddy yield per acre. Last few decades paddy production and paddy yield per acre data show continues increasing trend. At the same time government expenditure on fertilizer also becomes heavy burden to national budget. There are arguments for and against to fertilizer subsidy program and its practice. This study attempts to study the effect of fertilizer subsidy on paddy production and living condition of small-scale farmers in Polonnaruwa district in Sri Lanka. The data are used to estimate an econometric model to find the relationship between paddy productivity, fertilizer subsidy, agricultural infrastructure facilities and farmers education level. The data were collected from Bubula and Raja-elagama villages in Higurakgoda divisional secretariat in Polonnaruwa district. Structured questioner was used to collect the data from 150 farmers. The results show that there is significant relationship between paddy production and dependent variables named fertilizer subsidy, agricultural infrastructure facilities and farmers education level. Especially fertilizer subsidy and paddy productivity is significant at 5 per cent level and R2 was 0.68. This result shows that government main objective of fertilizer subsidy that improves paddy productivity has been fulfilled. At the same time, household income from paddy has also increased and it has affected their livelihoods. But poor agricultural infrastructural facilities have mitigated farmers’ income. Research results and some empirical evidence have concluded that it is important to find alternative methods to select suitable and needy farmers who are eligible to get fertilizer subsidy because conducting methods of distributing have made many kinds of effects on the efficiency of resource utilization, equity of income distribution as well as government budget.
