If they feel rejected, their social interaction need will be unfulfilled (Dewall & Bushman, 2011), leading to impaired belonging needs, control, self-esteem and meaningful existence, which eventually impact their behaviour, mental health and emotions (Williams, 2007). Ostracism is a form of social exclusion/rejection, expressed in various actions, such as ignoring the target and shutting him/her out of the conversations and other actions (Ferris et al., 2008), leading to various detrimental consequences (Li et al., 2021). It is a pervasive phenomenon in different social contexts (Kimel et al., 2017). Workplace Ostracism is defined as “the degree to which an employee perceives that he or she is ignored or excluded by others in the workplace” (Ferris et al., 2008). Research in workplace ostracism has prospered in recent years (Howard et al., 2019). Various theoretical perspectives have been brought forward to explain workplace ostracism, one of which is the workplace victimisation relational model by Aquino and Lamertz (2004) that consolidates two perspectives—the victim and the perpetrator—in the context of role relationships and organisational structure. This model proposes that workplace ostracism should be understood within a social, dyadic relationship between the victim and the perpetrator and the organisational context in which such relationships occur.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Observed workplace ostracism, psychological distress, perpetrator’s injustice, emotional intelligence, job performance.

But, although research interest in sustainability accounting over the last two decades has shown an increase (Schaltegger & Zvezdov, 2015), there is very little research on the role of accountants in sustainability accounting practices (Evans, Burritt & Guthrie, 2011). Highlighting the actual capabilities of accountants and the potential benefits of involvement, research in this area should be more directed at investigating the involvement of accountants in sustainability management. Educator accountants are expected to create future accountants who have sustainability competencies. However, the major forces of customer experience are still unclear and have been continuously debated amongst research scholars and industry practitioners alike. This study attempts to determine the extent to which virtual word-of-mouth (or vWOM) serves as one of the major driving influences on total guest experience, including both dimensions of escapism and aesthetic experiences respectively. Using a quantitative research method, questionnaire surveys were distributed to targeted respondents consisting of tourists who have stayed at any hotel, beach, and island resorts in Malaysia. Data analyses were carried out via a structural equation modelling technique using Smart PLS 3.0 statistical software in examining the hypothesized assumptions. The findings revealed significant hypothesized relationship between vWOM, and escapism experience. However, the hypothesized association between the vWOM and aesthetic experience was not supported. The information, attitudes and financial knowledge associated with these decisions are essential to ensure the sustainability of economies. The day-to-day life of any citizen is surrounded by financial decisions that determine and condition not only the individual well-being, but also financial sustainability of families, institutions and, consequently, local, and global economies. The need for everyone to take responsibility places the financial literacy of a population as a key issue for good governance. Moreover, financial ignorance has costs. Thus, the promotion of an inclusive financial sector is one of the objectives of several governments and institutional bodies, so since 2015 it has been included in the 2030 UN agenda in 5 of the 17 sustainable development goals. The literacy in general corresponds to the ability of each individual to acquire knowledge, develop cognitive and social skills that allow him, with the information available in society to make the right decision.Financial education is useful for people of all ages and education level. However, higher education students are one of the groups in which any country tends to place many expectations, since they are the future decision makers, so this is the target audience of this research. The survey was released in April 10, and it will be open until May 10, 2022. This preliminary study, which is part of a wider research, aims to determine the level of financial literacy of higher education students in Portugal and to determine whether there are differences in gender, age, course area, and day/ post-work students.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: financial literacy; financial knowledge; financial attitude; financial behaviour; higher education students.

It is being employed in a variety of industries from manufacturing to accounting and supply chain management. Businesses that can take advantage of big data may be able to make better judgments, save money, and keep up with changing client needs. In the accounting scope, especially in auditing, big data allows auditors to increase their project’s samples and make comparisons across larger sets of data sets through its real-time data analysis characteristics. Big data assists auditors in detecting fraud and updating the reporting process to enable them identifying the immediate business risks and conducting appropriate audits according to the risks. Big data uses automation and artificial intelligence to analyse larger volumes and in a faster rate of data, increase auditor’s understanding on non-compliance history, current policy changes, and potential risk and fraud.Despite the potential benefits of big data analytics for the auditing profession, the auditing business has lagged behind in terms of its adoption or its utilisation (Aboud and Robinson, 2020). Internal and external auditors have not fully tapped into real-time data insights to monitor compliance and guarantee that businesses are reaching their maximum potential, despite the fact that big data offers a wide range of auditing applications. For example, using data from prior events, predictive and prescriptive analytics can be used to assess the possibility of future outcomes. In addition, auditors and other stakeholders will be more confident in assessing the efficiency of specific firm operations. The objectives of this paper are to: (1) highlight the current trend of big data analytics adoption in the auditing field and (2) discuss the need of big data analytics in auditing.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Accounting Information Systems, Big Data, Big Data Analytics, Audit, Bibliometric.
