In the past ten years, the enrollment of various majors has been expanding, and the number of students has also achieved substantial growth. Among them, the proportion of postgraduates of English education is also expanding. For a postgraduate student majoring in English Education, whether he has the correct admission motivation, whether he agrees with the chosen major and whether he is interested in the major he is learning are very important for his professional learning and his own development. In the study of second language acquisition, motivation and learning engagement are both important factors that influence learners' individual differences in second language learning. However, as an important part of learning motivation, the motivation of admission has not been paid enough attention in the previous research field of motivation. In addition, there are few researches on the correlation between enrollment motivation and learning engagement at home and abroad, and few take master of English education as the research object. Therefore, based on relevant theories and researches, this paper takes the full-time postgraduates of English Education of Class 2021 of University X as the research subjects, explores their enrollment motivation and learning engagement through questionnaire, and analyzes the correlation between them. In order to make full use of the motivation to improve the academic input of master of subject English education to provide some feasible suggestions. The research focuses on the following three questions: (1) What is the enrollment motivation of postgraduates of English Education? (2) How do the postgraduates of English Education engage in learning? (3) What are the reasons that influence the learning engagement of postgraduates of English Education? It is found that students’ enrollment motivation is diversified and the degree of learning engagement is insufficient. Besides, most students are lack of scientific planning during postgraduate period. Moreover, most of students are lack of educational belief and practice. In this paper, for example, Unit 2 Healthy Eating, a compulsory part of the Humanistic Version, is divided into three parts: pre-reading, reading and post-reading, and tasks are set in each part. The tasks in the pre-reading section are to allow students to have a brief review of the content of the previous lesson and to introduce the reading topic of this lesson; the tasks in the reading section are to allow students to understand and analyze the structure and content of the text in depth, and the importance of the activities in the reading section can be appreciated from the number of tasks designed; and the tasks in the post-reading section are to allow students to produce an effective output of the learning in this lesson. Accurate prediction of blood glucose levels helps patients and doctors to make informed decisions regarding diet, exercise, and medication. The use of machine learning algorithms for blood glucose prediction has gained attention in recent years. Tabnet is one such algorithm that has shown promising results in various prediction tasks. Aim: The aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of Tabnet for blood glucose level prediction and compare it with other commonly used algorithms, including LR, DT, SVM, RF, and EN. Methods: A dataset of blood glucose levels of diabetic patients was used for this study. The dataset was preprocessed, and features were selected using correlation-based feature selection. Tabnet and other algorithms were trained on the dataset using 5-fold cross-validation. The performance of each algorithm was evaluated using root mean squared error (RMSE) and mean squared error (MSE). Results: The experimental results showed that Tabnet performed the best in terms of RMSE and MSE, with values of 0.5097 and 0.2523, respectively. The LR algorithm had an RMSE of 0.5126 and an MSE of 0.2629, while the DT algorithm had an RMSE of 0.7543 and an MSE of 0.5689. The SVM algorithm had an RMSE of 0.5165 and an MSE of 0.2663, while the RF algorithm had an RMSE of 0.5188 and an MSE of 0.2691. The EN algorithm had an RMSE of 0.5547 and an MSE of 0.3077. Conclusion: In this study, Tabnet was found to be the best algorithm for blood glucose level prediction compared to other commonly used algorithms. To alleviate the problem of information overload, recommendation systems have emerged to assist users in sifting through massive amounts of information to find content that meets their needs. Sequential recommendation, as a form of recommendation system, mainly analyzes the interaction behavior between users and items, models user characteristics, and then uses various methods to capture users' long-term and short-term preferences to recommend items of interest to users. Based on the perspective of user preference change over time, this paper provides an in-depth analysis of the current research progress and methods of user behavior sequence recommendation. At the same time, this paper proposes corresponding solution strategies for the problems of cold start, sparse matrix and noise interference faced by traditional recommendation systems. The results showed that, in general, the excellent English teachers tended to use positive affirmative feedback in classroom feedback, and tended to choose to guide students' responses and thinking when giving positive negative feedback, and negative feedback was almost never used. How to effectively monitor and determine the fatigue driving state, so as to realize the fatigue early warning, has become a hot spot of scientific research. The traditional detection methods are mostly based on a certain human physiological parameters, through the monitoring of the physiological parameters changes, to complete the determination of the fatigue state. Compared with the traditional detection methods, the fatigue detection method based on computer vision has the advantages of accurate and reliable detection results, detection not relying on wearable devices, and good human-computer interaction experience. However, in the specific algorithm application scenarios, there are often interference from environmental factors such as partial occlusion of the inspected image, low image resolution, complex illumination of the detection environment, and unstable acquisition equipment. In the face of many challenges, how to effectively improve the detection accuracy of fatigue state, and the algorithm has the practical application space, still needs to be explored. The traditional fatigue detection method based on facial information often detects and analyzes a certain subordination. Due to the detection of individual differences and the fuzzy definition of fatigue state, the algorithm has the problems of high recognition error rate and poor robustness. Moreover, the single attribute model separates the potential integration and exclusion relationship between facial attributes. At the same time, the huge model size and complex model structure also limit the actual implementation of the algorithm. In view of these urgent problems, this paper first proposes the fusion model of face detection and head posture analysis based on the multi-task convolutional neural network (MTCNN). The model uses the architecture strategy of multi-task cascade to complete the complete facial posture analysis task while completing the facial detection task. Secondly, based on the lightweight convolutional neural network (SqueezeNet) of the network cascade, the facial key point detection network is designed to obtain the 72-point key point coordinates of the face. For the obtained facial attribute information, extract fatigue features and propose a fatigue determination method of multimodal fusion.
