How to use big data to drive police work has become the hot and difficult point of crime research. In this paper, the research object is theft, battery, narcotics and criminal damage in Chicago. The research method is to use visualization technology and machine learning algorithm to predict the spatial distribution of crime. Firstly, the spatial distribution characteristics of crime occurrence are analyzed by the methods of neighborhood repetition and spatial analysis. Then, the spatial distribution map of aggregated data and the crime distribution heat map are visualized. In this paper, we propose a siamese network tracking algorithm based on adversarial learning (AL-SiamFC). First, we construct the convolutional backbone network based on the attention dropout layer, and then let the network learn the salient features of the object in the form of adversarial learning during offline training. Finally, the trained tracking network is evaluated using the tracking benchmark data set OTBIOO, and the attention dropout layer is not used in the online tracking. This paper mainly studies how to automatically extract planar geometric information from images of geometric diagrams. We firstly explore the classification of usual images of diagrams, secondly describe a general framework for geometric information retrieval from images of diagrams, then design and implement a geometric information retrieval tool—GIRTOOLS based on the framework. Finally, experiments demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the approaches implemented in GIRTOOLS. The article designed two experiments, including visual and auditory word recognition to check the processing order and processing load of sound, form and meaning in Chinese word recognition. Hi-speed of SMI was used to capture the data and SPSS was used to analyze the data. Support Vector Machine (SVM), a classic method in machine learning methods, is effective for target recognition. The Bernoulli filter is the optimal single-target filter for target tracking within the Bayesian framework. However, there is no related research on the joint application of the SVM and Bernoulli filter for infrared small target tracking. In this paper, the SVM and Bernoulli filter are jointly applied to the tracking and recognition of small targets in complex backgrounds.
