The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic at the beginning of 2020 forces the whole world nations to halt the movement in order to slow down the spread of disease, which affects the supply chain activities. Eating out at the restaurant was prohibited and grocery shopping was limited. The disruption caused the shift in consumer behaviour to the increased use of digital solutions in the supply chain, such as buying agriculture products through e-commerce or using chat messenger to order food instead of coming to the establishments.
