The current research has used the descriptive analytical survey method for reports, indicators, research, books and scientific resources in addition to studies and scientific specialized research in the field of virtual research universities. The research reached the following results: To transform Yemeni universities into virtual research universities that have to formulate electronic courses that suit students in several places and are compatible with the developments of modern science, prepare and qualify researchers and faculty members, establish a partnership between the university and the community to per form research to solve the problems of society and its development and work to implement them together. Students were randomly selected from all levels. {"title":"أثر التغير المناخي على احواض محافظة البيضاء – اليمن","authors":"أيوب أحمد عبدالله المهاب, نجيب محمد حسين المغربي","doi":"10.56807/buj.v4i2.305","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.56807/buj.v4i2.305","url":null,"abstract":"ان اليمن تفتقر إلى المعلومات الرقمية والبيانات المناخية المستفيضة والمعدات والأجهزة التي يمكن على أساسها رصد التغير المناخي ودراسة آثاره. إن تحديات تنمية الموارد المائية في اليمن عموما وفي منطقة الدراسة على وجه الخصوص سوف تتفاقم بتتابع ظاهرة التغير المناخي، مسببة نتائج وخيمة على النمو الاقتصادي-الاجتماعي. أن هذه التحديات تشمل الضغط السكاني والمشاكل المصاحبة لاستخدامات الأراضي كتعرية التربة/ترسيب السلت والنتائج البيئية المحتملة لتغير استخدامات الأراضي على الدورة الهيدرولوجية. هذا التغير المناخي وخصوصاً التغيرات في التباينات المناخية كالجفاف والسيول سوف تجعل من هذه المشاكل أكثر تعقيدا. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر التغيرات المناخية على قيعان واحواض محافظة البيضاء كونها من أهم الأحواض المائية في اليمن ومن أفضلها نوعيه. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات منها تأكيد حدوث تغيرات في كافة العناصر المناخية حيث حصل ارتفاع في كل من \"درجة الحرارة الصغرى بمقدار 0.03°م /الشهر، الرطوبة النسبية بمقدار 1.2%/الشهر ومعدل كمية الامطار الهاطلة بمقدار 1.65 ملم/الشهر\" وذلك خلال 21 عام (2000-2020) كمتوسط، بينما يظهر انخفاض لـ \"درجة الحرارة العظمى والمتوسطة، سرعة الرياح، السطوع الشمسي وكمية البخر-نتح\" وبذلك فإن التغير المناخي الحاصل له تأثير بسيط على منسوب مياه احواض رداع، السوادية ، البيضاء المائي نتيجة لميول درجة حرارة المنطقة للاعتدال طوال العام. كما اظهرت الدراسة الى ان هناك حاجة ماسة الى إجراءات أكثر جدية من أجل تفادي الآثار الخطيرة لتغير المناخ، ولذلك فإن التعامل  مع قضية تغير المناخ بكفاءة والتأقلم مع آثارها المتوقعة، يستلزم أن نراها كجزء هام من مجهوداتنا لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. \u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: تغير المناخ، اليمن، البيضاء، المياه، الزراعة. \u0000Abstract \u0000Yemen lacks digital information, extensive climatic data, equipment and devices on the basis of which climate change can be monitored and its effects studied. The challenges of developing water resources in Yemen in general and in the study area in particular will be exacerbated by the successive phenomenon of climate change, causing dire consequences for socio-economic growth. These challenges include population pressure and associated land use problems such as soil erosion/silt deposition and the potential environmental consequences of land use change on the hydrological cycle. This climate change, especially changes in climatic variations such as droughts and floods, will make these problems more complex. This study aims to determine the impact of climatic changes on the bottoms and basins of Al Bayda Governorate, being one of the most important water basins in Yemen and one of the best in terms of quality. {"title":"فاعلية استخدام ملفات التقييم بالإنجاز (البورتفوليو) على تنمية مهارات التدريس لدى طلبة معلم حاسوب بكلية العلوم التطبيقية والتربوية بالنادرة -جامعة إب","authors":"ياسين علي محمد المقلحي, أحمد عبدالله أحمد القحفة","doi":"10.56807/buj.v4i2.286","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.56807/buj.v4i2.286","url":null,"abstract":"سعى البحث الحالي إلى قياس فاعلية استخدام ملفات التقييم بالإنجاز (البورتفوليو) في تنمية مهارات التدريس (التخطيط، التنفيذ، التقويم) لدى طلبة معلم حاسوب بكلية العلوم التطبيقية والتربوية بالنادرة – جامعة إب باستخدام بطاقات ملاحظة من الأستاذ والزملاء والتقييم الذاتي للطلاب المعلمين تخصص حاسوب، ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (32) طالباً وطالبة وطبق على أفرادها أدوات البحث، ثم حللت البيانات باستخدام اختبار \"ت\" لعينة واحدة وحجم التأثير. وقد