At that time, the learning tools utilized still relied upon the pre-existing 2013 curriculum, lacking the incorporation of higher-order thinking Skills (HOTS) indicators for critical thinking skills, particularly in the context of immune system material. Therefore, research was conducted to create a learning tool immunity that was based on HOTS. The objectives of this study were as follows: 1) To analyze the requirement of HOTS-based biology learning tools in the immune system material for class XI in SMA/MA; 2) To design the product development for HOTS-based biology learning tools in class XI immune system material in SMA/MA; 3) To validating HOTS-based biology learning tool products in class XI immune system material in SMA/MA. This study employed the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) a model for instructional design. However, this research was conducted only up to the development stage of the ADDIE model. The sample comprised five experts and three practitioners, namely biology learning experts, lecturers’ teachers, and language experts. The purposive sampling technique was employed in this research. The instruments used included product validation sheets and interview sheets. Data collection methods involved distributing product validation sheets and conducting interviews with validators. Given that this learning emphasizes 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork. It was such as necessary to assess how effectively the application of this method enhances students' critical thinking abilities in the real world. The objective of this project is to improve student cooperation in cell biology classes by implementing a cooperative learning model similar to the Think Pair Square. The Classroom action research model was developed by Kemmis and McTaggar, which served as the framework for the procedure employed in this study. The outlines of the four stages of classroom action research are technique—planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This instructional approach is seen to be beneficial as it enables students to share their thoughts and helps them see alternative problem-solving approaches. Students can seek explanations from other students to explain how to solve the problem if they are struggling with that. From the Data results, there were rising scores in the form of scoring that serve as evidence for this. Students' collaboration skills scored an average of 1.6 (level 1, or basic level) in the pre-cycle, 2 (level 2, or medium level), and 3.56 (level 3, or trained level) in cycle 2. Think Pair Square's implementation at SMA in Bandung could improve collaboration both within and outside of the classroom, foster more active dialogue and idea exchange, and promote student contact. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000

The purpose of this research was to describe the implementation of religiously charged conservation education and various learning methods that can be used in conservation education. This study focused on the implementation of religiously charged conservation education and exploring diverse learning methods applicable to conservation education. The literature study method is used to analyze various reference sources and synthesize them into an idea that is contextual to the relevant issue. The results of the literature review found that integrating religious value-charged conservation education can be one of the solutions to build awareness and concern for environmental sustainability. Religious values can be the individual spirit in instilling a positive attitude toward the environment so that it will build the spirit of religious conservationists. The planning of a conservation education program can generally be divided into three stages: the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages of the program. For a Formal education setting, learning methods such as mini research, JAS, PjBL, and Field trips can be chosen as learning methods for conservation education effectively. In a non-formal education context, alternatives like extension, socialization, integration of local culture, and the like can be chosen as options for promoting conservation education.

Electronic-based teaching materials that can be easily used by students are electronic-based student worksheets (E-LKM). E-LKM represents an easily assessable resource for a student. The utilization of E-LKM by students should be in alignment with their specific needs, one of which is the role of universities in promoting the cultivation of organic food crops. Therefore, one of the steps forward involves designing an E-LKM based on the cultivation of organic food plants. This research introduces a novel approach, which will develop an E-LKM based on organic food crop cultivation which is expected to provide insight to students about the importance of cultivating organic food crops as a form of food self-sufficiency. The development of this E-LKM design based on organic food crop cultivation adapts the ADDIE development model. It can be concluded that the ADDIE Model is used in the design of developing E-LKM based on organic food crop cultivation because it has systematic steps, is presented in detail, and produces specific products. From our result, evaluation criteria encompass material validity, practicality, and readability aiming for a minimum score of 85.0-100%.

TPACK is a 21st-century learning approach that has the potential to improve students' habits of mind. However, this was not followed by biology teachers' mastery of TPACK, which was relatively low. So far, there has been no research that examines the role of TPACK on students' habits of mind in biology learning. This paper aims to find out the potential and implementation of TPACK-based biology learning in improving students' habits of mind. The method used was a Systematic literature review with 20 sample international and national articles. Access to digital resources enriches students' ideas and supports the development of critical thinking, creativity, and self-regulation skills. In this way, teachers are expected to not only increase their knowledge of content and pedagogy but also integrate technology into learning, allowing students to gain more meaningful knowledge. The form of implementing this technology integration can be in the form of learning media or learning assessments. What was found in this writing is that students' habits of mind can be formed through classroom learning, one of which is the TPACK approach. Recommendations for choosing more diverse biological material were also proposed in this paper so that learning becomes more dynamic, contextual, and then students' habits of mind are achieved.
