The relevance of the topic is due to the need to overcome the negative trends associated with the constant outflow of the economically active population from some regions of the country. The purpose of the article is to establish the strength of statistical relationship between the interregional movement of labor resources and the key indicators that reveal the innovation potential of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The following tasks were solved: internal and interregional migration of able–bodied population was analyzed; federal districts with a positive and negative difference between incoming and outgoing able–bodied population were identified; the dynamics of interregional movement in the context of migration causes was examined, including the most common of them for the period from 2016 to 2021. The article uses general scientific methods of research, as well as statistical analysis of migration movement data within the country and indicators of the rating of innovative development of regions. The novelty of the work is related to the comparison of regional labor migration and aggregated assessments of economic, educational, digital and institutional development of the regions. In this regard, the development of a model of interaction “university - industrial enterprise” is especially relevant. The purpose of the study is to confirm the hypothesis that the graduate is the main source of partnerships for universities. The objectives of the study are: analysis of the current partnerships between the university and the graduate of the largest technical universities of the Russian Federation; determination of the levels of interaction between the university and representatives of the real sector of the economy (industrial enterprises); development of a “motivation ladder” for the graduate on the way to his transformation from an applicant who considers the university from the point of view of an assistant at the start of professional activity to a strategic partner - an industrial enterprise that considers the university as a source of research competencies; the development of an original model of interaction “university - industrial enterprise” based on the principles of crowdfunding and managing the grad[1]uate development cycle as a partner from the applicant to the employer . The authors developed a “motivational triad”, reflecting the predictive utility of cooperation in the long term. To confirm the practical significance of the conducted study, digital communication outlines were designed that describe key business processes and the achieved result at each level of interaction between the university and industrial enterprises, which can be integrated into the digital infrastructure of universities. The idea is substantiated that the “blockchain” technology can significantly increase the quality of public services: reduce data processing time and decrease the number of requests for the necessary information. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the possibility of bringing the provision of housing and community amenities to a fundamentally new level, to increase public confidence in the work of state bodies. The authors pay the main attention in the work to the analysis of the openness and transparency of new technologies, as well as preservation guarantees of personal data in the provision of public services. The authors propose possible directions for the application and development of “blockchain” technology in the public sector, as well as a mechanism for the formation of special automated “smart rules” that can be used for the public sector. The authors’ proposal is to create normative legal or administrative acts not just in a machine-readable format, but as “smart rules” is of fundamental importance. The author proves that in order to use the digital platform more effectively, it is necessary to solve a number of key issues. So, at present, a common understanding of the digital platform and other related categories has not been developed in the research and analytical literature. The article emphasizes that the rules of using a digital platform in the field of international trade remain unclear for Russian business, therefore, the lack of legalization of this type of digital innovation affects its low demand in the business circles. The paper emphsizes that in the context of the regionalization of the world economy, a clear and unambiguous understanding of those areas that are priorities in the economic policy pursued by the state is of particular importance for Russian business. The author believes that the era of globalization of the world economy is coming to an end, and it is being replaced by a period of regionalization. In the context of territorial disintegration and increasing competition, the role of the digital platform as a factor that significantly reduces the costs of doing international business will increase. The content specificity, genesis and psychological basis of the concept of polysensory branding are carried out. The article analyzed the «Smash your brand» technique, developed by Martin Lindstrom, in order to test the communicative effectiveness of the twelve components of the brand identity system, focused on different channels of perception. In order to scientifically substantiate the practical significance of the tools of polysensory branding and sensory marketing in an offline environment, the results of an empirical study conducted under the guidance of the author are considered. The empirical research is aimed at the identifying the impact features of the of the brand’s olfactory communication system on consumers. The study reveals the dependence of brand perception and consumer activity on the specifics of marginal suggestive aromatization of the store’s sales area. The problem of the limitations of sensory channels of brand communications in the web environment is studied, in particular, the impossibility of mechanical transfer of polysensory branding tools to the web environment due to technical limitations, as well as the peculiarities of the psychology of perception and behavior of online users. At the same time, the agro-industrial complex and agriculture lag behind the leading industries in terms of the level of digitalisation. This opens up large-scale prospects for the implementation of information technology projects, but also dictates the need to introduce