Research conducted in practicum land Faculty of Agriculture, the University of Majalengka from January to May 2019. The method used in this research was a factorial randomized block design consisting of 16 treatments repeated three times. The first factor was inoculant of nitrogen-fixing microbial (n), which consists of n0 (without inoculation), n1 (5 g inoculation MPN/kg seeds), n2 (10 g inoculation MPN/kg seeds), n3 (15 g inoculation MPN/kg seeds). The second factor was phosphate solubilize microbe (b) consists of b0 (0 kg/ha of phosphate solubilizing microbes), b1 (50 kg/ha of phosphate solubilizing microbes), b2 (100 kg/ha of phosphate solubilizing microbes), and b3 (150 kg/ha of phosphate solubilizing microbes). The differences between average were tested using Duncan's multiple range test. The analysis showed that the application of both nitrogen-fixing microbial and phosphate solubilize microbes was an effect on the growth and yield of soybean plants. N-fixing microbes and phosphate solvents effect on plant height, the number of productive branches, leaf area index, except on the number of filled pods, the number of grain per plant, weight of 100 grains, the weight of grain per plant, and weight of grain/plot, most optimal dose is 150 kg/ha MPF. This study aims to analyze the factors of work motivation in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. The research chose Batu City, Malang City, and Malang Regency as study areas. The population is all extension workers who have civil servant status, whether the skilled or expert level in the study area, as many as 149 instructors. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula with a confidence level of 10% which resulted in 98 respondents and was selected by purposive sampling. Primary data collection in the form of a survey for respondents who produced interval data on a Likert scale. Achievement analysis supports the path analysis supported by the SPSS Version 21 application in completing its statistical calculations. The study found that the driving factors and inhibiting factors did not directly influence the motivation of the instructor. The research design used separate plots repeated three times. The main plot consisted of soybean spacing of 40 cm x 10 cm (1 plant per hole) (JT-1), 40 cm x 15 cm (2 plants per hole) (JT-2) and 40 cm x 20 cm (2 plants per hole). Lubang) (JT-3), a subplot consisting of 11 varieties of soybeans. Soybeans were planted in 3 rows along 5 m which were intercropped with maize varieties Lamuru (120-50 cm) x 20 cm, (1 plant/hole) at IP2TP Muneng, Probolinggo Regency, East Java in MK II 2018. The results showed that the varieties \"Dena 1\" and \"Deja 1\" matched the intercropping pattern with maize, which were able to achieve seed productivity of 2.17 t/ha and 2.13 t/ha, respectively. Argomulyo and Anjasmoro varieties in JT-1, Deja 1 on JT-2, and Deja 2 on JT-3 were able to achieve seed productivity of up to 2.0 t / ha. The phenotypic weight of seeds per plant and the number of filled pods were two components that contributed greatly to the increase in seed productivity. Dena 1 varieties correspond to JT1 and JT-2 treatments, while Deja 1 varieties correspond to JT-3 treatments. Red beet (Beta vulgaris) is one of the vegetables rich in inorganic nitrate, betalain, folic acid, riboflavin and potassium antioxidant compounds. Potassium and folic acid play an important role in the process of regulating blood pressure. The addition of pineapple aims to reduce the smell of the soil in red beets. In addition, pineapple also contains potassium and vitamin C which can help lower blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to determine the organoleptic quality, potassium levels and antioxidant activity of red beet juice (Beta vulgaris) by adding smooth cayenne pineapple (Ananas comosus (L) merr.) To patients with hypertension. This research is a RAL study (Completely Randomized Design) with three levels of treatment, namely the ratio of red bits to pineapple, P1 (100: 37.5), P2 (100: 50) and P3 (100: 62.5). Organoleptic quality analysis descriptively and Kruskal Wallis with Mann Whitney follow-up. Potassium test using the Spectometry test and the antioxidant activity test using DPPH Spectometry and converted to IC50. Chemical quality analysis using One-way ANOVA with Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The results showed that the addition of smooth cayenne pineapple had a significant influence on the quality of organoleptic juices. The panelists' acceptance of organoleptic quality of juice (smell, taste and color) tends to be favored. The level of potassium juice increased by an average of 468-1128 mg/ 100ml, the antioxidant juice activity on average was weak to moderate (166.9-101.4 µg/ml). The best treatment level is P3. Oleh karena itu permasalahan penelitian ini fokus pada (1) Bagaimana adaptasi suku Tengger dalam perubahan iklim?, (2) Bagaimana pengaruh adaptasi perubahan iklim masyarakat suku Tengger terhadap produksi tanaman kentang? