The causative agent of this disease is a flagellate protozoan called Giardia . It is only transmitted by mature cysts. It is important to identify the geographical distribution of Giardia intestinalis assemblages and genotypes in order to determine their transmission pattern in each region of the country. Therefore, the present study was performed to determine the predominant Giardia assemblage in human samples in Arak. These isolates were recorded in GenBank (MT584765- MT584776). Results of current study showed assemblage A of Giardia intestinalis is the dominant in Arak. Conclusion: The assemblage of all isolates that obtained from current study was matched with genotype A. Given that assemblage A is mostly contaminating humans and other mammals, it seems the transmission of Giardia is zoonotic in Arak city.","PeriodicalId":33852,"journal":{"name":"fSlnmh dnshgh `lwm pzshkhy jhrm","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41516941","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So adopting treatment approaches for this disorder is very important. The purpose of this study was the effectiveness of filmtherapy (Inside-Out Film) on separation anxiety disorder (SAD) of Children Referred to Mashhad Counseling Centers. Materials and Methods: The research method is single case study and A-B-A design. The sample people were 3 girls 11-12 years old with separation anxiety disorder in Mashhad in the academic year 20182019 who referred to Ehya clinic with separation anxiety complaint that had been previously diagnosed by a psychiatrist. They were selected through purposive sampling method. The tools were Structured Clinical Interview (SCID-I) and Zang anxiety questionnaire. To analyze the data, the method of diagrams and calculating the recovery rate and the index of non-overlapping data percentage (PAND) were used to evaluate the effect size. Results: The anxiety scores from Pre-test and post-test was reduced from 59 to 48 with recovery rate (23%) in the first patient, in the second patient from 52 to 44 with recovery rate (18%) and in the third patient from 50 to 40 with a recovery rate (25%). Conclusion: The (inside out) film can be used as an effective way to reduce separation anxiety in children.","PeriodicalId":33852,"journal":{"name":"fSlnmh dnshgh `lwm pzshkhy jhrm","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41686573","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As the water of swimming pools are the sources of free living amoeba, this study conducted to detection of Naegleria and identification of N.australiensis from swimming pools. Materials and Methods: Eighty water samples were collected from 20 swimming pools of Kerman province in summer 2018 and the residual chlorine, pH and temperature were measured, then filtered and cultured. After morphological identification of amoeba, genus identification and species confirmation were performed by PCR and comparison of PCR product sequence in gene bank, respectively. Results: The temperature and residual chlorine of water were at standard level in 50% and 93.7%, respectively. Overall 8.75% of water swimming pool samples were contaminated with amoeba with similar morphology to Naegleria. The results of PCR were confirmed the present of Naegleria in 7 samples. The contamination percent was higher in men timetable (10%) and in one meter of wall of swimming pools (12.5%). Comparison of PCR products showed the high percentages of Identity and Query Coverage with recorded sequences of N.australiensis and it was deposited in NCBI with accession number MT292609. Conclusion: The present research showed that 25% of swimming pools in Kerman province are contaminated with N. australiensis. Regarding to the pathogenic potential of N. australiensis for human and animals, it is necessary, the health workers think about for more disinfection of swimming pools water for preventing of possible infection.","PeriodicalId":33852,"journal":{"name":"fSlnmh dnshgh `lwm pzshkhy jhrm","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45622557","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Most Commonly Used Therapies, Such As Analgesia, Have Not Been Successful In Significantly Reducing The Severity Of Chronic Pain; Thus, Neurofeedback Training Is a New Approach To The Treatment Of Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain With Better Efficacy Than Other Interventions. The Purpose Of This Review Article Is To Investigating Effectiveness Of Neurofeedback Exercises In Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain Reduction. Material & Methods: The Search Articles From Databases Pubmed, Science Direct, Elsevier, and Springer To Language Both English and Persian Began And Articles From 2000 Up To 2019 Were Extracted. To Extract The Articles, We Used Neurofeedback Pain Treatment, Chronic Pain, And Musculoskeletal Chronic Pain Key Word. 850 Articles Were Found And Aafter Reviewing The Abstract, Titles And Considering The Main Subject Of The Present Study And Criteria Inclusion And Exclusion, 10 Article Were Selected For Final Investigating. Results: After Reviewing 10 Article Related selected, The Results of Those Articles Are Described as Detail in Table 2 and Full in Section Discussion. Conclusion: Neurofeedback Training Appears To Reduce Perceived Pain Severity, But Does Not Treat The Cause Of Pain In This Group Of Patients, Rather Modulates The Response To Pain Processing. As a Result Appears, Combination of Neurofeedback Interventions and Rehabilitation Exercises Be More Effective In Improving the Symptoms of This Group of Patients.","PeriodicalId":33852,"journal":{"name":"fSlnmh dnshgh `lwm pzshkhy jhrm","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43375092","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