أسفرت نتائج التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقات ملاحظة الأستاذ المشرف والزملاء والتقييم الذاتي لأداء الطلاب المعلمين لمهارات التدريس ككل عن وجود فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01)  بين متوسطي درجات بطاقات الملاحظة الثلاث للطلاب المعلمين تخصص حاسوب لمهارات التدريس ككل قبل وبعد استخدام ملفات التقييم بالإنجاز (البورتفوليو) لصالح القياس البعدي، ومما يؤكد هذا الفرق وجود حجم تأثير كبير إذ تراوح بين (6.12 – 13.06)، وتراوحت قيمة مربع إيتا بين (0.90 – 0.98) وبنسبة (90% - 98%)، وهذا يعني فاعلية استخدام ملفات التقييم بالإنجاز (البورتفوليو) في تنمية مهارات التدريس الرئيسية، بمعنى أن هناك تحسن في مستوى أداء الطلاب المعلمين تخصص حاسوب بعد استخدام ملفات التقييم بالإنجاز (البورتفوليو). وقد خلص البحث الحالي إلى تقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات منها استمرار تدريب الطلاب المعلمين في كافة التخصصات العلمية والإنسانية بالكلية على استخدام ملفات التقييم بالإنجاز (البورتفوليو) أثناء التدريب العملي في برنامج التربية العملية (التدريس المصغر، التربية الميدانية)، كما اقترح إجراء عدد من الدراسات المشابهة في تخصصات وميادين تعليمية أخرى. \u0000Abstract \u0000      The current research aimed at measuring the effectiveness of using achievement assessment files (portfolio) in developing teaching skills (planning، implementation، evaluation) I have Computer Students Us the educational Practical College – Al-Nadira Ibb University using observation cards from the teacher، classmates and self-evaluation of the student-teachers specialized in computer  For achieving this، descriptive and quasi-experimental approaches were used. The Research sample consisted of (32) students. Research tools were applied on the sample. The data was analyzed using a one-sample t-test and the effect size. The results of the two applications، pre and post for the observation cards of the supervisor and classmates and self-evaluation of the student-teachers achievement  for teaching skills as a whole revealed that there are statistical significance differences at the level of 0.01 between the averages of the degrees of the three observation cards for the student-teachers specialized in computer for teaching skills as a whole before and after using the achievement evaluation files (portfolio) in favor of the post-measurement. \u0000What confirms this difference is a large size which is ranged between (6.12 - 13.06)، The value of the ETA square ranged between (0.90 - 0.98) with a percentage of (90% - 98%). {"title":"العلاقة بين نظام الحوافز والالتزام التنظيمي لدى موظفي صندوقي رعاية النشء والشباب والرياضة وصيانة الطرق","authors":"نجيب محمد شراح","doi":"10.56807/buj.v4i2.252","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.56807/buj.v4i2.252","url":null,"abstract":"يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين نظام الحوافز والالتزام التنظيمي، وتشخيص واقع الحوافز المادية والمعنوية المقدمة للموظفين في صندوق رعاية النشء والشباب والرياضة وصندوق صيانة الطرق، والتعرف على واقع نظام الحوافز المادية والمعنوية المطبق في صندوقي رعاية النشء والشباب والرياضة وصيانة الطرق، والالتزام التنظيمي لموظفي الصندوقين بناءً على أسباب مشكلة الدراسة، والتي تمثلت في عدم عدالة منح الحوافز، مما نتج عنه تنقلات الموظفين من إدارة لأخرى بحثاً عن الحوافز، وعدم عدالة الحوافز، ووجود تباين غير مبرر في منح المكافآت، إضافة إلى زيادة معدل الغياب الشهري، وقد تمت صياغة مشكلة البحث في السؤال الرئيس التالي: \u0000س: ما هو مستوى العلاقة بين الحوافز والالتزام التنظيمي لدى موظفي صندوق رعاية النشء والشباب والرياضة وصندوق صيانة الطرق؟ \u0000          واعتمادًا على الفرضية الرئيسية والتي تنص على أنه “لا توجد علاقة بين نظام الحوافز المادية والمعنوية والالتزام التنظيمي لموظفي صندوق رعاية النشء والشباب والرياضة وصندوق صيانة الطرق\" فقد تم إجراء دراسة مقارنة ميدانية بين صندوق رعاية النشء والشباب والرياضة وصندوق صيانة الطرق، واعتمد الباحث على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، كما استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي الذي يعتبر أحد أشكال التحليل والتفسير العلمي المنظم، لوصف ظاهرة أو مشكلة محددة نظرياً وتصويرها عملياً عن طريق جمع البيانات ميدانياً وإخضاعها للتحليل والدراسة الدقيقة. \u0000 ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها البحث: \u0000 \u0000وجود علاقة إيجابية قوية بين الحوافز والالتزام التنظيمي في الصندوقين. \u0000ضعف مستوى الحوافز بشكل عام لدى موظفي صندوق رعاية النشء والشباب والرياضة وصندوق صيانة الطرق مع عدم وجود نظام وآلية لعملية منح الحوافز للموظفين، وهذا يضعف الالتزام التنظيمي لدى الموظفين في الصندوقين. \u0000 \u0000وخرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات من أهمها: \u0000 \u0000العمل على رفع مستوى الحوافز للموظفين من خلال وضع نظام معين للحوافز، يحقق الأهداف الشخصية للموظفين، ولا تتعارض في الوقت نفسه مع الأهداف التنظيمية وإمكانيات الصندوقين، وتبنى مبدأ العدالة في توزيع الحوافز والمبني على الكفاءة. \u0000العمل على تحقيق التزام تنظيمي لجميع الموظفين من خلال إشراكهم في اتخاذ القرارات، وخلق علاقة وطيدة بين القيادات والموظفين تسهل من حل مشاكل الموظفين، وتعزز مبدأ الشفافية. \u0000 \u0000­Abstract       \u0000 The aim of this research is to explore the relationship between the financial and non-financial incentives system and the organizational commitment of the staff of Youth Care Fund (YCF)and Road Maintenance Fund (RMF) in Yemen. It is intended to diagnose the status of the existing incentives mechanism as well as the level of employee’s satisfaction working in both organizations. The presence of issues such as injustice distribution of incentives, internal movement of employees for the seek of better incentives, increased absence rate which reached 40 % were the motives behind this research. The surveying descriptive approach using a field comparative study between YCF and RMF was employed. For the small population in YCF a Comprehensive Survey Sampling strategy was applied, while the Random, stratified, purposive sampling strategy was used for the larger number of employees at RMF. {"title":"The Main Dimensions of Human Resource Management and its Role in the Efficiency and Development of Administrative Performance in Industrial and Productive Companies in the Republic of Yemen","authors":"Shaker M. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approaches to achieve the objectives of the study and to test its hypotheses in the main dimensions of human resource management (selection and appointment, training, salaries and incentives, and evaluation. A questionnaire was used on (3) related axes. The five-point Likert scale, the statistical package (SPSS) and other statistical methods (weighted mean, standard deviation, regression analysis) were used. The average number of industrial companies in the Republic of Yemen consisted of (7) medium industrial companies. The study sample was selected from human resources departments and their administrative units in industrial and production companies. A total of 153 employees  (managers and workers in all departments was targeted. The findings show that the targeted medium industrial companies are interested in the human element by rehabilitating, developing and improving their capabilities and their performance. However, there is sometimes a bias in the selection and appointment process while salaries and wages are fairly good in the industrial companies under study. The study recommended the need to follow integrity and transparency in the selection and appointment process and promote qualification and training of workers at the companies. {"title":"Translating the Prophetic Metaphor into English (with reference to An-Nawawi’s collection of forty Hadiths)","authors":"Majid Mohammed Ali Mabkhut Musaad","doi":"10.56807/buj.v4i2.302","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.56807/buj.v4i2.302","url":null,"abstract":"One of the main challenges that translators encounter in the translation of religious texts is translating the Prophetic metaphor. The current study aims to investigate the challenges encountered by three well known translators, namely Ibrahim & Johnson-Davies (1999), Badi (2001), and Al-Munajjid (2017) in translating the Prophetic metaphors in An-Nawawi’s collection of forty Hadiths and to examine the strategies of translating them into English as well as to find out the most appropriate strategy in translating the Prophetic metaphors. Adopting Newmark’s (1988) metaphor translation strategies, three different English translations of ten examples of the Prophetic metaphors from An-Nawawi’s forty Hadiths are selected and analyzed using a qualitative – descriptive approach. Findings indicate that only two metaphor translation strategies are used, out of seven strategies proposed by Newmark (1988). The most dominant strategy used by the three selected translators is the first strategy of Newmark (1988), which is reproducing the same image of the source language (SL) metaphor in the target language (TL) whereas the least dominant strategy is Newmark’s (1988) fifth strategy, which is conversion of metaphor to sense.
