Starting from Wuhan China since the end of January 2020. The World Health Organization (WHO) has determined the phenomenon of this incident as a pandemic. A pademic occurs when an infectious disease spreads easily from human to human in various places in all corners of the world. Until the last two weeks, cases of Covid-19 outside China have increased thirteen times, causing concern for the world community. This research tries to provide solutions to the problem of how to develop and access LMS for learning anywhere and anytime (ubiquitos learning) both online and offline, using mobile devices that have limited connections. The M-LMS application being developed will be in the form of a prototype that takes the open source Moodle LMS model, and will focus on only a few important modules, namely the Subject Description module, Assignment module, Quiz module, Subject matter module. In its implementation, this research will be divided into three stages, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection. The pre-development data collection is intended to obtain provision for a preliminary study of the core problems being faced, while the development and implementation stages focus on modeling software designs into diagrams and creating programming code to implement the designs that have been made. But there has been no support system for the other divisions. Errors in determining inventory can paralyze all production activities, because raw materials are the initial materials or media in the production process. If the raw material inventory is too large compared to the company's needs, it will add to the burden on maintenance and storage costs in the warehouse, as well as the possibility of depreciation and a decrease in the quality of raw materials, so this will greatly affect the cost of raw material inventory. And vice versa, if the inventory is too small it will result in a bottleneck in production. Based on the description above, the researcher conducted research at a workshop company in X city. The object of the study was to calculate the cost of procuring AWS welding wire raw materials at the company using the EOQ method. The results showed that the raw material requirement for AWS welding wire in period 9 could be known economically, namely = 77.9817 kg for AWS welding wire. Purchase frequency for AWS welding wire 11 times. The total cost of TIC supplies in period 9 for AWS welding wire = IDR 7,800.00/Kg. Alat ini digunakan untuk mendeteksi gerakan manusia dan mengontrol AC ruangan dari jarak jauh yang berbasis web dan Arduino. Misalnya dalam bidang kebersihan, pemilahan sampah secara otomatis harus dilakukan, karena saat ini masyarakat kurang mendapat informasi tentang lingkungan terutama tentang pembuangan sampah. Pemilahan sampah bertujuan untuk memilah sampah, dalam hal ini menjadi logam dan non logam, sehingga proses daur ulang sampah menjadi lebih efisien. Namun pada kenyataannya, jenis sampah masih tercampur di tempat pembuangan akhir. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dibuatlah otomatisasi tempat sampah, sebuah prototipe tempat sampah cerdas berbasis mikrokontroler yang fungsi utamanya adalah untuk memilah sampah khususnya sampah yang mengandung unsur logam. Secara keseluruhan perancangan alat ini berhasil dilakukan.