additional measures to accelerate the development and implementation of digital technologies. The growing popularity of system integration is explained by a number of advantages: reducing the time for information exchange, decision-making and goods circulation, eliminating duplication of functions and the overall economic effect for each of the participants due to a wider and more comprehensive integration of computer systems. To support such initiatives, the study proposes a mechanism for the system integration of the resource subsystem of agricultural, processing and marketing enterprises in the region using a theoretical and methodological basis. Achieving the highest level of system integration is expected through the integration of information systems on a platform framework, as well as the addition of digital services of financial operators with the connection of economic entities of the agro-industrial complex. The developed mechanism reflects the algorithm of strategically significant events with a target orientation towards expanding the scale of system integration of enterprises in the agro-industrial complex. The ecosystem approach is being actively implemented in all spheres of the economy and society. This phenomenon has not bypassed the education sphere. The article considers the priority tasks and trends in the development of education that meet the global challenges of the changing world economy, and aimed at developing a new paradigm of training throughout life. The purpose of the study is to analyze the factors influencing the creation of an educational ecosystem of the future, designed to form and develop a culture of lifelong learning, and, consequently, to the need for the introduction of network models based on elements of joint and voluntary learning. The research methods are comparative and causal analysis of management decisions. As a result of the study, the authors identify the elements of the educational and personnel ecosystems that affect the business processes of an organization in the context of digital transformation. It will significantly accelerate the possibilities of cooperation between the real sector of the economy, the educational ecosystem and the state within the framework of the above changes. The ecosystem transformation of education will allow to educate a new generation that will lead the transition to the effective and harmonious development of world civilization. The ecosystem approach will change the traditional ways of learning, discovering, acting on the principles of cooperation. These changes are aimed at dialogue in terms of business training in the conditions of digitalisation of the economy between the educational ecosystem and the business environment. The modern educational process is not limited to the digitisation of educational materials or to the introduction of remote education. Digital transformation impacts the educational activities in higher education, secondary, professional, and even preschool education. Development and implementation of digital learning environments is a prerequisite for obtaining detailed learning data of an individual for the entire time of his education, that caused the appearance of the lifelong digital educational footprint. The developers of digital educational courses plan to analyze the digital footprint and to use the results to adjust an educational trajectory when studying at higher educational institutions. The integration with social networks and messengers provides the data needed to create virtual assistant based on the individual behavior, that helps the student to master the course material. The collected data is also useful to create student’s digital twin, that is used by the teacher to conduct educational experimental research on the implementation of new educational technologies, or to adjust learning path to achieve maximum educational results of the particular student. The authors conducted the research on possibilities to use digital footprint for assessing the current state of the student’s competencies and for keeping the student’s competencies in an active state taken into account lifelong learning strategy. Based on the study of advertising reports and research agencies, analysis of statistical data and author’s developments of practitioners in the field of brand promotion on digital services, the features of building brand communications with target audiences are revealed. A number of priority tools for digital interaction of the brand with consumers are presented, a description of the factors and conditions for brand promotion in the digital environment is given. To reveal the current factors of the digital technologies use in the promotion of brands effectiveness, the following issues are discussed: 1) changing the structure of budget allocation and the dynamics of investing in promoting brands in the digital environment in Russia and in the world; 2) identification of effective brand promotion factors in the online format in comparison with established forms of traditional marketing; 3) disclosure of the brand promotion specifics in comparison with trademarks that have not reached the status of a brand. Based on the results of the in-depth interview with experts, a range of brand managers’ tasks engaged in the promotion of brands and trademarks in the digital field was revealed. The importance of developing a creative concept of the brand for the users’ emotional involvement is highlighted. A large amount of collected experimental data is statistically analyzed to make sure that the previously proposed method of optimal augmented reality object placement really simplifies the user experience and reduces the time needed for object placement. The results of this analysis allow us to conclude the effectiveness of the proposed method. The current challenges of applications which implement augmented reality technology in the field of user experience and their solutions are also discussed. This research is conducted to find new methods for developing applications and services that present features to the user by applying augmented reality technology. Currently, there are many different algorithms that allow the recognition of anchor points in flat images and in space. However, at a higher level, there are many research tasks for developers on the most effective application of these algorithms and subsequent analysis of the data obtained.
