These devices should not restrict the users in their everyday life, therefore commercial, non-invasive Internet of Things (IoT) devices must be used. Thanks to the interoperability of IoT devices, it is possible to send the obtained data to a server, where it can be used in the predict method of a trained machine learning algorithm. Based on the recognized emotion, it is possible to create different instructions for smart home elements.","PeriodicalId":339156,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE 17th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124010830","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study analyses revenues, the budget balance and the debt stock in detail for the period 2012-2021. During the period under study, there were significant changes in the financing and the functions of Hungarian local governments. A striking change is that the decentralised local government system has been replaced by a centralised local government system. Centralisation was mainly in the area of the tasks performed, mainly in the area of public human services. Debt consolidation. Following consolidation, municipal revenues fell sharply as responsibilities were reduced, but the system stabilised. In terms of revenue, it can be noted that the election year has an influence on revenue trends. This fact naturally also affects expenditure, with the municipal subsystem running a deficit in 2019. However, debt has started to increase again since 2017, despite the existence of rule-based practices. The measures taken in the wake of the COVID-pandemic have significantly reduced the revenue potential of local governments, and the sector faces a significant challenge.","PeriodicalId":339156,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE 17th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127069132","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As for the lane detection the main steps are getting the region of interest (ROI) from the input image, thresholding this image, segment lane pixels, and draw the created lane on to the main image. For the traffic sign detection a Yolov3 model was used, trained by darknet framework with the GTSDB database, and for the classification, three CNN models were evaluated, which were trained with the GTSRB database. With the GTSRB database, some image augmentation techniques were used to generate more images, so the database would be balanced.","PeriodicalId":339156,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE 17th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125565632","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A combination of averaged neural networks (avNNet) and feature extraction algorithms were used to achieve this goal. The recursive feature elimination (RFE) method was utilized to Figure out the relevant features. Then, the avNNet was employed on these features to classify/identify hazardous areas. Based on the outcomes of the RFE method, six variables of distance from river, elevation, vegetation, drainage density, precipitation, and slope were the most crucial influencing variables for flood hazard modeling in the area. In a nutshell, according to the results, the avNNet model achieved an accuracy of more than 96% and Kappa values greater than 93% for different used return periods.","PeriodicalId":339156,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE 17th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI)","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126333236","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore there is a need for devising new algorithms for endowing NN to address the transparency and accountancy in the use of AI, especially in areas where AI decisions have a significant impact on people’s lives. This led to the research and investigation of algorithms for explainable AI (XAI), a field which is at the very beginning of its activities. In this paper, a Finite State Machine (FSM) approach is applied to the design and implementation of a blend of Machine Learning (ML) frameworks capable to auto-build, auto-train, and auto-deploy AI models using abstract representations. It is demonstrated, in this paper, that FSMs can be generated and applied at the design of engineering and AI automation tools such that platforms such as AutoML, AutoGluon and others can be controlled at their turn. The automation of AI models is achieved by parsing the FSM states, which results in the creation of Python artifacts that can be executed. The proposed FSM controls the Automated AI Platforms (AAIP) based on the decisions made by the FSM Controller (FSMC). The FSMC is the root of the FSM graph possessing in its structure the rules driving the NNs. The parsed diagrams are nodes of the diagrammatic reasoning (DR) algorithms. These algorithms are capable of selecting the proper FSM and PlantUML diagrams from a database of such diagrams. An implementation of the combination of FSM, FSMC and RNN is described in this paper plainly illustrating the advantages of the FSM approach to AI. Common communication solutions could be the basis of used techniques in railway system, but the functionalities and safety levels must be defined precisely. In railways system several overlapping data network serves the different functionalities, e.g. interlocking, traffic management, maintenance and diagnostics. Despite the fact that real-time multi-user software is now very popular in some domains of medicine, like radiology, the real potential provided by this technology has not yet been exploited. A scoping review was performed to identify key clinical areas where large-scale information processing presents a usability challenge. In digital pathology, similarly to robot-assisted surgery, the use of multi-user software is a key issue, as it can revolutionize the flow of decision making, the education of medical students, and the consultation between doctor and patient and doctor and doctor as well. The aim of our paper is to give the reader a useful overview of the current level of the adaption of real-time multi-user software tools in two prominent subfields of medicine, digital pathology and robot-assisted surgery.","PeriodicalId":339156,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE 17th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114160456","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the emergence of the production by Small Domestic Power Plants (SDPP) and E-mobility the load on the low voltage distribution grid lines changed significantly. Unexpected phenomenas appeared such as extreme voltage fluctuations. This paper deals with the extreme voltage fluctuations appearing in the low voltage distribution networks. The voltage fluctuation is considered in relation to the deviation from the fluctuation limits allowed by the Hungarian standard MSZ 477:2019. For the scientifical description of the extreme voltage fluctuations a new database system has been created containing the data required to formulate, describe, model and analyze the subject. The authors of this paper aim to develop and present in detail a mathematical model that deals in a complex way with the subject of extreme voltage fluctuations in the public distribution networks.","PeriodicalId":339156,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE 17th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI)","volume":"93 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122777216","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The fast computing of the quantum computers puts everything in danger that relies on classical cryptographic algorithms. The question of when a large-scale quantum computer will be built cannot be exactly answered yet. According to the Cloud Security Alliance at around 2030 the power of quantum computers will increase so that the risk for exposure of traditionally encrypted data will be very high. PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) relies on asymmetric cryptographic algorithms and is widely used in many fields. So it is important that it will be completely safe. The way to provide that is to change traditional cryptographic algorithms to post-quantum cryptography algorithms or hybrid solutions. To this, we review in this paper the basics of classical PKI and quantum cryptography methods and the threat of quantum computing for PKI. We present quantum-safe solutions already in use and recommend new, well-performing solutions for a quantum-resistant PKI by comparison.","PeriodicalId":339156,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE 17th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI)","volume":"78 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131786752","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
