Cartoons are also essential visual elements in conveying narratives and cultures from the past to the present. The aim of this study, which examines the role of cartoons in transmitting historical places to the next generations, is to introduce the historical places in the Istanbul Guards cartoon and to create historical awareness in children. This study, which was designed using the content analysis method, was structured as a case study to make an in-depth analysis. While the episodes of Istanbul's Guards, one of the children's favourite cartoons and broadcast on TRT Children's channel, constitute the research sample, the data were obtained and analyzed through document analysis. The research were examined eight episodes of the cartoon \"The Guardians of Istanbul\". Bu bağlamda sosyal sermayeyi en genel anlamda en az iki kişisi arasında güvene dayalı kurulan ilişki biçimi olarak tanımlandığında sosyal sermaye hedef kitleyle kurulan iletişimde önemli bir aracı olabilir. Yine benzer bir biçimde halkla ilişkiler ve sosyal sermaye benzer retorikleri kullanmaktadır. Örneğin halkla ilişkilerde köprü kuruculuk ve anlam inşası kavramı sosyal sermayenin köprü kurucu ve birleştirici olmasıyla benzer işlevleri taşımaktadır. Herhangi bir örgütte örgütün kendisine ve ortamlarına (paydaş/ hedef kitle) açık veya örtük bir biçimde birtakım önyargılar mevcuttur. Bu önyargılar kültürel bağlamdadır. Tam bu noktada sosyal sermayeden bahsederken önyargılardan arınma ve yaşanılan çevre içerisinde ortak değerleri oluşturmadan söz edilebilir. Örgütlerinde toplumsal yapı içerisinde yaşayan canlı birer varlıkları olduğu kabulüyle sosyal sermaye kavramı örgütlerde halkla ilişkiler uygulayıcıları için önemli bir kavram olabilir. Araştırma konusu ile ilgili Türkçe alanyazın tarandığında benzer bir çalışmaya rastlanmamıştır. Bu bağlamda Halkla ilişkiler alanında sosyal sermaye konusunu irdelemek çalışmanın özgün tarafıdır. Especially in recent years, the use of social media in a bureaucratic dimension has integrated the concept of social media diplomacy into our lives. Syrian refugees, who have been on Turkish territory for more than 10 years and most of them are still under temporary protection, have made Türkiye the country hosting the highest number of refugees in the world. After the civil war that started in their country, millions of Syrians came to Türkiye and settled in Türkiye. The population is constantly increasing with new births and there is an intense Syrian population presence, especially in some cities and regions. Therefore, anti-immigrant and anti-refugee discourses have started to increase in Türkiye, and social media has become an important channel for the dissemination of these discourses and the organization of these ideas. It has been seen that the identity elements of women have begun to change during the transition to the process of modernism. Within the scope of the study, the changes that the female identity has undergone from the traditional period to the present were analyzed through the female characters in animated films. Twenty posters of Disney and Hayao Miyazaki animated films made between 1984 and 2022 were analyzed by semiotics in the context of female identity construction. The answer to five basic questions were sought, which include the roles identified with women's identity in the posters, the imposition of beauty, the existence of environmental pressure elements on women, as well as the reflections of the change that women's identity has experienced until the postmodern period. According to the research results; over time, the representation of women in Disney animated posters has changed and the characters became more individualized women who pursue their freedom. Moreover, it tries to discover the unseen side of organizational culture through exploring the gratitude culture of an Islamic bank. As Islamic banks are neglected in the sector, this research aimed to contribute to the literature with a case study. To realize this, the study leaned to an interpretivist research philosophy, adopted a qualitative approach, and took a fieldwork in Turkey. Thirty-one participants volunteered to participate in semi-structured in depth-interviews in 2017. Participants attended interviews from various cities including Istanbul, Bursa, Izmir, Kayseri, and Konya. Thematic analysis is applied to research material to catch patterns, create codes, and crystalize themes. After the analysis, two main themes evolved from the data topography. Those were; “No Gratitude Here” and “Yes but Not Enough” themes. The first theme revealed that there was no gratitude in the bank culture. This group hold the majority of interpretations. But the second group claimed that there was a gratitude culture but that was limited. For this reason, findings showed that the majority of the participants found gratitude in organization’s communication culture inadequate. Çalışmada 1960-1970’li yıllarda Mardinli kadınların sinema deneyimi, sinemaya gitme pratikleri derinlemesine görüşmelerle incelenmiştir. Yapılan inceleme sonucunda Mardinli kadınlar için sinemanın kamusal mekâna çıkış anlamına geldiği görülmüştür. İncelenen dönemde gündelik hayatta kamusal alanda sık görünmeyen kadınlar için sinemanın sokağa çıkma, sosyalleşme ve görünür olmayla ilişkilendirildiği tespit edilirken, kadınlar matinesiyle cinsiyetlendirilmiş yarı kamusal/yarı özel mekân olan sinemanın ataerkilliği ve kentsel mekandaki eşitsizliği yeniden ürettiği saptanmıştır. 