Adolescent health is quite worrying considering that teenagers are the main figures who can carry forward the vision for the future. The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence and appropriate strategies for implementing the HPU program. The method used is quantitative, through a survey with Franken-wallen incidental sampling, respondents are students pursuing higher education in 3 districts/cities, namely Banjar Regency, Banjarmasin City and Banjarbaru City. The survey was conducted from September to October (2 weeks) online. The results of this study show that cigarette and e-cigarette consumption is quite low, but respondents' perceptions regarding are still comprehensive (71%), including regarding graphic health warnings on cigarette packaging (80.1%). Interest in consuming fast food tends to be high (64.2%), who regularly consume fruit and vegetables (37.5% and 33.5%). The use of gadgets among students is very high (58%) and complaints regarding CVS also appear (45.5%). To support HPU, a specific action plan is needed, especially to strengthen understanding of the impact of consumption of cigarettes and so on.","PeriodicalId":340804,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Publikasi Kesehatan Masyarakat Indonesia","volume":"13 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140737661","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Judging from the risk of disease that will be experienced by the elderly and its effect on the dependency ratio of the elderly population, then the government provides integrated healthcare center services for the elderly. The Kassi-Kassi Health Center has the highest number of elderly people in Makassar City, but an average of <70% indicates that the elderly are still less active in utilizing the posyandu. This study aims to analyze the determinants of the utilization of elderly integrated healthcare center services at the Kassi Kassi Health Center in Makassar City. The method used in this research is quantitative with a type of analytic survey and cross-sectional design. The research sample was 110 elderly people in the Kassi Kassi Health Center working area. Data were analyzed by Chi-square test. The results of the analysis showed that knowledge (p=0.000), healthcare beliefs (p=0.019), and illness perception (p=0.050) were related to the utilization of elderly integrated healthcare center services. Meanwhile, the availability of health facilities (p=0.186), distance (p=1.000), and waiting time (p=0.702) were not related to the utilization of elderly integrated healthcare center services. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship or interaction between the variables of maternal age, parity, and preterm birth. This study uses medical record data at the Haji General Hospital in East Java Province, namely patient data for pregnant women who gave birth between January 1st 2020 to 31st December 2021. The number of samples was 147 respondents. The data analysis method used is log-linear regression analysis. The log-linear model is used as an alternative solution to show if there is a relationship between several variables in a multidimensional contingency table, with the ability to modify the interaction between two or more variables. The resulting log-linear model is: logμ ijk = 4.083 − 0.693 (X) − 0.638 (Y) − 3.795 (Z) + 2.143 (YZ) .
