The purpose of this study was to determine the review of the legal aspects of the release of inpatient medical information in the insurance claims of the BPJS at Ciremai Hospital Tingkat III 03.06.01 Cirebon City. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, population this study is 1449 BPJS claim files with total of 94 BPJS claim file samples, and the method of sampling using random sampling. Contraception methode are divided into two types, namely Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) and Non Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (Non MKJP). There are 2782 active KB participants, but the use of IUD contraception is still low which is around 13,1%. The purpose of this research were to determine the relationship between knowledge and support from husbands with the use of IUDs in multiparous mothers in the Cangkol Health Center, Cirebon City. The type of research used is analytic observational Population is Fertile Age Women (WUS) Period August - December 2018 which collected 2,758 people and took samples using simple random sampling technique taken by 97 respondents. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. Collecting data using data from the Cangkol Health Center and a questionnaire about knowledge, husband's support and use of the IUD and statistical tests using Chi Square. The results showed that most of the multiparous mothers had sufficient knowledge about the IUD as many as 48 people (49.5%). Most of the husbands did not support the use of the IUD, as many as 75 respondents (77.3%), and most of them did not use the IUD, namely 80 respondents (82.5%). There is no relationship between knowledge and IUD use with p value = 0.152 (p value> 0.05). There is a relationship between husband's support and the use of the IUD with p value = 0.05 (p value <0.05). It is recommended for health workers to provide educational packages for married couples about family planning, especially for husbands about IUDs and to increase the role of health workers in motivating married couples who want to do family planning. The patient's ignorance about the management of triage services by nurses in the emergency room influences the patient's satisfaction and anxiety. This study aimed to determine the correlation between patient knowledge about triage services and the anxiety of yellow label patients in the Emergency of Pelabuhan Hospital in 2019. This is a correlational analytic research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all yellow label patients admitted to the Emergency Hospital of the Port Hospital at April. The number of patients in February 2019 was 616 patients. The number of samples was 86 respondents obtained by using the Slovin formula. Data collection used a questionnaire to measure knowledge variables and the Hamilton Rating Scale for Axiety (HRS-A) was used to measure the anxiety level Hawari (2014).Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi square. More than half of the respondents have less knowledge about triage, which is 49 respondents (57.0%). Most, but less than half experience severe anxiety or panic, as many as 32 respondents (37.2%). This study aims to determine the frequency distribution of PMS incidents in Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. This research is descriptive through a cross sectional approach with a population of all young women in Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency in 2017 as many as 195 people using total sampling technique. The variables measured were stress, consumption patterns, exercise patterns, age at menarche, BMI and PMS. Univariate and bivariate data analysis and research instruments using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that most of them experienced stress, 124 respondents (65.5%). Based on the consumption pattern, mostly good as much as 124 (65.5%). Based on the exercise pattern, most of it was routine as much as 124 (65.5%). The age of menarche was mostly normal as much as 105 (57.1%). For BMI,mostly normal (56.0%) and mostly experiencing PMS as many as 124 people (65.5%). The statistical test results were obtained for the p-value stress, consumption patterns, exercise patterns = 0.000. For menarche exam p-value = 0.635 and BMI p-value = 0.076. This shows a relationship between stress, consumption patterns and exercise patterns with the incidence of premenstrual syndrome in Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. Meanwhile, the age of menarche and BMI had nothing relationship with the incidence of PMS. The annual report of the Mundu Community Health Center in 2018, for the environmental health program in the STBM activities, can be identified by the ODF verified village by 0.00% or there is still no village categorized as ODF village which currently still has many people defecating carelessly in the work area Mundu Health Center although the implementation of the STBM program has been done 100%. The result of the research showed that mostdetermine the relationship between community perceptions of ODF and open defecationin the work area of Mundu Health Center, Cirebon Regency.The research method used is quantitative with cross Sectional Study design. The population in this study were all communities residing in the work area of Mundu Health Center, Cirebon Regency. The results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers for 7 days from February 1, 2019 to February 7, 2019, out of 25 hypertension sufferers, only 5 patients had normal blood pressure, this was because people with hypertension complained and asked what foods were allowed and what should not be consumed by people with hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between diet and respondent characteristics. This type of research used in this research was descriptive quantitative, with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were patients with hypertension at the UPT Puskesmas DPT Dukupuntang in 2019. The sample size was 84 respondents using purposive sampling, patients who experienced hypertension complications were not respondents. The variables measured in this study were dietary patterns and respondent characteristics (age, gender, employment status). Diet questionnaires and observation sheets were used to record the characteristics of the respondents. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis with percentage and bivariate analysis with chi square test. The results of this study explain the diet of respondents in the good category (29.80%), moderate (21.40%), less (48.80%). Most respondents were male (72.61%), the most age was ≥45 years (81.00%), most of the respondents were still working (91.66%). There is a relationship between diet and respondent characteristics in hypertensive patients with a p value according to age 0.007, according to gender p value 0.002 and according to work p value 0.010. This research method is a descriptive survey research method, the population of this study is 8 medical records officers, and the sample is 8 patients and the sampling uses total sampling. The results were obtained from the WISN ratio of 10 people, namely: 3 outpatient registrations, 1 inpatient registration, 1 outpatient coding, 1 inpatient coding, 2 assembling people, and 2 filing people, so it can be concluded that there are advantages to outpatient registration and any shortages for assembling and filing. The purpose of this study was to review aspects of ergonomics in the medical record storage room. The Used of type research is descriptive. The used method is observation. The purpose of this study is to overview ergonomic aspects in the medical record storage room. The procedure for collecting data in this study is by observation and measurement. The used instrument is observation and measurement sheets. The population and samples in this study are medical record storage room and the officers. The used data analysis is univariate analysis. The research was conducted on 16 may 2019 at Waled public hospital of Cirebon district.From the results of the study about ergonomic aspects according to The International Ergonomic Association IEA, 2002 devided ergonomics into 4 categories. Physical ergonomics with percentage value of 80% and environmental ergonomics also with a percentage value of 80% do not meet ergonomics standard. Cognitive ergonomics with percentage value of 100% which has the same value with ergonomic Organization with percentage value of 100% meet ergonomics standard. it is suggested that hospital, especially in the filling room should replace foot pedestal devices, should use iron material ladders to advoid and reduce the risk of falling for officer. Should Install a temperature indicator or hygrometer in medical record storage room. There is breast cancer rate of 42,1 by 100.000 population and cervical cancer of 23,4 by 100.000 population with an average death of 13,9 by 100.000 population. In Waled Regional Public Hospital Cirebon District, from 2018, 32 breast cancer patients were obtained. This study was conducted to determine complaints in cancer patients based on the stage and duration of chemotherapy at Waled Waled Regional Public Hospital Cirebon District. \u0000This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using a retrospective. The sampling technique used is the total sample of 32 respondents. Statistical tests were performed by univriat analysis. This research was conducted at Waled Regional Public Hospital Cirebon District.
