Mapping Downstream Agriculture Supply Chain Before and During COVID-19 Pandemic: Distribution Supply Chain Analysis in West Java, Indonesia

Downstream agriculture supply chain refers to the post-harvest activities to deliver the agriculture products to the final consumers, usually through several actors such as middlemen and/or distributors. The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic at the beginning of 2020 forces the whole world nations to halt the movement in order to slow down the spread of disease, which affects the supply chain activities. Eating out at the restaurant was prohibited and grocery shopping was limited. The disruption caused the shift in consumer behaviour to the increased use of digital solutions in the supply chain, such as buying agriculture products through e-commerce or using chat messenger to order food instead of coming to the establishments. The pandemic situation forces everyone to adopt the technology and use it in daily activities.
