{"title":"دور نظم المعلومات في بناء المنظمات الذكية: دراسة تطبيقية على مصلحة الجمارك اليمنية","authors":"أمين محمد أحمد أبوعلي","doi":"10.56807/buj.v5i3.386","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.56807/buj.v5i3.386","url":null,"abstract":"هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان الدور الذي تلعبه نظم المعلومات في بناء المنظمات الذكية من وجهة نظر العاملين بديوان عام مصلحة الجمارك، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استُخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من موظفي ديوان عام المصلحة البالغ عددهم (950) موظفاً، واستُخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث وصل حجم العينة إلى (274) مفردة تم إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية عليها بواسطة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS.
 وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها: وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظم المعلومات وبناء المنظمات الذكية، حيث ساهمت نظم المعلومات في خلق ذكاء منظمي في مصلحة الجمارك وبنسبة متوسطة، فيما تعاني المصلحة من عدم توفر بعض متطلبات نظم المعلومات اللازمة لتعزيز بناء المصلحة الذكية، وكان بُعد المتطلبات التنظيمية أقل أبعاد نظم المعلومات توفراً وبدرجة منخفضة، كما تعاني من محدودية توفر أبعاد المنظمات الذكية كالإدارة الإلكترونية وبلوغ الغايات وبدرجة منخفضة.
 وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة عدداً من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة تفعيل دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تقديم خدماتها؛ لما لها من أهمية كبيرة في توفير الوقت والمال والجهد، والاهتمام بدعم الأفكار الإبداعية وتعزيز استراتيجية التعلم المستمر؛ لبلوغ الغايات التي بدورها ستؤثر على تحولها من المصلحة التقليدية إلى المصلحة الذكية.

 Abstract
 The aim of this study is to demonstrate the role that information systems play with their requirements in building smart organizations from the viewpoint of employees of the Customs Authority’s General Bureau.
 In order to achieve the objectives of the study, test its hypotheses and arrive at the results: the descriptive and analytical approach was used, where the study community consisted of (950) employees of the General Bureau of the Authority, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data where the size of the study sample reached (274) individuals and performing statistical treatments on them by a number of appropriate statistical methods within the SPSS program.
 The study reached a number of results, the most prominent is: The existence of a direct, statistically significant relationship between information systems and the building of smart organizations, as the information systems contributed to the creation of organized intelligence in the Customs Authority with a moderate rate, while the Customs Authority suffers from the lack of some of the information systems requirements necessary to enhance the building of the smart interest Where the dimension of the regulatory requirements was the least available and low-grade information systems, and the Customs suffers from the limited availability of the dimensions of smart organizations such as electronic management and the achievement of goals at a low level.

Abstract Al Asqalani mosque is considered one of the most important Islamic landmarks remaining in the city of Aden. This mosque has a great place in the hearts of the people of Yemen in general and the people of Aden in particular, because its name is associated with the name of two great scholars of Islam, namely: Imam Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, and Sheikh Mohammad Salem Al-Bayhani. Therefore, the researcher selected it to be the topic of his research, which is the first research that talks about this mosque in terms of archeology and architecture. The research has begun with a brief summary of the history of Aden, then it dealt with the study of the location, the date of construction, the reasons for naming, the biographies of Al-Asqalani and Al-Bayhani, and the impact and functions carried out by the mosque. After that, the research discussed the planning of the mosque and its description from the interior and exterior. The analysis of its architectural and decorative elements were also displayed. The research aims to shed light on the significance of this mosque, highlight its importance and document it historically and archaeologically. {"title":"واقع الالتحاق ببرامج الدراسات العليا بجامعة عمران من وجهة نظر الهيئة الإدارية والأكاديمية","authors":"شرف علي محمد الماخذي, فائز ناصر مجاهد","doi":"10.56807/buj.v5i3.387","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.56807/buj.v5i3.387","url":null,"abstract":"هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الالتحاق ببرامج الدراسات العليا بجامعة عمران، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واستبانة كأداة للدراسة اشتملت على(16) فقرة للالتحاق وأبعاده(التنسيق, القبول, التسجيل), تم تطبيقها على عينة من الهيئة الإدارية والأكاديمية بلغت(113) فرداً, وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: أن مستوى الالتحاق ببرامج الدراسات العليا بجامعة عمران جاء بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي(2.93)، وانحراف معياري(0.72), كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة(α= 0.05) بين متوسط استجابة أفراد العينة حول مستوى الالتحاق بالدراسات العليا بجامعة عمران تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة ووجود فروق بالنسبة لمتغير المؤهل, وبناء على نتائج الدراسة، فقد أوصت بضرورة الاهتمام بالالتحاق ببرامج الدراسات العليا.

 Abstract:
 The study aimed to identify the reality of enrollment in postgraduate programs at Amran University The study used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire as a tool for the study It included(16 items) for enrollment and its distributed over three dimensions(coordination - admission - registration), and it was applied to a sample of the administrative and academic staff amounting to(113) Individuals, and the study reached results, the most important of which are that: the level of enrollment in postgraduate programs at Amran University came in a moderate degree, with an arithmetic(Mean= 2.93), and a standard deviation (SD= 0.72), and the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance(α = 0.05) between The average response of the res pendants about the level of enrollment in postgraduate studies at Amran University is due to the variables of the study and the existence of differences with regard to the qualification variable Based on the results of the study, it recommended the need to pay attention to enrollment in postgraduate programs, and suggested conducting similar studies on different samples and programs at the university.

It also has a systemic relationship that requires the translator to go beyond the possible traditional interpretations of the original text, and this is due to the lack of specialists in this art and the difficulty of its components and the different fields of the early scholars And the current ones, we find a difficult challenge in the face of semantic and stylistic competence, for the feelings of the owner of the text are mainly related to his innermost, whether this text is poetry, a story or a play...
