Tai-Khamtis, Mishmis, Singphos and some other sub tribes which lie in the eastern parts of Arunachal Pradesh. In this remote and near China-Myanmar border, the district is facing a big problem of drugs for long period of time. Since a long, the poppy had associated with the life of the people due to some myths which is a prime cause of present of opium in this region. Opium is an alkaloid derivative of Papaver somniferum commonly known as poppy. The other derivatives of this plant are Heroin, Morphine, Codine and Papaverum, ganja. Derivatives like Morphine have long been used as medicine. Ages of male addicts are from 20 years onwards. Addiction cause varies. It is seen among youngsters mostly. Opium is sold as per tola, roughly equivalent to 10 grams. This paper attempts to explore the reasons responsible for drug addiction. The reasons are examined in relation to eight hypothetical factors, such as peer group, enjoyment, frustration/tension, sufficient leisure, and excess pocket money, imitation of family elders, easy availability and curiosity. Moreover, the remedial measures undertaken by the Drug De-addiction centres and their benefits among the addicts are also analyzed.","PeriodicalId":338928,"journal":{"name":"Integrated Journal for Research in Arts and Humanities","volume":"53 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139163506","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This integral financial mechanism extends essential financial services and modest loans to economically vulnerable segments and small enterprises. Its multifaceted approach incorporates diverse strategies including profit-sharing partnerships like Musharakah, Mudaraba, Muzarah, and Musaqah, as well as sale and debt-based contracts such as Murabaha, Salam, Ijarah, deferred and installment payment contracts, Istisna'a, and Tawarruq. Moreover, it integrates righteousness and charity-based models such as Qard-al-hassan, Zakat, Waqf, Hiba, Takaful, and Wasyyah. Setting itself apart from traditional microfinance, Islamic microfinance staunchly opposes usurious practices and deceit, prioritizing Islamic principles that emphasize moral virtues like honesty and sincerity in individuals. These ethical benchmarks, deeply rooted in Islamic jurisprudence, are considered fundamental across various domains, spanning from economic affairs to matters of governance.","PeriodicalId":338928,"journal":{"name":"Integrated Journal for Research in Arts and Humanities","volume":"43 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139175925","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Linkages between climate and human activity cannot be ignored and it is a universal phenomenon and is certainly possible due to adaptations. These adaptations have direct linkage with physical, mental, emotional, social and overall wellbeing of human beings. Ignoring the degree of adaptation could impact the health upto severe consequences due to climate change. The relationship between sport and environment has to be examined to understand how environment and climatic parameters impacts sport in terms of training, performance and sports injuries. Arunachal Pradesh is a hub of youth potentials especially in sports. Looking at the present climatic crisis, the study aims to assess the impacts of climate change, and measures to be taken by organized competitive sport entities to adapt to the impacts. The study adopts a descriptive analysis including both qualitative and quantitative assessment by exploring secondary information. The findings of the study states that most of the outdoor sport activities especially endurance sports are strongly influenced by meteorological parameters. The effects of weather on sports are varied, performances can get reduced or improved, becomes very severe during extreme weather conditions leading to threat for life. If climate change progresses in scope and severity as predicted, no doubt physical activity and outdoor organized competitive sports is under threat. The valence of this paper lies in its conceptualization of the climate vulnerability on sport activities and its potential to inspire future research and interest in this domain. However, it is important for government, agencies, sports organizations, coaches, athletes, environmentalists, and health experts to have the tools to identify the risks and understand their vulnerabilities.","PeriodicalId":338928,"journal":{"name":"Integrated Journal for Research in Arts and Humanities","volume":"121 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139174530","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is a legitimate act that is emphasized by the Quran, Sunnah, consensus, and analogy. The ruling on bequest varies depending on the relationship between the testator and the beneficiary. It can be obligatory, recommended, disliked, or prohibited. It is not appropriate to appoint minors, insane persons, sinners, traitors, very old or infirm persons, or those who lack the necessary experience and maturity as executors. Entrusting guardianship to untrustworthy individuals is also not permissible, and if they betray the trust, they must be removed and compensated for any damage caused to the wards under their care. Familiar with the rights of detainees, including insane and mentally disabled individuals. The methodology employed in this research involves qualitative analysis focused on content from secondary data sources related to Islamic jurisprudence, particularly in the context of bequest and the appointment of executors. The data analysis process involves the categorization and classification of information derived from both primary and secondary sources. Ethical considerations form a critical component of this research. Adherence to Islamic ethical principles is maintained throughout the research process to ensure respect for religious sensitivities and the sanctity of Islamic teachings. This involves treating the data with the reverence it deserves within the context of Islamic jurisprudence. Sometimes the executor of a will is determined by the appointer, in which case they are called a \"Mukhtar executor\". A Mukhtar executor is someone who is appointed by the father or paternal grandfather of a child, an insane person, or mentally disabled individual to manage their financial affairs after their death. Sometimes, a judge appoints an executor known as a \"Qadi executor\" to manage the financial affairs of children. If appointed by the first executor, they are simply referred to as an executor. Will-making is a legitimate act that Islam emphasizes for the realization of the rights of minors. The ruling on making a will varies depending on the relationship between the testator and the beneficiary.","PeriodicalId":338928,"journal":{"name":"Integrated Journal for Research in Arts and Humanities","volume":"16 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139262751","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Though the study tested the labor force total number of females per cent, the labor force females of Afghanistan have no impact on increasing the total real GDP market price of Afghanistan in 2020-2021-2022 due to the p value being greater than 0.05 or 0.989>0.05; hence, H0 is accepted. As a result, there is not a significant labor force number and labor force females in Afghanistan, as it does not have a crucial impact on economic growth. Economic growth has increased in other sectors such as TOT, exports and imports, etc. Moreover, the intermediate education population per cent of Afghanistan impacts the labor force of male and female members under the working population in Afghanistan in 2020–2021, and the p value is greater than 0.05. It makes sense (0.832>0.05); hence, the null hypothesis is accepted; intermediate and advanced educated people have no impact on under-working-age people in Afghanistan in 2020–2021, but nevertheless, it hasn’t increased the economic growth of Afghanistan in 2020–2021. Otherwise, intermediate- and advanced-educated women percent have no impact on the under-working-age population and do not have a positive impact on economic growth due to the fact that the p value is greater than 0.05. As a result, the intermediate education population per cent of Afghanistan has no impact on the labor force of males and females under the working population in Afghanistan in 2020–2021. As a result, individuals develop a deeper understanding of environmental issues and have the skills to make informed and responsible decisions. Environmental Education does not advocate a particular view point or course of action. Rather, it teaches individuals how to weigh various sides of an issue through critical thinking; and it enhances their own problem-solving and decision-making skills. Environmental Education helps to recognize values and clarify concepts relating to environment. It develops skills and attitudes necessary to understand and appreciate the inter relatedness of man, his culture and his biophysical surroundings. It helps to provide practice in decision making and self formulation of a code of behavior about issues concerning quality environment. Environmental Education helps to develop in the people awareness, concern and knowledge of the environment and learn to use this understanding to preserve, conserve and utilize the environment in a sustainable manner for the benefit of present and future generations. The Tbilisi Declaration set up recommendations for the broader application of Environmental Education in formal and non-formal education. It is the responsibility of Teacher Education Institutions to evolve the kind of methodology suitable for teaching Environmental Education in school programme and to work out strategies for involving students in conservation and regeneration of environment. Teachers play a crucial role in forming and establishing right attitudes and values that are important to develop environmentally responsible behavior among their students. Developing a positive attitude and awareness among the students on environmental issues has been thought of an effective strategy for taking care of environment for the long term.
