Namun, dilihat dari posisi Top Brand Index dalam 5 tahun terakhir dari tahun 2016-2020 Citilink belum mampu menciptakan kekuatan brand karena tetap berada di bawah posisi maskapai penerbangan pesaing sejenis, yaitu Lion Air. Maskapai penerbangan Citilink sebagai salah satu penerbangan yang menerapkan low cost carrier ternyata jika dibandingkan dengan maskapai penerbangan pesaing, maskapai penerbangan Citilink menawarkan harga yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand experience dan harga terhadap keputusan penggunaan maskapai penerbangan Citilink. Tipe penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan purposive sampling&snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode kuesioner menggunakan google form. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, serta signifikasi uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel brand experience dan harga terhadap keputusan penggunaan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat. Namun, kedua variabel independen tersebut belum dapat dikatakan sangat baik karena terdapat beberapa persepsi negatif dari responden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh celebrity endorser dan e-brand personality terhadap online repurchase intention melalui e-trust sebagai variabel mediasi lipstik PIXY di Kota Semarang. Tipe penelitian ini yaitu penelitian eksplanatori. Pengambilan sampel  menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Sampel berjumlah 100 responden konsumen lipstik PIXY di Kota Semarang yang telah melakukan pembelian secara online minimal lebih dari dua kali. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji validitas, reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, regresi sederhana dan ganda, signifikansi uji t, uji F, uji mediasi dan sobel menggunakan program SPSS for windows 24 version. Penelitian ini menghasilkan yaitu celebrity endorser berpengaruh terhadap online repurchase intention, e-brand personality berpengaruh terhadap online repurchase intention, celebrity endorser berpengaruh terhadap e-trust, e-brand personality berpengaruh terhadap e-trust, e-trust berpengaruh terhadap online repurchase intention. Hasil uji mediasi dan uji sobel menghasilkan bahwa e-trust adalah mediasi parsial yang mampu memediasi pengaruh celebrity endorser terhadap online repurchase intention dan memediasi pengaruh e-brand personality terhadap online repurchase intention. One of the manufacturing companies that have a high turnover level on production worker is PT Putra Albasia Mandiri Temanggung. The research aimed at finding out the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the turnover intention of PT Putra Albasia Mandiri Temanggung production workers. The type of research used is explanatory research. The population of the research is the production workers of PT Putra Albasia Mandiri Temanggung with a sample of 76 respondents. The sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaires that are given directly to respondents by complying with health protocols due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The analysis technique used is quantitative and qualitative analysis using validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple linear regression, t test, and F test test which is processed using SPSS 25.0 version. The results of the study indicate that there is a negative and significant influence, either partially or simultaneously, between the variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the turnover intention of the production workers of PT Putra Albasia Mandiri Temanggung.Turnover intention yang tinggi pada karyawan pelaksana produksi dapat mengganggu aktivitas dan produktivitas perusahaan. Salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang memiliki tingkat turnover yang tinggi pada karyawan pelaksana produksi adalah PT Putra Albasia Mandiri Temanggung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan pelaksana produksi PT Putra Albasia Mandiri Temanggung. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pelaksana produksi PT Putra Albasia Mandiri Temanggung dengan jumlah sampel 76 responden. Metode pengambilan sambel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan secara langsung kepada responden dengan menaati protokol kesehatan karena adanya pandemi Covid-19. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, regresi linear sederhana dan berganda, uji t, dan uji F yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 25.0 version. This research was conducted on the Ciledug community of Tangerang City who used the Shopee application. The sample used is purposive sampling, which is calculated using the Slovin formula. Data processing and analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially sponsorship has a positive and insignificant effect on purchase pntention and partially E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Simultaneously the two independent variables, namely, Sponsorship and E-Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, Purchase Intention.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Sponsorship dan E-Service Quality terhadap Minat Beli. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap masyarakat Ciledug Kota Tangerang yang menggunakan aplikasi Shopee . Sample yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan diantaranya, analisis statistik deskriptif, regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, nalisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien korelasi berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Sponsorship  berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Beli dan secara parsial E-Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. This research was conducted at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency in Central Java Province For this reason, the object of research in this paper is civil servants in the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Central Java Province, amounting to 165 civil servants. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and multiple linear analysis with a total sample size of 100 respondents. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire aims analysis to test the validity of the statement indicators in the questionnaire, the Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis to test the magnitude of the influence partially or simultaneously on the variable due to the dependent variable.The results showed that: (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) Competence a insignificant effect on employee performance; (3) Organizational Commitment has a insignificant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pemerintah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian dalam penulisan ini adalah PNS di Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang berjumlah 165 PNS. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan analisis linier berganda dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket bertujuan analisis untuk menguji validitas indikator pernyataan dalam angket, rumus cronbach alpha untuk menguji reliabilitas instrumen, analisis regresi untuk menguji besarnya pengaruh secara parsial atau simultan terhadap variabel akibat terhadap variabel terikat. It leads companies to have goals not only to increase profits but also to increase the firm values to attract investors. The aim of this research is to study the effects of profitability, dividend policy, and debt policy on the firm value on state-owned companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period of 2015-2019. This research uses a sampling technique that is purposive sampling with certain criteria, so that from the entire population, there are 15 BUMN companies that meet the criteria out of 20 BUMN companies as the population. The results obtained from this study show that simultaneously, profitability, dividend policy, and debt policy have an effect on firm value. Meanwhile, partially, profitability (ROE) and dividend policy (DPR) have a significant positive effect on company value (PBV), then debt policy (DER) has a significant negative effect on firm value (PBV). The suggestion that the writer can give based on this research is that the company should look for more strategies in an effort to increase the value of the company such as increasing profitability, increasing the dividend payout ratio, and reducing the company's debt level.Seiring dengan berkembangnya perekonomian global, menimbulkan persaingan antar perusahaan-perusahaan baik secara nasional maupun internasional. Hal tersebut menjadikan perusahaan memiliki tujuan selain meningkatkan keuntungan namun juga meningkatkan nilai perusahaan demi menarik minat investor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meneliti pengaruh dari profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen, dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu, sehingga dari seluruh populasi ada 15 perusahaan BUMN yang memenuhi kriteria dari 20 perusahaan BUMN sebaga populasinya. