To overcome kidney failure, hemodialysis therapy is needed. But patients undergoing hemodialysis will experience problems such as discomfort, increase stress and affect quality of life. To reduce these problems, intervention is needed to give self efficacy to patients, based on this it will also affect the stress adaptation of patients undergoing hemodialysis.Purpose of this research was to knew correlation of self efficacy with stress adaptation on chronic kidney failure patients that have hemodialysis in the Waled Hospital of Cirebon.Design of this research was descriptived correlating with cross sectional approach. Sample of this research using purvosive sampling amounted 99 respondens. Instruments used in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis using Spearman- rank test. The place of research at waled hospital in the Cirebon.The results showed that the majority of self-efficacy carried out in the hemodialysis room of Waled Hospital in Cirebon District was mostly in the low category of 90 (90.9%) and stress adaptation was mostly in the very severe category 54 (54.5%). The results of the Spearman rank test 0.000 ( P Value = 0.000 ; α.= 0.05 ; r = 0.546 ).show that H0 is rejected. Every year it has increased. To overcome this kidney failure hemodialysis therapy is needed. However, patients undergoing hemodialysis will experience patient lifestyle problems, such as disruption of daily activities due to unstable body conditions and having to undergo routine processes. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of hemodialysis therapy with the fulfillment of Activity Daily Living (ADL) in Waled District Hospital Cirebon. This type of research is descriptive correlational with a retrospective approach. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique totaling 99 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis using the Spearman rank test. The research site was in the Waled District Hospital in Cirebon Regency during June 2019. The results showed that the duration of hemodialysis therapy carried out in the hemodialysis room at the Waled District Hospital in Cirebon District was in the chronic category of 71 respondents (71.7%) and the fulfillment of Activity Daily Living (ADL) in the category of severe functional impairment was 68 respondents (68.7%). Spearman rank test results (Pvalue ꞊ 0.027; {≤ 0.05; r꞊ 0.222). The direction of the correlation is positive, the longer the hemodialysis therapy is done, the severe functional disorder occurs. The GDR in 2013 was 49.95 ‰, and in 2014 it was 61.10 ‰, while the NDR in 2013 was 19.71 ‰, and in 2014 it was 24.30 ‰. The results of the 2013 and 2014 calculations show the value of the GDR and NDR indicator numbers getting higher year after year. This type of research is a descriptive study. The method used is the observation method. The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of GDR and NDR calculations. Data collection procedures in this study by recording the results of monthly recapitulation of inpatient visits about GDR and NDR in 2013-2017. The population and sample in this study were GDR and NDR records from 2013 to 2017. The time of the study was conducted on 28 July 2018 in Waled County General Hospital. From the observations obtained the value of GDR and NDR in 2013-2017 tends to increase and decrease beyond the ideal limit that has been set. The lowest NDR was in 2013 with a value of 19.71 ‰, and the highest in 2015 with a value of 27.60 ‰. The lowest GDR was in 2013 with a value of 49.95 ‰, while the highest GDR was in 2016 with a value of 64.43 ‰. The purpose of this study was to determine Relationship Long Time Of Hemodialyisis Therapy With Menstrual Changes Of Cronic Kidney Disease Patient who Undergoing Hemodialysis at Waled General Hospital Cirebon. This research used descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach. The population of the study was55 female patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy from December 2019 to February 2019. A total of 48 respondens participated as the sample by using Purposive Sampling tecniques. The documentation sheet and questionnaires were attempted as the instrument of study and data were analyzed by using chi square (x2).The study was held in RSUD Waled Hospital Cirebon. On 2nd – 6th July, 2019. The results of the study obtained r value of 0.707 and< α H0 rejected. It showed there was an relationship long time of hemodialyisis therapy with menstrual changes of cronic kidney disease patient who undergoing hemodialysis at Waled General Hospital Cirebon ( p value = 0.027, α = 0.05 r = 0,707). The results of the study showed the duration of the second period based on maternal parity in the primiparous category as 28 respondest (31,46%), the multipara category 43 respondents (46,31%), and the multipara grande category 18 respondents (20,23%). The sample technique in this study used total sampling which amounted to 32 respondents, research instrument using aneroid spyghmomanometer and stethoscope, data collection using observation. Data analysis using Normality test and paired sample t test. Research location at at integrated coaching post for non-communicable diseases in Linggajati Village, Kuningan District in June-July 2018. \u0000The results showed that the mean systolic blood pressure before and after the Benson relaxation technique was 163,12mmHgbecome 150,47 mmHg, mean diastolic blood pressure before and after relaxation technique Benson was93,28 mmHgbecome 87.19mmHg. The mean systolic blood pressure fell 12.66 mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure was 6.09 mmHg. Value p value 0,000. \u0000The conclusion of this research isthe influence of Benson’s Relaxation technique in decreasing the blood pressure of hypertension patiens at integrated coaching post for non-communicable diseases in Linggajati Village, Kuningan District with significance p value 0,000 (<0,005). Symptoms of increased blood pressure are characterized by dizziness, neck muscle aches and breathing difficulties (Mansjoer, 2010). Symptoms of such hypertension cause discomfort and insecurity that responded to the individual as a threat, causing stress and become the trigger of the occurrence of essential hypertension. One effective distraction technique used to treat stress in patients is to use murottal Koranic therapy, because murottal therapy of the Qur'an is an act of distraction. \u0000This research is a kind of quantitative research with quassy experiment research design. The research design used is Pretest-Posttest, Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Sample selection using Quota sampling method. There are 2 groups: the intervention group and the control group.