12 Eylül Askeri Darbesi’nden sonra ülkedeki değişimler sinemaya da yansır. Darbe ve sonrasında yaşanan toplumsal olaylar, Türk sinemasının en önemli hedef kitlesi olan aile ve kadını sinemadan koparıp, sinema salonlarını homososyal mekanlar haline getirir. Bu değişim ve kopuş, Mardin’de de görülür, seksenli yıllardan sonra kadınlar sinemaya gitmeyi bırakır. Röportajlar, 1930’lu yıllarda Cumhuriyet, Son Posta ve Tan gazetelerinde yayımlanmıştır. Çalışmada temel amaç, ilgili röportajların tanıtımını yapmak, özelliklerini ortaya çıkarmak ve gazetecilik türleriyle ilgisini kurmak olarak belirlenmiştir. Temel teze göre ise söz konusu röportajlar, röportajın ve bazı gazetecilik türlerinin özelliklerini taşımaktadır. Toplamda 7 bölümden oluşan ve diziler halinde yayımlanan 76 röportaj çözümlenmiştir. Elde edilen bazı sonuçlara göre, röportajlar, konu farklılığını sağlamakta, öznellik özelliğini taşımaktadır. Ayrıca sorun odaklı ve hareketli röportajlardır. Bunların yanı sıra, röportajlarda betimlemeli anlatım söz konusudur. Ayrıca röportajlar görgü tanıklığı gazeteciliği/haberciliği ve insan odaklı gazeteciliğe/haberciliğe denk gelmektedir. Çalışma yazarın Çöken İstanbul kitabındaki 76 röportajla sınırlıdır. This study is critical because it is the first study to deal with the post-war communication strategy of Azerbaijan. In this study, semi-structured interviews have been conducted with civil servants in the field in order to determine the communication strategy of Azerbaijan, and the data have been analyzed in the Maxqda program. The findings are as follows: The first stage of strategic communication management in Azerbaijan is to analyze the situation by identifying the works that make up the folk architecture. Then, in the planning phase, the damage assessment steps have been determined. Later, institutions and funds were established for the restoration process, and planning and managing of the restoration process were initiated. In the third and fourth steps of strategic communication management, as communication and action strategies. With the increasing use of social media in the public relations industry, the inadequacy of traditional measurement techniques is obvious. This study is intended for measuring communication effectiveness in public relations using big data and analytics. The research aims to contribute to overcoming the measurement and evaluation problem of public relations. A mixed method was used in the research. Data scraping was used a data collection method. Content analysis technique was used to measure the outputs of the communication activity, sentiment analysis technique, which is one of the data mining techniques, and descriptive statistics methods were used to measure the potential impact. According to the results of the research, tangible outputs for the results and the outputs of the communication activity based on social media data have been obtained. Yeni normal olarak adlandırılan ve VUCA ortamı olarak ifade edilen bu durum, liderlerinin bakış açılarını değiştirmesini, yönetim yaklaşımlarını daha etkin şekilde kullanmalarını ve çevikliği zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın amacı, Erciyes Üniversitesinde görev yapan akademik personelin fakülte dekanlarının çevik liderlik özelliklerine yönelik algılarını tespit etmektir.\u0000Araştırma Erciyes Üniversitesinde görev yapan 318 akademik personele yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çevik liderlik özellikleri beş alt boyutta incelenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre ERÜ akademik personelinin çalıştıkları fakültelerin dekanlarının çevik liderlik özelliklerine yönelik algıları 3,00’ın üzerinde tespit edilmiştir. Bu sonucun çıkmasında Üniversitede uzaktan eğitim, uzaktan eğitimde etkinliğin artırılması, kaynakların dijital ortamlara aktarılması, depolanması gibi alanlarda eğiticilerin eğitimi programlarının düzenlenmesi, ayrıca Üniversite bünyesinde yapılan stratejik planlama, kalite, akreditasyon çalışmaları, değerlendirici eğitimleri ve araştırma üniversitesi gibi çalışmaların etkili olduğu düşünülmektedir.
