Dari sudut pandang siswa, terkait dengan “bagaimana siswa belajar mulai dari mengonstruksi konsep dan pengetahuan baru (apa yang dipelajari), menyelesaikan masalah, menganalisis, dan mengambil keputusan yang tepat untuk masalah tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model pembelajaran matematika bermakna untuk penguatan literasi numerasi, karena itu penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah SMP 5 Karangploso yang menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan riset MBKM. Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan dan tahap uji coba, maka LKS yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria keefektifan, memenuhi kriteria kevalidan, dan kepraktisan (keterlaksanaan). Disisi lain, bahwa nilai Fhitung gaya berpikir siswa sebesar 6.20 dengan nilai probabilitas atau signifikansi sebesar 0.010< 0.05. Hal ini berarti bahwa kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan pembelajaran matematika bermakna lebih baik dari siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Kata kunci: matematika bermakna, litreasi numerasi, mathematical thinking Abstract: Mathematics learning is meaningful from the teacher's point of view, related to \"how the teacher leads, triggers and awakens students to learn meaningfully.\" From the student's point of view, it is related to \"how students learn starting from constructing new concepts and knowledge (what is learned), solving problems, analyzing, and making the right decisions for certain problems. This study aimed to develop a meaningful mathematical learning model for strengthening numeracy literacy; therefore, this study used a development research approach. The subject of this research is SMP 5 Karangploso, a partner in MBKM research activities. Based on the development and trial phase results, the worksheet meets the criteria of effectiveness, validity, and practicality. On the other hand, the F value of students' thinking style is 6.20, with a probability or significance value of 0.010 < 0.05. So that the numeracy literacy skills of students who are taught using meaningful mathematics learning are better than students who use conventional learning methods. Namun, hasil PISA menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan matematika siswa di Indonesia tergolong rendah. Untuk itu, perlu ada upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang salah satunya fokus pada standar proses pembelajaran. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan diawali dengan penyiapan guru yang kredibel. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah menelusuri kesulitan dalam literasi matematika mahasiswa calon guru matematika untuk selanjutnya dapat dirancang upaya untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan mahasiswa pendidikan matematika dalam menyusun soal literasi matematika konteks lingkungan lahan basah perlu dilakukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 42 mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan Matematika. Mahasiswa diberi tugas untuk membuat soal literasi matematika, selanjutnya setiap soal yang telah dibuat dinilai oleh peneliti dan dua orang penilai dengan background dosen Pendidikan matematika. Hasil penilaian terhadap soal yang dikembangkan oleh mahasiswa, didapat rata-rata mahasiswa berkemampuan baik dalam menyusun soal literasi matematika konteks lingkungan lahan basah. Meskipun demikian, masih ada mahasiswa yang berkemampuan kurang baik dan tidak baik. Kata kunci: Menyusun soal, Literasi Matematika, Mahasiswa, Lingkungan Lahan Basah Abstract: Mathematical literacy has an important role in helping students solve problems related to the application of mathematics in life. However, the results of PISA show that the mathematical ability of students in Indonesia is low. For this reason, there needs to be efforts to improve the quality of education, one of which focuses on the standard of the learning process. Improving the quality of education begins with the preparation of credible teachers. One of the efforts that can be done is to explore the difficulties in mathematical literacy of prospective mathematics teacher students so that further efforts can be designed to overcome them. This study aims to identify the ability of mathematics education students in preparing mathematical literacy questions in the context of the wetland environment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were 42 students of Mathematics Education study program. Students are given the task of making mathematical literacy questions, then each question that has been made is assessed by the researcher and two assessors with a mathematics education lecturer background. The results of the assessment of the questions developed by students, obtained on average students have good abilities in preparing mathematical literacy questions in the context of the wetland environment. Konteks lingkungan lahan basah dihadirkan sebagai dunia nyata untuk mengukur kemampuan numerasi mahasiswa calon guru matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan proses perngembangan instrumen tes kemampuan numerasi mahasiswa calon guru matematika dengan konteks lingkungan lahan basah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Dick & Carey. Model ini terdiri atas enam tahapan yang dimulai dengan analisis tujuan, analisis subjek, pengembangan produk, validasi, ujicoba, serta revisi untuk menghasilkan produk yang valid. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur validitas produk adalah lembar validasi ahli. Hasil validasi kemudian dianalisis secara kuantiataif beradasarkan skor dari setiap aspek validasi dan secara kualitatif dengan memperhatikan saran perbaikan yang diberikan. Hasil pengembangan berupa instrumen tes numerasi yang terdiri atas 12 soal dengan sebaran proses kognitif, konten, serta konteks beragam. Instrumen tersebut dikembangkan sesuai dengan tahapan pengembangan produk dan termasuk dalam kategori cukup valid dengan skor validitas rata-rata yakni 74%. Kata kunci: numerasi, instrumen tes, lingkungan lahan basah, mahasiswa calon guru, valid Abstract: Numerical ability is the ability to think using concepts, procedures, facts and mathematical tools to solve everyday problems in various types of relevant contexts. The context of the wetland environment is presented as a real world to measure the numeracy skills of prospective mathematics teacher students. The purpose of this study was to describe the process of developing a numeracy ability test instrument for prospective mathematics teacher students in the context of a wetland environment. This research is development research with the development model used is Dick & Carey. This model consists of six stages starting with objective analysis, subject analysis, development process, validation, testing, and revision to produce a valid product. The instrument used to measure product validity is an expert validation sheet. The results of the validation were then analyzed quantitatively based on the scores from each aspect of the validation and qualitatively by considering the suggestions for improvement. The results of the development are in the form of a numeration test instrument consisting of 12 questions with a variety of cognitive processes, content, and contexts. The instrument was developed in accordance with the stages of product development and was included in the fairly valid category with an average validity score of 74%. This research method uses qualitative research with a case study approach to 7 students of the mathematics education study program in one of the universities in Malang city. The data collected in this study were in the form of student work and transcripts of interviews with research subjects. Data analysis of student work is done by classifying errors based on the types of errors. Analysis of interview transcript data was carried out by coding words or sentences indicating the factors causing errors in drawing the graph of the cosine function. The results showed that the first semester students' errors in drawing the graph of the cosine function consisted of misconception, procedural errors, and factual errors. Misconception occurs due to a misunderstanding of the concepts related to the cosine function. A procedural error occurred when using the translation method to graph the cosine function.
