The purpose of this work consists in ecological assessment of the current state of urban soils of Cherkasy. The city soils have a significant man-made load and contain many chemical xenobiotics. Diagnostics of the indicators of urban soils, which are crucial for assessing their ecological status and their agroecological functions, will provide an opportunity to determine the optimal and critical values for the sustainable functioning of urban landscapes and to propose the most effective and timely measures to be implemented. The urban soils analysis has shown that the humus content varies within the range of 0.03- 3.01 %, with an average value of 0.84 %, a standard deviation of 0.67, a dispersion of 0.41, a variation coefficient of 76 %. 6.25 % of the studied soil samples have insufficient supply of humus (2-4 %), 25 % have poor supply (1-2 %) and 69 % have extremely poor supply (less than 1 %). The active acidity (pH) varies from 6.45 to 10.90 with an average value of 7.20, a standard deviation of 0.83, a dispersion of 0.69, a variation coefficient of 11 %. The soils mostly have a weakly alkaline and neutral environment. The oxidation-reducing potential varies from 252 to 287 mV, with an average value of 262 mV (standard deviation of 7.3, a dispersion of 52.6, a variation coefficient of 3 %). The ratio of Ca2+ and Mg2+cations in soil adsorption complex is not optimal. The content of Ca2+ ranges from 3.80 to 10.12 mg-eq./100 g of soil with an average value of 6.60, a standard deviation of 1.66, a dispersion of 2.77, a variation coefficient of 25 %. The content of Mg2+ varies from 0.0 to 10.40 mg-eq./100 g of soil with an average value of 3.14 (standard deviation of 2.50, a dispersion of 6.26, a variation coefficient of 80 %). The content of K+ ranges from 0.12 to 6.20 with an average value of 0.59 mg-eq./100 g of soil, a standard deviation of 0.67, a dispersion of 1.39, a variation coefficient of 95 %. The soils have a significant deviation from optimal values and that characterizes them as anthropogenically and technogenically urbanized. The impact of project stakeholders can be both positive and negative one that can lead to the success or failure of project implementation. The purpose of the article is to build a risk management matrix for stakeholders in organizational projects in the field of aircraft maintenance based on the identification of stakeholders and the risks that may arise in the process of their activities or inactivity. The author analyzes the publications of scientists in the field of project management and concludes that it is necessary to continue research on stakeholders and risks management in the process of implementing an organizational project in the field of aircraft maintenance. A list of stakeholders of organizational project in the field of aircraft maintenance is identified and identification of groups of risks and their types related to the activities of stakeholders of this type of project is carried out. It has been discovered how stakeholders can influence the implementation of organizational project in the field of aircraft maintenance. Environmental factors using PEST analysis, which has been modified by adding additional factors such as: legal, environmental and behavioral ones, are analyzed. The author proposes a new model that takes into account environmental factors, which in future may become sources of risks affecting the stakeholders of organizational project in the field of aircraft maintenance. Було досліджено вплив діапазону зміни температур, розкиду значень температурної похибки на середньоквадратичне значення похибки апроксимації степеневими поліномами. Запропоновано метод цифрової температурної корекції похибок, що дає можливість коригувати похибки датчика за допомогою використання TEDS. The International Maritime Organization considers it most appropriate to prevent marine casualties resulting from the loss of stability of the vessels. According to IMO studies, numerous ferry accidents were caused precisely by the fact that the weight was incorrectly indicated. Weighing of all trains, which are transported by sea ferries, in the near future will be a reality for companies-operators of freight transport. In order to find ways to improve the situation with heavy control operations on the ferries, the designs of the most common types of weight measuring devices have been analyzed. It has been assumed that a constructive implementation on the basis of fiber-optic and mechanical elements should provide to a measuring device: the absence of additional measures to protect the surface of weighing sensor in conditions of dynamic deformations of ship's hull during loading; the possibility of compensation of fluctuations of the environment temperature; the reliability, sensitivity and simplicity of circuit design solutions of devices of the known types. The circuit design of the weighing instrument, aimed at further improvement of the process of automation of weight control operations is developed. The proposed weight measuring device is characterized in that a weight measuring probe, which is a cylindrical sealed enclosure made of invar with plugs, which contains compensating and measuring fiber optic coils, is located in the regular drilling of the rail. Визначено, що ЕОР для молодших школярів повинні базуватися на педагогіці співробітництва, продуктивній діяльності учнів, їхній індивідуальній та груповій роботі, сприяти розвитку самостійної, творчо розвиненої особистості. Зазначені електронні ресурси мають відповідати певним вимогам, які базуються на ідеях дидактики, методики, психології, психологічних основ управління навчально-пізнавальною діяльністю.
