Commitment (e-loyalty) can be influenced by several factors, in this study the factors in question are service (e-service), trust (e-trust) and satisfaction (e-satisfaction). This is an explanatory research conducted with the aim of knowing the effect and magnitude of the influence of the service variable (e-service), transaction trust (e-trust) on the purchase commitment (e-loyalty) made by Traveloka consumers in Semarang City. The population in this study are consumers of Traveloka products in the city of Semarang with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data, namely questionnaires, the results of calculations on the SPSS application, and previous thesis literature studies. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method through purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by spreading it to related respondents. This research uses validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple regression, multiple regression, t test, and path analysis with SPSS version 25 application tools. The results showed that the E-Service Quality variable had a positive and significant effect on E-Satisfaction on Traveloka application customers. the E-Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on E-Satisfaction on Traveloka application customers and the E-Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty on Traveloka application customers. The higher the level of customer satisfaction, the higher the customer loyalty. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan temuan maningkatnya penggunaan internet di Indonesia dan peluang dalam penjualan tiket pesawat secara online yang disebut e-ticketing dan hubungannya dengan pelayanan (e-service), kepercayaan (e-trust), kepuasan (e-satisfaction) dan komitmen (e-loyalty) dari e-ticketing. Komitmen (e-loyalty) dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, pada penelitian ini faktor yang dimaksud ialah pelayanan (e-service), kepercayaan (e-trust) maupun kepuasan (e-satisfaction). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory research yang dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan besaran pengaruh variabel pelayanan (e-service), kepercayaan (e-trust) transaksi terhadap Komitmen (e-loyalty) pembelian yang dilakukan oleh konsumen Traveloka di Kota Semarang. PT Inocycle Technology Group Tbk Kabupaten Semarang merupakan salah satu industri manufaktur yang berada di Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan produksi PT Inocycle Technology Group Tbk Kabupaten Semarang. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 104 responden yang merupakan karyawan produksi pada PT Inocycle Technology Group Tbk Kabupaten Semarang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis regresi menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap produktivitas kerja adalah variabel lingkungan kerja fisik sebesar 41,2%. Sociolla has a highlight the products that they sell are guaranteed 100% original, verified by the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM), and have beauty education and personal care features namely Beauty Journal. The problem occurs because there are still complaints about the quality of Sociolla website and a decrease in the number of Sociolla website visitors which is thought to be one of the factors that can affect repurchase intention at Sociolla. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived website quality on repurchase intention with e-trust as an intervening variable on Sociolla. The number of samples in this study are 100 respondents from FISIP Diponegoro University students who used Sociolla and had made a purchase in the past year. This type of research is explanatory research with proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis method in this study use SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that perceived website quality variable had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, perceived website quality variable had a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention and e-trust could partially mediate the effect of perceived website quality on repurchase intention. Suggestions that can be given by researchers are that Sociolla can evaluate and improve the quality of their website, increase the fulfillment of expectations in handling problems and processing transactions, provide attractive offers.Sociolla merupakan salah satu e-commerce atau website jual beli online yang berfokus pada bidang kecantikan. Sociolla mempunyai highlight produk yang dijual 100% original terverifikasi Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM), memiliki fitur edukasi kecantikan dan perawatan pribadi Beauty Journal. Permasalahan terjadi karena masih terdapat banyak keluhan akan kualitas website Sociolla dan adanya penurunan jumlah pengunjung website Sociolla yang diduga sebagai salah satu faktor yang dapat berpengaruh pada repurchase intention pada Sociolla. The population in this study are telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the publication of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples in this study were four (4) companies which were taken by purposive sampling method. The four companies are PT. XL Axiata Tbk., Smartfren Telecom Tbk., PT. Indosat Tbk., and PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The analytical technique used is descriptive quantitative using financial ratios. The financial ratios used are liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios. The liquidity ratio is measured using the Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash Ratio. The solvency ratio is measured using the Debt to Asset Ratio and the Debt to Equity Ratio. Profitability ratios are measured using Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, and Return On Equity. The results of this study indicate that PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. which has a fairly good financial performance result. As for the three (3) companies such as PT. XL Axiata Tbk., Smartfen Telecom Tbk., and PT. Indosat Tbk. have poor financial performance results. The advice given to the company is that it is necessary to cut and summarize costs that are not needed by the company and need to increase sales volume and revenue.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja keuangan perusahaan dengan menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2020. Jumlah sampe dalam penelitian ini sebanyak empat (4) perusahaan yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Keempat perusahaan tersebut adalah PT. XL Axiata Tbk., Smartfren Telecom Tbk., PT. However, in human resources there are often problems that hinder the running of the company's activities, one of which is the problem of employee performance. Employee performance refers to a person's ability to complete tasks according to his role in the company. Various factors in influencing employee performance include employee training and competence which are important factors for better employee performance.This study aims to determine the effect of training and competence on the performance of factory employees at PT. Indonesia Steel Tube Works Semarang. This research method is quantitative method with explanatory research type. The sample used was 75 respondents with the sampling technique using the census technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement scale. Data analysis using SPSS Version 26.The results of this study indicate that training and competence have an effect and have a positive relationship on employee performance. Training has an effect of 30.6% on employee performance. Competence has an influence of 78% on employee performance. Meanwhile, training and competence together have an effect of 79.1% on employee performance. Based on the results of the study, the magnitude of the effect of training and competence on employee performance, it is suggested that companies pay more attention to the training provided to factory employees so that they can support employee performance.Sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan yang krusial dalam menggerakkan aktivitas perusahaan. Namun, di dalam sumber daya manusia itu sering terjadi masalah yang menghambat jalannya kegiatan perusahaan, salah satunya adalah masalah kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan mengacu pada kemampuan seseorang untuk menyelesaikan tugas sesuai perannya di perusahaan. Berbagai faktor dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan diantaranya pelatihan dan kompetensi karyawan yang menjadi faktor penting agar kinerja karyawan menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pabrik pada PT. Indonesia Steel Tube Works Semarang. