The study focused on small and medium enterprises in the agricultural sector and how they can be sustainable by using these factors. \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: This is a primary study based on quantitative data. The non-probability, convenience sampling is used. The research design includes hypotheses testing whether they are accepted or rejected. Data collection was done through closed-ended questionnaires with a Likert scale. The chosen sample size was 200 however, 184 questionnaires were received back after filling. Smart PLS was used for data analysis. \u0000Findings: Based on the analysis, all the hypotheses were accepted which show that there is indeed an impact of management control systems and organizations norms on an organization’s sustainability and CSR practices play the role of mediator. \u0000Implications/Originality/Value: Originality this study is testing the mediating effect of CSR practices on control systems, organizations norms and sustainability of the firm in the agricultural sector of Pakistan where small and medium enterprises related to the agricultural sector are targeted. There are very few researches that focused on SME’S in the agricultural sector of Pakistan, this study provided a detailed insight into this sector. Women entrepreneurs contribute significantly to economic growth. The recent pandemic situation impacted their reach to some extent, but women entrepreneurs, with their strong dedication against the crisis, succeeded during this process. Effect of pandemic on women entrepreneur sustainability is examined in this study. \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: Entrepreneurship, Institutional and Social learning theories were used in this study. For conducting this research, the data is gathered from 309 respondents. SPSS is used for descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the software Smart PLS 3. The provided hypothesis was analyzed in two-step approach using partial least squares structural equation modeling (Smart-PLS 3). \u0000Findings: The results show a significant link between the variables. While the pandemic as a moderator showed an insignificant relationship between women's entrepreneur orientation and women's entrepreneur sustainability in SMEs, the moderating role has significant moderation on the relationship between SMEs' growth and women's entrepreneur sustainability in SMEs. \u0000Implications/Originality/Value: Increases in women's entrepreneur orientation and SME growth resulted in increases in women's entrepreneur sustainability in SMEs, but the novelty of this study is to describe how pandemics play as moderator roles in women's entrepreneur orientation, SME growth, and women's entrepreneur sustainability in SMEs.

The purpose of the current study was to explore the perceptions of ESL learners about Computer-Assisted Language Testing (CALT). It further aimed to investigate the challenges and problems learners encounter during the test. \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: The current study had two phases: CALT test and a questionnaire-based survey. In the first phase, the researchers designed and conducted a CALT test to give learners some exposure of CALT. With a quantitative approach, the researchers in the current study designed, piloted and administered a close-ended questionnaire to collect data about learners’ perceptions about CALT. \u0000Findings: The results revealed that the learners had positive perceptions about CALT. Some learners encountered challenges while practicing in CALT. Around 80% of the learners thought CALT was adequate in assessing the English language proficiency of the learners and that it was compatible with the existing circumstances. \u0000Implications/Originality/Value: In Pakistan, insufficient number of studies seemed to have been done by the researcher. This study tends to examine the impact of authentic leadership and symmetrical communication on employees' openness to change. In doing so, the study also illustrates the mediating character of organizational trust. \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: A self-administrated questionnaire based on a Five-point Likert scale was used to record the perceptions of top-level and middle-level managers from the services and manufacturing sectors of Pakistan. Data were analyzed through Partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) technique in SmartPLS version 3.2.9. \u0000Findings: Results of this study reveal that authentic leadership promotes organizational trust among the individuals at the workplace, which further strengthens openness to change. Similarly, symmetrical communication also promotes corporate trust among workers. Interestingly organizational trust has been found a mediating phenomenon in this case. \u0000Implications/Originality/Value: The study adds important insights into the literature and practically provides guidelines to tackle the change management process in organizations. Corporatization and partial privatization emerged as two alternative possibilities for any government in circumstances where full privatization was not practicable. Pakistan followed suit and began the partial privatization and corporatization of SOEs working in its economy. This research examines whether Pakistan's corporatization or partial privatization policies have improved the profitability of these state-owned enterprises. \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: If so, what variables contributed to this improvement in profitability, as measured by Return on Assets and Earnings per Share. The paper used data from 1990 to 2015 of thirteen SOEs, largely from the energy sector, that have been corporatized by partial privatization through stock market or other mechanisms. \u0000Findings: Results exhibit that the primary criteria strongly related with increased performance of corporatized SOEs, according to our findings, are the appointment of non-government directors by companies and persistently positive Gross Domestic Product of the economy. On the other hand, debt commitments, ownership, and size of an SOE are all weak or insignificant variables in determining whether an SOE should be corporatized. \u0000Implications/Originality/Value: Due to their strategic significance, the energy industry should continue to be governed and regulated by the government, but with a greater percentage of non-nominated members on their boards of directors to maintain corporate governance.

Data was analysed using correlations and hierarchical regression models. \u0000Findings: The study reveals that awareness and attitude towards mutual funds significantly influence intention to invest in mutual funds. The study recommends that mutual funds marketers should invest more in building awareness and positive attitude towards investment in mutual funds in order to develop retail demand.