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan profitabilitas (ROE), kebijakan dividen (DPR), dan kebijakan hutang (DER) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Sedangkan, secara parsial profitabilitas (ROE), dan kebijakan dividen (DPR) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), lalu kebijakan hutang (DER) memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Based on this phenomenon, this study tries to find out which investment instrument is the best from Bitcoin, IDX30 stocks and Gold. This study measures the performance of Bitcoin in the form of investment and compares it with other popular conventional investments in the community such as stocks and gold. The research method used is a quantitative method with a comparative descriptive type of research. The data used are secondary data from Indodax, BEI, Bloomberg, Crix and Antam which are already published. The analytical technique used is the Sharpe, Treynor, Jensen and Sortino indexes. The result shows that Bitcoin is the best instrument because based on Sharpe, Treynor, and Sortino value the return is better than the other two instruments. This is because Bitcoin has optimal performance when calculated using the Sharpe, Treynor and Sortino methods. IDX30 shares a sufficient return with moderate risk and can be used as a promising investment alternative. Gold with stable performance with low risk can also be used as an alternative investment. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena instrumen investasi baru bernama Cryptocurrency Bitcoin yang menjadi populer dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini mencoba mencari instrumen investasi mana yang terbaik dari Bitcoin, saham IDX30 dan Emas. Penelitian ini mengukur kinerja Bitcoin dalam bentuk investasi dan membandingkan dengan investasi konvensial yang populer lainnya di masyarakat seperti saham dan emas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif komparatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Indeks Sharpe, Treynor, Jensen dan Sortino. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari Indodax, BEI, Bloomberg, Crix dan Antam yang dipublikasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bitcoin merupakan instrumen investasi terbaik selama periode penelitian, lebih baik dari dua instrumen lainnya, hal ini dikarenakan Bitcoin memiliki kinerja yang optimal jika dihitung menggunakan metode Sharpe, Treynor dan Sortino. Saham IDX30 memiliki return yang cukup dengan risiko yang sedang dan bisa dijadikan alternatif investasi yang cukup menjanjikan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price perception on customer satisfaction on Samsung smartphone product, determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction of Samsung smartphone product, determine price perception and product quality in customer satisfaction on smartphone product. This type of research is explanatory research. The research method used is the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the snowball sampling method. By using a questionnaire and google form as data collection methods. Data processing using SPSS 25.0. The samples collected were 97 respondents who used Samsung smartphone type M. the data analysis used was correlation test, simple linier regression test, multiple linier regression test, t test and f test. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded the perception of price and product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of country of origin and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decision through purchase intention in Innisfree sheet mask products. The type of this study was explanatory research. The sampling technique was non-probability and used purposive sampling. The data collection using a questionnaire in the form of google form. The sample used was 100 respondents, namely active students of S1 FISIP Diponegoro University class 2017-2020. In this study used quantitative analysis with the help of SPSS application to validity test, reliability, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression, significance of t test and f test. The results showed that variables of country of origin and electronic word of mouth had a positive effect on purchasing decision through purchase intention. Suggestion in this study are to improve in several aspects that Innisfree needs to do, especially country of origin and electronic word of mouth, such as increasing the response when complaints or negative reviews are encountered in order to increase purchase intention and encourage purchasing decisions. Keywords: Country of Origin; Electronic Word of Mouth; Purchase Intention; Purchase Decision Abstrak : Innisfree merupakan salah satu produk kecantikan yang sudah memasuki pasar Indonesia dan termasuk kedalam lima besar skincare favorit wanita Indonesia, namun penjualan yang didapat tahun 2017-2020 mengalami penurunan dan terdapat beberapa review negatif pada sheet mask Innisfree. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh country of origin dan electronic word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli pada produk sheet mask Innisfree. Tipe penelitian adalah explanatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik non probability dan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berbentuk google form. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden yaitu mahasiswa aktif S1 FISIP Universitas Diponegoro angkatan 2017-2020. Dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan  bantuan aplikasi SPSS untuk uji validitas, reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, regresi sederhana dan berganda, signifikansi uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel country of origin dan electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli. Ganesha Operation Cilacap Tutoring is an alternative that aims to help students who have learning difficulties and improve achievement. Consumer satisfaction must be maintained so that they are loyal, taking into account aspects of service quality and price. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable for Ganesha Operation Cilacap students. The sample used was 72 high school / high school students who took tutoring at Ganesha Operation for the 2020/2021 academic year. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of the study indicate that based on the F test, service quality, price, and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. The advice given in this study is the Ganesha Operation Cilacap tutoring to seek to improve the quality of service optimally and consistently, adjust the price of the guidance program, and satisfaction in consumers so that loyal customers can be created. Bimbingan Belajar Ganesha Operation Cilacap merupakan salah satu alternatif yang bertujuan membantu siswa yang kesulitan belajar dan meningkatkan prestasi. Kepuasan konsumen harus tetap terjaga agar kemudian loyal, dengan memperhatikan aspek kualitas pelayanan dan harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Dengan Kepuasan Konsumen Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada peserta didik Ganesha Operation Cilacap. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 72 siswa SMA/SLTA yang mengikuti bimbingan belajar di Ganesha Operation tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS 23.0 for Windows. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji F, kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan kepuasan konsumen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen.