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) Mendiskripsikan adaptasi suku Tengger dalam perubahan iklim. (2) Menganalisis pengaruh adaptasi perubahan iklim terhadap produksi tanaman kentang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey yaitu pengambilan data dilakukan langsung pada sampel sebagai responden melalui kuisener. Penelitian dilakukan di Kec.Tosari Kab.Pasuruan dan sampel adalah petani Suku Tengger di Ds. Wonokitri Kec.Tosari Kab.Pasuruan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah tabulasi data, score dan coding, serta pendekatan fungsi produksi Cobb Douglas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan adaptasi yang paling banyak dilakukan secara turun temurun adalah penghematan penggunaan air, penggunaan pupuk kandang, pengolahan lahan berlawanan kontur, penggunaan irigasi yang baik, penggunaan pestisida kimiawi, peningkatan intensitas penyiangan gulma, penyiapan benih yang baik, penanaman awal musim hujan, perubahan wakyu tanam, penggunaan jarak tanam rekomendasi, mencari informasi perubahan iklim, penanganan hasil panen dengan meminimalkan susut hasil, pengurangan luas lahan garapan, dan berpindah dari lokasi berisiko tinggidampak perubahan iklim. Hal ini dilihat dari prosentase terbesar yaitu 80-100%. Dan hasil kedua menunjukkan bahwa benih, urea, tenaga kerja dan dummy penerapan adaptasi perubahan iklim merupakan variable yang berpengaruh positif nyata terhadap produksi. Bakteri indigen yang diisolasi dari limbah cair tepung agar diketehui memiliki kemampuan mereduksi logam berat Pb adalah Bacillus alvei, Bacillus pumilus dan Bacillus lichenformis. Kemampuan bakteri dalam mereduksi logam berat Pb disebabkan karena adanya gen resisten, yaitu gen smtAB. Gen smtAB merupakan gen yang bekerja untuk menghasilkan protein pengikat logam berat yang disebut metallothionein. Setiap bakteri memiliki gen resisten logam berat yang berbeda, oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui spesies bakteri yang memiliki gen smtAB pada bakteri yang diisolasi dari limbah cair agar. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap, yaitu peremajaan isolat bakteri, kultur isolat bakteri, isolasi DNA dengan Presto™ Mini gDNA Bacteria Kit, Elektoforesis, amplifikasi gen smtAB dan konfirmasi sekuens dengan hasil sekuensing amplikon. Berdasarkan hasil amplifikasi, bakteri indigen limbah cair agar yang memiliki gen smtAB adalah bacillus alvei. Serbuk jamu daun beluntas dibuat dengan perbandingan daun beluntas : asam jawa yaitu 9:1, 8:2, 7:3. Serbuk daun beluntas dianalisis karakteristik fisikokimia yang meliputi: waktu larut dalam air, bagian tidak larut air, kadar air, aktifitas Vitamin C dan pH. Banana peel waste which usually contain cellulose (35%–50%), hemicellulose (25%–30%), and lignin (25%– 30%). The fruit peel wastes containing sugars that are metabolized by microorganisms which make the potential of microbiology growth. Aspergillus niger as one of influental fungi for industrial can be used on production of α-Amylase. The experimental design used was Completely Randomized Design factorial with two factors. Factor I is Banana peel variety, with 4 level which contain ( Ambon Banana Peel, Kepok Banana Peel, Raja Banana Peel and Candi Banana Peel. Factor II is broth media concentration with 3 level ( 2gr banana peel: 100ml Aquadest ; 4gr banana peel : 100ml Aquadest; 6gr banana peel : 100ml Aquadest) with the result 12 combinations with 3 repeat. The result of the streak will be observed for seven days. The result of analysis will be analyzed with Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), if there’s a significant result, the analysis will be continued to LSD test 5%. The result of research pointed that variance of banana peel and concentration of broth media did show significant difference according to ANOVA result on day one until seven.
