Nursing care during the pandemic in outpatient installations feels somewhat reduced. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of nursing care during Covid-19 pandemic in the outpatient installation of hospital. The research method used is descriptive correlation design with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that there was a relationship between nurses' age, nurses' perceptions of the management tools in the form of money and materials and machines on the implementation of nursing care perceived by patients. Implication: if nursing care is not optimal, if it continues, it will result in a decrease in the quality of health services. This research is a descriptive quantitative correlational research with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this study was 79 respondents who were selected through simple random sampling technique, data analysis used Spearman Rank test. The results showed that 31 respondents (39.2%) had good self-management behavior and 34 respondents (43.1%) had good quality of life. The results of the Rank Spearman test, p value = 0.000 (≤0.05) showed a significant correlation between self-management behavior and quality of life in patients with primary hypertensive. The handling of the pandemic is more focused on efforts to control transmission, one of which is by building herd immunity through the COVID-19 vaccination program. Along with the start of the vaccination program, problems arose regarding the number of hoaxes, especially regarding the Post-Immunization Adverse Events (PIAE) which raised doubts and public anxiety about being vaccinated. This study aims to determine the relationship between level of knowledge and motivation to carry out COVID-19 vaccination. This research is a descriptive correlational research with a sample of 81 people taken using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the level of knowledge of the respondents was mostly in the adequate category, namely 43 respondents (53.1%), while the motivation of respondents in carrying out COVID-19 vaccination was mostly in the adequate category, namely 67 respondents (82.7%). Based on the results of the Spearman Rank test (α = 5%) obtained a p value of 0.001 with a correlation coefficient of 0.356, so it can be interpreted that there is a correlation between the respondent's level of knowledge about COVID-19 Post-Immunization Adverse Events (PIAE) with motivation to vaccinate against COVID-19 with a moderate correlation strength. A good level of knowledge can increase the positive and enthusiastic perception of the community so that it can also increase motivation in carrying out COVID-19 vaccinations.","PeriodicalId":339162,"journal":{"name":"Indonesian Journal of Global Health Research","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125088879","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Antenatal services are health services by health workers for mothers during their pregnancy in accordance with the standards of antenatal care set out in the Midwifery Service Standards (SPK). In 2017 there was a decrease and the difference between K1 and K4 coverage was 7.3%. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of pregnant women including: age, education and occupation at the Tampaksiring II Health Center. This type of research is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach that uses a descriptive design. The population in this study were all pregnant women who visited the Puskesmas Tampaksiring II and the sample in this study was 30 people. The results of this study showed that from 30 respondents 25 (83.3%) knowledge of pregnant women about antenatal care was good, while 5 (16.7%) knowledge of pregnant women about antenatal care was poor. According to Notoadmojo, the older the mother, the more knowledge she has. Mothers in their late teens will have less knowledge and experience because at this age mothers still do not have extensive experience so that it affects mother's knowledge about health, especially about Ante Natal Care (ANC). It is expected for pregnant women to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about ANC so that pregnant women know more about the meaning, benefits and goals of ANC and motivate pregnant women to comply with ANC. ","PeriodicalId":339162,"journal":{"name":"Indonesian Journal of Global Health Research","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132946606","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main focus of this spectrum is on handling the Covid-19 pandemic through the provision of vaccines in Indonesia. The pandemic's impact is indisputably clear, especially in the Stunting Management Programs, which are likely not optimal and require a viable strategy in handling it. Objective: This study aims to identify the strategy of health workers in tackling stunting in rural areas during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Method: This study employs a quantitative descriptive design where the population involved are health workers holding nutrition programs from health centres in rural areas in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study utilizes a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling of 34 respondents. Afterwards, data collection was done online, with the inclusion criteria for health workers working as nutrition program holders and community health centres in rural areas. This study indicates that 55.90% of health workers are not well-performing at dealing with stunting during the pandemic, while 44.10% of them show positive performance. Therefore, prevention of stunting by health workers during a pandemic is one of the indicators of whether stunting is in a high or low incidence.","PeriodicalId":339162,"journal":{"name":"Indonesian Journal of Global Health Research","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122101762","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
