Artmaking programs that vary in design, governance and coverage have a power to rehabilitation and restoretion of human dignity and actually develop community and individual resiliency. Many promising practices that employ arts programming operate in correctional venues, some based in a philosophy of humanism, including an array of prevention, intervention and after-care programs. There is significant data shows that the high rate of recidivism can be drasticeally reduced through arts programs. It is about removing the effects of breach (Art. 24 of the Civil Code) and the institution of compensation for non-pecuniary damage (Art. 448 of the Civil Code). The current general approach of the Code does not indicate the criteria that each time should be followed by the court granting appropriate protection. In practice, this often leads to doubts as to whether the adjudicated protection measure remains adequate on the one hand, and whether it does not constitute an excessive burden (primarily financial) for one, who is responsible on the other hand. The practice also provides numerous examples that sometimes the pursuit of claims for infringement of personal rights is more of a harassment for the defendant than a source of compensation for the aggrieved party. An important example of such irregularities is the phenomenon of so-called SLAPP. Romuald Hube is undoubtedly an extremely significant\u0000figure in the Polish science of criminal law, although this branch of\u0000law was only a part of his scientific interests. It should be emphasized,\u0000however, that Romuald Hube significantly developed the science of criminal\u0000law, also in its global dimension. Moreover, through his work in the\u0000state administration, he actively participated in the creation of this branch\u0000of law. He lived and worked in an extremely complicated period due to social\u0000changes and an unfavourable geopolitical situation for Poland. Due\u0000to the fact that his life and work were associated with a foreign country,\u0000Romuald Hube was a scientist often criticized in Poland and ostracized\u0000in the community. Their\u0000victimization may take the form of physical assault, abuse, sexual abuse\u0000or intimidation. Children can also witness such events in their homes,\u0000schools and local communities. The article presents an analysis of the\u0000risk factors for harming children with disabilities in the context of the\u0000phenomenon of poly-victimization understood as being a victim of many\u0000forms of abuse at the same time, also indicating its long-termphysical,\u0000mental and emotional effects. Referring the considerations to areas such as sociology or, in general, knowledge about society, the subject matter was formulated in an interdisciplinary way, indicating its complexity and, at the same time, importance from the point of view of social sciences. In this work, space is seen in many perspectives - as a factor that has both a direct and indirect impact on the distribution of crime. Human activity in a given area and the possibility of spatial development of the area in terms of the tasks it is to fulfill are also important. The article is a theoretical analysis in which the analysis of Polish and foreign-language literature was used, as well as a descriptive historical method. There were also comparative analyzes in legal terms. The applied methodology contributed to the implementation of in-depth inferences, the results of which are the conclusions and research postulates presented at the end of the work. The article is dedicated primarily to people who have an impact on architectural changes in the area of towns and villages. The issues presented make a reference to the still valid problem of crime prevention. Spatial prevention should not only account for the so far unused opportunities that lie open to civil society, but also be a real change in the approach to construction. The process of space revitalization will be effective only through meta-analyzes consisting in the first place in recognizing, identifying existing or potential threats, and then implementing, in the course of social consultations, well-thought-out solutions that fit into a given space architecturally. These actions will require changes in the approach to the current protection against undesirable behaviors, focusing not on reducing the effects of adverse effects, but leaning towards criminal and architectural prevention.
