In addition to the ability to provide returns, another thing that needs to be considered by investors to determine its investment decision is the company's value that can be measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV) ratio. PBV value plays an important role for issuers in determining corporate actions to balance the benefits for investors while maintaining the interest of new investors on issuer shares so that the issuer can eventually benefit. The objective of this research is to obtain an empirical evidence about the effect of profitability, leverage, firm size, and the proportion of independent commissioners towards firm’s value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The object of this research is non-financial companies included in Kompas 100 Index during 2016-2019 period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method which consists of non-financial companies listed on the Kompas 100 Index and preparing audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, using Rupiah as its reporting currency, generate profits, and distribute dividends. Sampling will be done by the method of purposive sampling. The secondary data was analyzed with moderated regression analysis method.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: dividend policy, firm size, firm’s value, leverage, profitability, proportion of independent commissioners.

However, the analysis of scientific publications shows that the assessment of the efficiency of macroprudential policy mainly revolves around sample studies. Therefore, indicators, criteria, and algorithms that reflect the specifics of macroeconomic conditions, the organizational structure of a political community, the scale of its activities, values, and goals can vary from study to study. Moreover, this implies that a comparative analysis of the efficiency of macroprudential policies of different countries based on the results of selective studies can lead to misconceptions or misinterpretation of the final results and, possibly, to wrong conclusions. In this regard an analytical tool is needed based on a set of indicators and criteria common for all countries. Only an instrument that meets such requirements could produce a comparative analysis of the efficiency of a macroprudential policy, both in quantitative and qualitative aspects. Thus, our key motivation in this study was to create the said toolkit. This study aims to develop a unified system of indicators and criteria to determine the international position of central banks in terms of the level of effectiveness of the macroprudential policy.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Financial Market, Financial Institutions, Financial Stability

Between 2017 and October 2021, 36,173 Malaysians aged 18 to 44 were declared bankrupt, according to the latest numbers from the Malaysian Department of Insolvency. Furthermore, Selangor had the highest number of instances (25 per cent) (MdI, 2021). This problem offers a substantial obstacle to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which aim to reduce inequality and promote social and economic inclusion for all citizens. Additionally, due to the recent outbreak of Pandemic COVID-19, financial transactions have shifted from physical to electronic. This circumstance creates an additional risk since it has resulted in the ease of conducting financial transactions. Thus, it is vital for students to have a solid understanding and awareness of online transactions, commonly referred to as digital financial literacy (DFL), to practice sound financial management. Financial literacy deficiencies (both fundamental and digital) would pose a substantial threat to individual financial management. As a result, assessing current university students' financial literacy is crucial. Most of these students will confront financial challenges such as budgeting for study-related costs using the scholarship or pocket money they earned. This research aims to determine the degree of financial literacy (both basic and digital) among Selangor university students.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Financial literacy, Financial confidence, Digital financial literacy, Digital financial knowledge, Students

The NPS, proposed by Reichheld et al. (2003) is used to measure the relationship between customer loyalty and corporate growth as an alternative to the conventional customer satisfaction index because of its simplicity and ease of understanding for managers. In recent years, it has been used not only by companies but also by local governments and non-profit organizations (NPOs) in Japan to survey the effectiveness of their services. However, due to its simplicity, the NPS has been criticized for not taking into account the culture and consumer characteristics of the country in which it is used. In general, response biases are often observed in surveys, whereby survey participants' responses are influenced by factors conflicting with the researcher's interests, one of which is the response style. In this study, we review the response styles of Japanese consumers and examine a measurement scale that is more adaptable to the Japanese market, based on an analysis of the relationship between sales data and customer NPS data for multiple companies.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Customer loyalty, Net Promoter Score, Response biases, Response style

Consumer protection agencies play a central role in ensuring the welfare of consumers in times of the Covid 19 pandemic and in its aftermath. Results of the analysis of the contents of the cases shows that South African consumer agencies acted with agility in line with their regulatory responsibilities. The cases examined in the study indicated that due to the relatively few cases able to be adjudicated, the National Consumer Tribunal had limited opportunity to contribute to the deeper consideration of the definitional development of the preventative intentions of the law in this regard. However, the Tribunal applied its mind to the definition of unfair pricing, in the interests of respecting consumers rights in this regard. The work of the Tribunal in interpreting important consumer rights to fair, reasonable and just pricing, is thus a lasting contribution to ensuring the realisation of these rights. In cases where businesses that were found to have not complied with the Regulations and were found to have engaged in prohibitive conduct and duly fined, sends a firm message to business that the violation of consumer rights will not be tolerated, even in complex circumstances such as during the Covid 19 pandemic.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Business practices during Covid pandemic; consumer protection policy; consumer rights; price gouging; Tribunal adjudication

The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of\u0000principal transformational leadership that has been practiced in four main dimensions on the\u0000teacher‟s self-efficacy. Four dimensions of transformational leadership will be emphasized in\u0000this research such as idealized influence, individualistic consideration, intellectual stimulation,\u0000and inspirational motivation. The research problem of this research is how leadership practices\u0000practiced by leaders can improve the effectiveness of teachers in teaching needs to be addressed\u0000(Siti Noor Ismail et al., 2018). This issue has been supported by Dronnen-Schmidt (2014) about\u0000whether some strength in leader characteristics can predict a leader‟s transformational leadership\u0000style related to self-efficacy. Teachers with high self-efficacy should be studied to determine if\u0000having the possibility of spirituality is an important factor in why teachers believe that they are\u0000effective (Barsh, 2017).
