This research has a purpose to determine the water content and protein levels in sausage products. The method used is gravimetric method for water content analysis and kjeldahl method for protein content analysis. Samples were put in oven for 3 hours with temperature 105 oC. From the analysis of samples with gravimetric method, the results obtained water content in chicken sausage products with an average of 51.24%, in the cow sausage with an average of 54.93%, on grilled chicken sausage with an average of 50.23% and in roasted beef sausages with an average of 50.03%. The principle of kjeldahl method uses three stages: destruction, distillation and titration. From the result of kjeldahl sample analysis, the result of protein content in chicken sausage product is 9,91%, at 9,15% for beef sausage, 6.34% for roast chicken sausage and 7.37% for roast beef sausage. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the water and protein content in sausage products have met the standards set at PT. This study aims to determine the total nitrogen content in the fertilizer sample. Analysis of nitrogen content in fertilizers was carried out using the Kjeldahl method. The principle of determining total nitrogen using the Kjeldahl method is that nitrogen in fertilizer samples is hydrolyzed with concentrated sulfuric acid to form ammonium sulfate compounds. The product of the destruction is ammonium sulfate compound which is distilled in an alkaline condition which is then accommodated with boric acid. The resulting distillate is titrated with sulfuric acid solution until a green color changes to pink. Analysis of COD levels was carried out using closed reflux method using UV-Vis spectrophotmetry, the results obtained were 188.4 mg / L. Analysis of TDS levels using the gravimetric method obtained results of 5,134 mg / L and analysis of Cr-VI levels by UV-Vis spectrophotometry with diphenylcarbazide reagent in acidic conditions obtained results of -2.645 mg / L. Obtained negative levels because the results were below the MDL so that the sample could not be detected because the Cr-VI content was too low. Based on the East Java Provincial Regulation No. 02 of 2008, the standard class III river water quality standard for COD parameters is 100 mg / L. while the TDS parameter was 2000 mg / L and the Cr-VI parameter was 1 mg / L. The value of phenol was analyzed using NH4OH, K3[Fe(CN)60 and antypyrine. In addition, the value of COD was analyzed usign reagent A (K2Cr2O7, H2SO4 and HgSO4) and reagent B (Ag2SO4 and H2SO4). The analysis were carried out everyday in one month. According to the data, the average phenol level at the final wastewater was 0,32 ppm annd had met the quality standard after the restest on 6th, 17th, 19th and 23 th. Concentration of chromium (Cr-VI) were determined using the spectrophotometry method with 1,5-diphenylcarbazide reagent and analyzed with a UV-Vis spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 540 nm, while the determination of sulfate levels (SO42-) using the turbidimetric method uses the same spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 420 nm. The results of the analysis obtained Cr(VI) of 0.0094 mg/L and 0.0096 mg/L while SO42- amounted to 17.2105 mg/L and 20.6842 mg/L. However, the wastewater treatment carried out does not guarantee the quality of the wastewater produced. In this study, several parameters were tested at the outlet of the domestic communal of Sukunan Village such as TDS, TSS, BOD, and pH. The tests for TDS and TSS levels were carried out using the gravimetric method, that is weighing the mass obtained after separation. BOD levels were tested using the iodometric method (azide modification), which was to determine the volume of sodium thiosulfate (Na2S2O3) solution used for titration of iodine (I2) which was released on the 0th and 5th day samples. While the determination of the pH value is done using universal pH. Based on the test, the TDS level is 1440 mg/L, TSS is 80 mg/L, BOD is 70.5625 mg/L, and has a pH of 7. This shows that there are parameters that exceed the domestic wastewater quality standard. This is due to the temperature, power of hydrogen (pH), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), and Biologycal Oxygen Demand (BOD) values that are not in accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number: P.68/Menlh/Setjen/Kum.1/8/2016 concerning Domestic Wastewater Quality Standards. To overcome this, it is necessary to analyze the waste before it is disposed of in the environment. Laboratory analysis of domestic wastewater samples with code 063/AL/Lablingk_DLH/2021 includes determination of temperature, pH, COD and BOD levels. Temperature analysis was performed using a thermometer, pH analysis was performed using a pH meter, COD analysis was performed using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer and BOD analysis was performed using the iodometric titration method. The results obtained were a temperature value of 25.95 oC, a pH value of 7.415, a COD value of 13.299 mg/L and a BOD value of 1.512 mg/L.
