The value of digital transformation had shown that pedagogical interventions with student-centered pedagogy could design learning support goals and strategies and critically evaluate English lecturers’ self-management as professional trainers. The objectives of this study were to examine: (1) the role and innovation of English lecturers in the face of the paradigm shift in online learning, and (2) the conditions of digital learning related to lecturers` competencies. Focusing on qualitative data collected from 23 English lecturers at some higher education institutions in Indonesia, the results of English lecturer responses showed that the lecturers’ digital skills enhanced the following factors, such as knowledge, the students’ responsiveness to tasks, contextualized teaching and learning, and the stimulating of ideas as feedback thereby assisting the universities in recognizing the value of technology as their teaching needs. The data responses could reflect how the lecturers transformed learning through innovative pedagogical concepts and the use of digital in the classroom. This is still a problem in the learning process that takes place in class III B SDN Kejapanan 4, due to the lack of books, the library is not functioning properly so that it affects the student learning outcomes. Therefore, to overcome these problems, various efforts of teachers in the classroom when teaching are needed so that there is an increase in reading, namely through providing motivation or encouragement, providing more books and various types in the classroom reading corner, and habituation of literacy 15 minutes before learning begins. This research is a descriptive qualitative research through documentation, observation, and interview to teacher of IIIB SDN Kejapanan 4. The results showed that there was still a lack of student interest in reading activities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  hasil tes potensi skolastik  siswa kelas 12 SMAN 1 Situbondo sebagai indikator kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi tes UTBK 2022. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, dengan responden adalah siswa kelas 12 SMA Negeri 1 Situbondo. Metode pengumpulan data di lakukan melalui Try Out tes potensi skolastik yang terdiri dari 1) Pengetahuan dan Pemahaman Umum, 2) Penalaran Umum, 3) Pengetahuan Kuantitatif, 4) Pemahaman Bacaan dan Menulis, dan 5)  kemampuan bahasa inggris. Data Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif melalui penyajian data dalam tabel dan Grafik serta dianalis menggunakan statistic independen sampel t-Tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  rata-rata skor 5 komponen TPS antara siswa IPA dan sisiwa IPS tidak berbeda secara nyata (p > 0,05). Secara keseluruhan skor ke-5 komponen TPS masih kurang dari 50%. Skor pengetahuan dan Pemahaman Umum  maupun kemampuan Penalaran Umum masih lebih tinggi di banding pengetahuan kuantitatif, pemahaman bacaan dan menulis, serta  kemampuan bahasa inggris. Teaching Mathematics through PJJ with the online method has generated various obstacles, including student discipline that is difficult to control and difficulties in independent learning due to material that requires high abstraction skill. This has made the learning outcomes of most students do not reach the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM).  The purpose of this research is to improve the students’ mathematics learning outcomes on Number Patterns material during PJJ. In order to achieve learning objectives, improvements are made to the learning process with the MERDEKA technique, which is an acronym for Motivation, Education, Repetition, Discussion, Evaluation, Competition and Action.  Furthermore, this study is aimed at finding out the student's response to online learning by the researcher. This Classroom Action Research consists of 2 cycles with 181 Grade VIII students of MTs Negeri Samarinda as research subjects in Academic Year 2020/2021. From this study, it can be concluded that the MERDEKA interaction technique in teaching and learning mathematics conducted online could improve student learning outcomes on Number Patterns material. The students’ response to the teacher’s learning is also favorable. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa supervisi pendidikan merupakan rangkaian proses kegiatan yang dilakukan guna memudahkan guru untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan dengan mengelola proses pembelajaran dengan baik. Supervisi kepala unit merupakan sebuah proses dan upaya kepala unit TPQ untuk melakukan proses pembinaan yang profesional demi tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan. Fungsi supervisi dalam pembelajaran yaitu untuk membantu seorang guru untuk mengarahkan, melayani, memberikan pengarahan, membina, memotivasi, mengembangkan motivasi peserta didik yang disesuaikan dengan bakat dan kemampuan. Adapun upaya peningkatan kinerja guru melalui supervisi kepala unit TPQ dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu pertemuan awal, observasi kelas, dan tindak lanjut. Tahapan-tahapan pada pertemuan awal terdiri dari penyusun jadwal supervisi, menentukan supervisornya, guru yang akan disupervisi. Tahapan selanjutnya tahapan yang kedua yaitu observasi kelas atau kelompok belajar yang terdiri dari dua macam teknik yaitu teknik langsung dan tidak langsung. This research is descriptive with a qualitative paradigm using accidental sampling technique. Key informants are PAI teachers, while supporting informants are principals and students. The techniques of data collection in this study are interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique consists of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or data verification. Testing the validity of the data is done through data triangulation. The results showed that the learning media used in helping the teaching and learning process were Zoom Meeting, WhatsApp, and Google Classroom media. Constraints in the use of learning media include difficulties in buying packages, network disturbances, not understanding the material, and limitations of learning media. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian terdiri dari 50 staff dan guru sebagai objek penelitian. Dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan keseluruhan populasi sebagai sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket. Instrumen angket digunakan untuk memperoleh data variabel X (gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah) dan data variabel Y (budaya kerja), adapun dokumentasi digunakan untuk menguatkan data penelitian. Hasil pengumpulan data tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh persamaan regresi Ŷ = 43.773+0,540X. Diperoleh nilai R sebesar 0, 646 berada posisi “kuat” dengan interpretasi antara 0,60 - 0,799. t hitung (5,872) > t tabel (1,677) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap budaya kerja di MIN 2 Samarinda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Wawancara, Observasi, dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data serta verifikasi data. Arti sebuah karakter adalah sifat yang asli dari dalam diri, dari dalam jiwa yang berbeda dengan manusia lain. Usaha-usaha sekolah untuk menanamkan karakter yang baik banyak dengan cara. Di MI Al-Ikhlash Surabaya melaksanakan sebuah program beragama untuk menanamkan karakter siswa disiplin serta lancar membaca bahasa arab melalui pembiasaan membaca juz amma di awal pembelajaran. Beberapa rumusan dan tujuan masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini, yaitu 1) Untuk mengetahui proses pembiasaan membaca juz amma di MI Al-Ikhlash Surabaya dan 2) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakter disiplin dan keterampilan bahasa arab melalui pembiasaan membaca juz amma. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah interview, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan saat pembelajaran semester genap tahun ajaran 2020/2021, dengan subjek dari kepala madrasah, guru kelas V dan siswa kelas V. setelah mendapatkan data yang terkumpul akan dilakukan menganalisis data dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data dan simpulan.
