This literature review aimed to describe the use of structural equation modelling in research. In general, SEM can be used to analyze research models that have several independent (exogenous) and dependent (endogenous) variables, as well as moderating or intervening variables. SEM provides several benefits and advantages for researchers, including building research models with many variables, examining variables or constructs that cannot be observed or cannot be measured directly (unobserved), testing measurement errors (measurement errors) for observed variables or constructs ( observed) and confirmatory factor analysis. Broadly speaking, SEM methods can be classified into two types, namely covariance-based structural equation modelling (CB-SEM) and variance or component-based SEM (VB-SEM), which includes partial least squares (PLS) and generalized structured component analysis (GSCA). Bank Muamalat of Indonesia experienced a decline in profitability that has no growth and continues to be restructured. Meanwhile, profitability is one of the benchmarks for the success of Sharia banking in managing its financial performance. The present study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of variables NPF, BOPO, CAR, FDR, and TPF on the ROA of Bank Muamalat of Indonesia. This study implements a quantitative method using quarterly data from Bank Mumalat of Indonesia for the period 2012-2021. The technique used to analyze the data were the multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis tests, and classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables NPF, BOPO, CAR, FDR, and TPF to ROA. NPF shows a positive and significant value to Bank Muamalat's ROA. BOPO has a negative and significant effect on the ROA of Bank Muamalat. Furthermore, CAR has a positive and significant effect on Bank Muamalat's ROA. FDR has a positive and significant effect on ROA. FDR in this study has the greatest influence over other variables with a t-count value of 3.922, which is smaller than t-table 2.030. Users must first deposit their money to the publisher and store it in electronic media before using it for transaction purposes. Currently, there are two types of digital money in Indonesia, namely server-based digital money and chip-based digital money. This study aims to describe the behavior of using digital money in the millennial generation and its review based on Islamic perspective. This research is an observational study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis was done descriptively. The results of the study show that forms of digital money transactions (OVO) are used as a means of payment for retail transactions, payments for online transportation orders and food orders, payments in e-commerce, and are used to pay bills such as purchasing credit or data packages. Muslim consumer behavior at IAIN Kediri students in using OVO is still in the reasonable stage and not excessive. This paper aims to understand the essentials of the concepts and regulations of the public sector financial performance management in Indonesia. This study examines the performance of public sector organizations in Indonesia, especially looking at the definitions and regulations that form the basis of implementing this performance. The identification of the performance of the public sector in this paper seeks to see the basic concepts that serve as guidelines and the laws and regulations that form the background of the achievements of public organizations in Indonesia. In conclusion, it is revealed that the financial performance of the public sector in Indonesia refers to the applicable laws and regulations starting from the fundamental law, namely the 1945 Constitution, especially Article 23C, followed by several laws, government regulations, presidential regulations, and ministerial finance regulations. Safety climate and safety leadership are important issues in construction companies, one of which is the real estate construction company Alfath Group, which has been operating since 2016 in South Kalimantan. The location of the Alfath group project is in Banjarmasin, Banjarbaru and Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan. This study aims to evaluate the role of safety leadership on safety behavior with safety climate as a mediating variable in order to prevent work accidents in order to increase worker productivity. This study is an observational study with an explanatory research approach which was conducted on 100 respondents of Alfath group workers. Data analysis was carried out using the SMART-PLS program. Various obstacles and challenges in teaching forced the entire academic community to adapt to the biggest health crisis. The research is a pilot study or introduction that aims to see how lecturers interpret their teaching performance during the pandemic and how they reflect on their teaching as an evaluation material. The method used here is a focus group discussion with eight lecturers from UPN Veteran East Java, Jakarta, and Yogyakarta, using thematic analysis to process the data. Three major thematics were found, namely, mental wellbeing, knowledge transfer, and creative pedagogies. It is recommended to conduct research with a larger scale of participants to be able to compare the performance of lecturers at UPN. The pandemic condition makes mental health a priority not only for the students but also the lecturers. Therefore, the combination of teaching creativity and the enhancement of technology are expected to reduce stress and burnout for both parties. Various governments around the world have launched civic response efforts to mitigate the negative impact of the pandemic on education. Due to the movement and health protocol restrictions, the current situation may exacerbate the difficulty encountered during online learning. Teachers must take a different approach to learn in this situation. To improve learning, teachers must assist students and manage them. Teaching is most effective when the learner actively participates and cooperates. Through systematic classroom interaction, cooperative group work as flexible learning allows students to support and encourage one another. This study was conducted at MSU-Sulu on cooperative group work as an approach. The study's participants are 4th year College education students. The researcher used a checklist questionnaire to determine the potential effects of cooperative group work as flexible learning. The scoring scheme employed 4 points Likert scale. The findings of the study on the effects of cooperative group work on the performance of 4th year college education students. On the potential effects of cooperative group, workshop participants agreed. Students should be encouraged to adopt cooperative group work to enhance their knowledge and skills, especially during a pandemic.