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian eksplanatori. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 75 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran skala likert. Analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan kompetensi berpengaruh dan memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 30,6% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 78% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Background of this reseach is sales data from 2016 to 2020 experiencing fluctuating sales at Carry Pick Up in the city of Cilacap. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between variables on Carry Pick users in Cilacap City using the type of explanatory research by taking 100 samples using nonprobability sampling, purposive sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire. To test the validity, reliability test, correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and Sobel using the Spss version 26 and Sobel Test with quantpsy.org. So that there is competition between coffee shops to create uniqueness and the best taste. In winning the competition, it is important for a company to be able to retain consumers so that they are willing to make purchasing decisions. The strategy that can be done is to increase brand ambassadors, brand awareness, and buying interest, so that it can encourage consumers' willingness to make purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassador and brand awareness variables on purchasing decisions through buying interest as an intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory research. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling and purposive sampling. This study uses 100 respondents (Cooper & Emory theory, 1992) who are other consumers of Kopi Lain Hati in Wonosobo. The data in this study were processed using the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence on brand ambassadors on buying interest, brand awareness on buying interest, brand awareness on purchasing decisions, and buying interest on purchasing decisions. However, the results obtained are not significant on the brand ambassador variable on purchasing decisions, which means that the relationship has a small effect. Meanwhile, it is also produced if the buying interest variable becomes an intervening variable between brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions in full mediation, and brand awareness on purchasing decisions in partial mediation.Meningkatnya konsumsi kopi di Indonesia menunjukkan masyarakat yang semakin gemar mengkonsumsi kopi. Sehingga muncul persaingan diantara kedai kopi untuk menciptakan keunikan dan cita rasa terbaik. Dalam memenangkan persaingan, penting bagi sebuah perusahaan untuk dapat mempertahankan konsumen agar mereka bersedia melakukan keputusan pembelian. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah meningkatkan brand ambassador, brand awareness, serta minat beli, sehingga dapat mendorong kemauan konsumen untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel brand ambassador dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui variabel minat beli sebagai variabel intervening. One of them is Gubug Makan Mang Engking Ungaran which carries the concept for families with a very spacious and beautiful place with a hut above a fish pond which is certainly liked by many consumers, as well as very diverse menu choices. It's just that with a large place, diverse menu choices, and the number of visitors who are certainly not small, of course it can also cause problems such as not optimal service provided which then makes consumer satisfaction low.This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction in Gubug Mang Engking Ungaran. The type of research used is explanatory research, where the data collection technique uses a questionnaire tool with a sample of 100 respondents by purposive sampling. The selected respondents are consumers who have a decision to visit Gubug Man Engking Ungaran. The methodology used to analyze primary data in this research is validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and significance test (t test and f test) with SPSS version 22.The results showed that there was a significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction by 49.1% while the rest was influenced by factors other than service quality. Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 61.8%, while the rest is influenced by factors other than price. Simultaneously, price together with service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction by 70.9% while the rest is influenced by other factors besides price and service quality.Based on the results of the study, the researchers gave suggestions that the Gubug Makan Mang Engking Ungaran.Perkembangan bisnis kuliner di Indonesia sangatt pesat. Banyak bisnsis kuliner baru yang muncul dengan berbagai konsep yangt berbeda baik dari segi menumakanan yang disajikan hingga nuansa tempat makan yang dibuat indah dan senyaman mungkin untuk memenuhi keinginan konsumen. Therefore, good employee performance is needed for the survival of the company. This study aims to analyze and prove that leadership and work environment affect the performance of Bhakti Praja Cooperative employees in Central Java Province. The type of research is explanatory research and sampling using census techniques. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The number of samples used were 36 employees of the Bhakti Praja Cooperative, Central Java Province. This study uses quantitative and qualitative analysis with validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis, significance of t test and F test, with the help of SPSS version 21 program. The results showed that leadership and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the correlation coefficient between the variables of leadership and work environment have a strong relationship with performance. The coefficient of determination of the leadership variable on the employee performance variable of the Bhakti Cooperative, Central Java Province is 51.5%. The coefficient of determination of the work environment variable on the employee performance variable of the Bhakti Cooperative, Central Java Province, is 43.4%.Karyawan merupakan unsur yang paling penting selama menetapkan kemajuan atau kemunduran suatu perusahaan. Guna memperoleh tujuan perusahaan, tentu memerlukan pekerja yang berdasarkan pada syarat yang dibutuhkan perusahaan dan bisa melaksanakan tugas maupun tanggung jawab yang sudah dirancang oleh perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja karyawan yang baik sangat dibutuhkan demi kelangsungan hidup perusahaan tersebut.
