Cascaded configuration provides distributed maximum power point tracking (MPPT), which increase power generation, but is more complex and more expensive. Furthermore, boost topology of DC-DC converters in cascaded configuration does not efficient works in the cases of mismatch in solar panels conditioned of the different types of PV panels, they partial shading, aging, or manufacturing variation. We propose to introduce in each a channel of cascaded DC-DC converter a supercapacitor (SC) pack combining distributed MPPT with distributed energy storage. Setting the SC pack in each a channel between the PV panel and the DC-DC converter enables using of SC pack for simple MPPT control and simultaneously power decoupling of energy generation stage from energy consumption. The latter allows improving distributed control of DC-DC boost converters in cascade with series connected outputs. To control of proposed PV installation,it has been developed some control subsystems: searching MPPT with one current sensor, flatness interleaving control of DC-bus voltage, balancing of SC voltages, energy management system (EMS). The conducted simulation studies in the Matlab/Simulink environment{showed the workability and effectiveness of the proposed solution.","PeriodicalId":340150,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Energy and Power Systems (IEPS)","volume":"211 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123262861","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A statistical data processing procedure under insufficient measurement data is applied to results of periodic monitoring of the equipment insulation condition. Dielectric loss tangent distribution is analyzed for operational and faulty bushings. Maximum permissible values of dielectric loss tangent are specified to ensure minimum risk. The accident causes can be factors, which are related to the failure of an equipment, and technological factors. For example, a deviation of the structural components from design values is related to these technological factors. The suggested approach is interdisciplinary as a gas dynamic behavior, thermal fields and a dynamic stress-strain state of the bladed disk are analyzed jointly. The approach is based on numerical methods of a gas dynamics and a dynamic strength. The vapor flow through the turbo machine blade lattice is calculated using the viscous compressible gas model. For a numerical integration of the structure a nonlinear finite element model is applied to analyze forced vibrations of the bladed disk under an action of aerodynamic loads.","PeriodicalId":340150,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Energy and Power Systems (IEPS)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134055407","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to receive a universal control system, have been used all tree control parameters of damping and interconnection. Especially, introduction the interconnection allowed to dynamically modify the object’s structure instead of forming control signal as external influence in current system. That leads to better results of speed response of the output voltage in transient and its error in steady state than only damping actions. Obtained dynamic feedback PB controllers have been compared by computer simulation with others, in particular cascaded structures based on flatness and sliding mode control. Developed control system shows a robustness to system non-ideality, which have not considered during a controller synthesis. Furthermore, because of the signal of the duty ratio is forming with the use of dynamically obtained reference signal of the inductor current, there is the possibility of saturation of the latter that was realized.","PeriodicalId":340150,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Energy and Power Systems (IEPS)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131757308","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to this, the work of stations based on the using renewable energy sources (RSE), in particular photovoltaic power stations (PPS), should take place on the basis of the announced hourly generating graph by the owner of the station one day ahead. In order to ensure the accuracy of the predicted graph, a study was carried out on the determination of meteorological parameters that most affected the generation of electricity at photovoltaic power plants. Two stationary models of operation of such power plant are proposed on the basis of the daily diagram of the diesel generator’s operation – for power supply of industrial and domestic objects. The physical and chemical properties of biofuels and their impact on the toxicity of exhaust gases are taken into account. The comparative description of the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the operation of the diesel generator on the proposed models of exploitation and effects from its transfer to the use of a renewable energy source is carried out.","PeriodicalId":340150,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Energy and Power Systems (IEPS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123545680","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
