This treatment uses Electromagnetic waves as a source of heat to destroy cell cancer. The main challenge for this treatment is the focusing capability and the existence of a wide area of unwanted hotspots at the surrounding healthy cell. Therefore, in this paper, the desired penetration depth and focus position distance are obtained and compared with different frequencies and substrates. The desired penetration depth and focus position distance are basically determined from the statistical analysis of real mammogram breast cancer images. The simulation with SEMCAD X is then conducted to select the best operating frequency and substrate to achieve the great penetration depth and focus position distance on the treated tissue. Based on the results, the different operating frequencies with different substrates have provided different penetration depth and focus position distance. The unwanted hotspot areas are also different. In conjunction with that, further research needs to be carried out in order to obtain the best operating frequency with the most suitable substrate to be used that may attain the required results on the treated tissue, mainly when different cancer depths and focus position distances are concerned.","PeriodicalId":336442,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE Symposium on Industrial Electronics & Applications (ISIEA)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116815990","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Essentially, the new laundry shop offers self-service washing and drying, but customers must also enter the laundry service. The self-service laundry dilemma arises when there are too many customers and too few washing machines, requiring customers to wait longer for an appropriate machine. Nowadays, some housewives rely on using the laundry to help with the house choirs despite the fact that they are unable to drive. There is also no unique laundry service company that provides home-to-home laundry service. In this paper a review of the pickup and delivery laundry service applications and systems have been presented and its aim to show the existing applications that are currently used for this purpose and to suggest the best applications that can be used by the customers to save their time.","PeriodicalId":336442,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE Symposium on Industrial Electronics & Applications (ISIEA)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125654652","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Sobel operator is one of the commonly used algorithms in edge detection. The Sobel operator's issue is that the image output contains a lot of noise, which leads to missing edges of a detected object in the final processed image. Detection of edges is not reliable with only one filter present. Filters such as Gaussian, Median, Sharpening and Downsampling were proposed to remove unnecessary noise from distorting the images increase image quality, smoothness and edge visibility. Filters designed in a separate module with a particular algorithm on FPGA DE2-115 development board. These filters can be activated as single or multiple functions as desired. Using CMOS TRDB-D5M camera, edge detected real-time image displayed in 1366x768 resolution VGA monitor. Filter's output images were evaluated for the quality of smoothness and noise. Power consumption and logic elements were analyzed for efficiency. The best power consumption is using all filters without Downsampling with 347.33 mW, and the lowest total logic element design is by using the same filter combinations with 1518 total logic elements. In conclusion, edge detection works effectively at maximum brightness and a combination of all filters at the cost of higher power consumption and more logic elements used in the modules.","PeriodicalId":336442,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE Symposium on Industrial Electronics & Applications (ISIEA)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134560401","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

PSO is a well-known one of the popular swarm intelligent algorithm. used successfully for several complicated combinatorial optimization problems. Throughout the years, educational institutions have been confronted by the problems related to changing the time to their schedule. In order to compete for the growing number of students, educators must offer three or four final examinations every year. Furthermore, to approach this problem, in this study going to use the enhanced hybrid method for resolving the issue. The proposed study, a GA and PSO algorithms were utilized together to find a solution to the exam scheduling issue. The results of the study show that our approach exceeds the GA and PSO approaches by achieving 90% best of mean. The effectiveness of the approach can be hurt by any change to its parameters.","PeriodicalId":336442,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE Symposium on Industrial Electronics & Applications (ISIEA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125820614","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The low power and high speed SRAM cells are highly important and they play a significant role for the data computations in any IoT application. As IoT applications become the part and parcel of day-to-day life, its computations and data processing at the chip level are also increasing consistently. The SRAM cell with less power, better performance, improved stability is inevitable. As the technology node keeps on reducing, the core challenges of SRAM cell development rely on power, stability, speed and performance. This paper proposes a novel Low Power Robust (LPR13T) SRAM cell. The proposed LPR13T cell consists of 13-Transistors comparatively with less power, less delay and improved performance with other conventional cells and implemented in 45 nm CMOS technology. The average dynamic power of the proposed cell has been reduced by 84.09%, 84.06%, 53.59% and 25.93% against 6T, 8T, 10T and 11T cells respectively. An average of 83.42%, 83.48%, 49.76 and 20.21% write power has been minimized compared to 6T, 8T, 10T and 11T cells respectively and 22% average read power has been reduced against conventional 6T and 8T cells. The write delay of 17.16% and 19.33% is enhanced over 6T and 8T cells and read delay of 49.28%, 50.05%, 50.04% have been improved against 6T, 8T and 11T cells respectively. The separate read circuit with 3 transistors influences the stability improvement. The Monte-Carlo (MC) and process analysis simulations validate the efficiency and statistical performance of the proposed cell. Finally, the cell is also analyzed in terms of PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) variation to demonstrate that it is stable in any environment condition against temperature and voltage variation without any degradation.","PeriodicalId":336442,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE Symposium on Industrial Electronics & Applications (ISIEA)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121719453","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
