We can mention several theological approaches which trying to reconstruct a distinctive face of the Asian Church, for example Choan-Seng Song who develops contextual theology with a transpositional mode. Starting from his critical position against the tendency of Western-centered nature of Christian theology, Song raised four important elements in a reorientation towards contextual theological exploration, namely vision, community, passion, and \"imagi-nation\". Besides him, it is also appropriate for us to review the efforts of South Korean theologians, especially Ahn Byung-Mu, in proposing Minjung Theology. For Ahn, a contextual theology should also be liberative. Based on the research conducted, it was found that all respondents stated that education on theological virtues and moral virtues was still relevant to helping sufferers because of sexual violence. The issue discussed in the present correspondence pertains to Onesimus, an enslaved individual who absconded from the domicile of Philemon. As an enslaved person, Onesimus prefers to meet Paul in prison more than anywhere else. Philemon was a follower of Christ, who Paul had converted. However, Philemon is a prominent individual who possesses an enslaved person that goes by the name of Onesimus. Paul has identified a problematic issue with Philemon about his slave. Paul teaches love among them by defending Onesimus’ humanity without having a conflict with Philemon. Upon reflecting on the matter, Paul realizes that Philemon exercises a harmful employer over Onesimus. Therefore, Paul sent a letter to Philemon as a herald of Christ. This letter remarks on the request to Philemon to accept Onesimus as his brother and pardon him as a form of acquittal. Despite Paul’s proposition’s weighty obligation, Philemon, as a Christian, must comply. Additionally, the author employs the historical-critical method to ascertain the interpretation of the concept of humanity as articulated by Paul in his epistle to Philemon. In the experience of the Minahasa people, the use of religious books in the process of carrying out healing rituals has had pros and cons, but this problematic situation has not made religious books disappear in the implementation of rituals. Religious books cannot be separated from sacred reality, because almost all religions have beliefs about the sacred and that belief grows through religious books as a foundation for understanding various religious realities. The theoretical approach that will be used as material for analysis is the theory of religious texts, ideology, culture and community and will also use the theory of rituals from Catherine Bell and some of the severe opinions of sociologists regarding rituals. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka ini berfokus pada upaya mengekslorasi gagasan Y. B. Mangunwijaya tentang pendidikan agama sebagai proses dialog kehidupan. Dalam pandangan Y. B. Mangunwijaya, model pendidikan agama sebagai proses komunikasi iman perlu dikembangkan dan dipraktikkan agar anak-anak bangsa bertumbuh dalam kesetiakawanan, menghargai perbedaan, dan memiliki ketrampilan hidup bersama dalam kebinekaan. Komunikasi iman merupakan model pendidikan agama yang menghargai setiap pribadi dengan segala keunikannya. Proses pembelajaran agama dengan model komunikasi iman memberi ruang bagi setiap pribadi untuk berdialog secara egaliter, saling menumbuhkan kepekaan sosial dan terbuka untuk bekerjasama dalam mewujudkan perkembangan hidup bersama. Isi pokok pembelajaran komunikasi lintas iman adalah pengalaman setiap pribadi dalam relasi dengan Tuhan, sesama dan lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini akan membangun sebuah argumen untuk sebuah teologi publik bagi masyarakat kepulauan berdasarkan pilihan model berteologi yang ada. Melalui penelitian kepustakaan, makalah memperlihatkan beberapa model berteologi dari E. Harold Breitenberg Jr. dan Eneida Jacobsen. Breitenberg berargumen bahwa teologi di ruang publik harusnya bersifat komunal, dan Jacobsen memberi beberapa model cara teologi hadir di ruang publik: disclosure (secara jelas menunjukkan bahasa teologis), universal (berbahasa yang dipahami publik, namun tidak menunjukkan secara kuat latar belakang teologisnya), dan factual (berkarya secara nyata). Melalui penelusuran konteks Gereja Masehi Injili di Timor yang berada di kepulauan provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, makalah ini menunjukkan bahwa model berteologi di konteks kepulauan adalah model komunal yang menampilkan teologinya secara nyata (disclosure) dan pada saat yang sama juga mengerjakan karya nyata di jemaat (factual). The purpose of this research is to encourage every leader to emulate the leadership of Jesus, which is servant leadership as described in the book of Mark 10:43-45. In Christian leadership, it is expected to have the characteristic of servant leadership, which can be exemplified through the leadership of Jesus Christ. The liberation in this paper uses a qualitativeapproach with literary review writing techniques or library studies. However, there are still many Christians who doubt it. It is evident that there are still people who have known God and even born into Christian families but still do not believe in God, even though God's power is real for that person, he still does not recognize God. Therefore, it is very important to understand the meaning of God is a fortress city, especially when experiencing suffering from enemies. Psalm 59:17-18 is a psalm that calls out to God for help. In this verse the psalmist calls God a fortress city. This study aims to discuss the theological overview of Psalm 59:17-18 about God being called a fortress city. The writing method used in writing this article is the Exposition method or text analysis in the book of Psalm 59: 17-18 as well as literature review of various literature sources related to the topic under study. The result of this research is that God is a fortress city, meaning that God's people are treated very special, because God is a refuge and a source of strength, especially when experiencing suffering from enemies. In Psalm 59:17-18, the psalmist expresses his trust in God and that he will find refuge in Him. The Lord will be his stronghold and his savior.AbstrakAllah adalah kota benteng merupakan salah satu sebutan yang manusia tujukan kepada Allah. Akan tetapi masih banyak orang Kristen yang meragukannya. Hal ini terbukti masih ada orang yang sudah kenal Tuhan dan bahkan lahir dari keluarga Kristen tetapi tetap saja tidak percaya kepada Tuhan, sekalipun kuasa Tuhan nyata bagi orang tersebut, tetap saja ia tidak mengakui Tuhan. Oleh sebab itu sangat penting pemahaman mengenai arti Allah adalah kota benteng, terlebih saat mengalami penderitaan karena musuh. Mazmur 59:17-18, merupakan mazmur seruan untuk meminta tolong kepada Allah. Dalam ayat ini pemazmur memanggil Allah sebagai kota benteng. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas tentang tinjauan teologis dari Mazmur 59:17-18 tentang Allah yang disebut sebagai kota benteng. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam menulis artikel ini adalah metode Eksposisi atau analisis teks di dalam kitab Mazmur 59:17-18 serta kajian literatur terhadap berbagai sumber pustaka terkait topik yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini yakni Allah adalah kota benteng artinya umat Allah diperlakukan sangat istimewa, karena Allah adalah tempat perlindungan dan sumber kekuatan khususnya saat mengalami penderitaan karena musuh. Sehingga kesuksesan seseorang dalam lingkungannya di manapun tergabung dalam komunitas atau organisasi haruslah memahami makna sebagai bagian dari tim dan bagaimana membangun kehidupannya sebagai pemain tim yang baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah riset pustaka yang bertujuan untuk mendeskrispiskan pengertian dan pemahaman konsep manajemen tim yang mencakup jenis, struktur, karakteristik dan prinsip agar dapat berimplikasi besar bagi setiap orang percaya yang memahami makna manajemen tim dengan komprehensip. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana pemahaman makna manajemen tim yang benar dan utuh dapat membawa kemajuan bagi setiap orang percaya dan organisasi Kristen, yaitu: Pertama, Memiliki ambisi kudus untuk menjadi pribadi yang diinginkan setiap tim.
