The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and document review. Data analysis techniques are used starting from the data collection stage, data reduction, data display, data verification, until the conclusion stage. The results showed that the communication aspect was running quite well. In the aspect of resources, it is good enough because of adequate staff, both in quality and quantity. In the disposition aspect, employee placement is quite effective with the existing structure. In the aspect of bureaucratic structure, it has not been going well. Even though there is a Standard Operating Procedure that is used as a reference in carrying out the work, the stages are too long. Thus, it can be suggested that in the communication aspect, the Regional Revenue Agency conducts outreach directly to the community by coordinating with the sub-district and lurah / head of lembang to present the community as participants. On the resource aspect, it is necessary to improve the capacity of employees through technical guidance activities related to services. In the disposition aspect, there is a need for consistency from the leadership and employees in their duties and responsibilities because of the high incentives provided. In the aspect of bureaucratic structure, it is necessary to simplify standard operating procedures so that they are easy to run. Furthermore, it requires commitment and consistency from employees in order to properly implement these standard operating procedures.","PeriodicalId":335324,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Asian Multicultural Research for Social Sciences Study","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115241174","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

She was a substantial poet who used diverse images, terms, and symbols in order to express her feelings and concerns. This study seeks to analyze the role of love in her poetry and how it helped her deliver her feminist desires and attain freedom. What makes this research new is that Plath's life which looked like a mystery has been highly appealing to her readers and other researchers. Hence, the current study may be regarded as a positive step toward a better appreciation of her life and career. It is ultimately found that Plath's use of love in her poetry is rooted in her relationship with such men as her husband. Due to this relationship, Plath had a puzzling viewpoint regarding love which seemed to be simultaneously redeemable and destructive.","PeriodicalId":335324,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Asian Multicultural Research for Social Sciences Study","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117008145","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Language is an important part of how people interact with each other because it is the most basic way to share ideas and information. The is also going to be one of the goals that is reviewed How the use of different languages creates barriers in cross-cultural communities and how these barriers affect the bonds that are made in cross-cultural communities. It draws attention to the current methods for studying political discourse and emphasizes its features and purposes. The qualities of this idea are developed from the standpoint of the linguacultural paradigm, which has language at its core. Discourse serves as a \"live language,\" applied or \"in the process of application\" (Van Dijk, 1993), whereas language itself can continue to exist even if it is unclaimed or unapplied. The English language's dynamic nature as an adaptive and self-adjusting system, which responds to the modification of the linguacultural space, social and informational environment in accordance with the communicative needs of society, in particular the need to express the foreign linguacultural lexicon, determines the research mechanism for this work. English is preferred above other languages in contemporary intercultural communication because it is a \"lingua franca\" for describing contacts. Consequently, the English language must be modified for use. The instability of the political situation, which is reflected in the political world's image and is fixed in the linguistic picture of the world and in contacting languages, is the cause of the political lexicon's ability to transfer.","PeriodicalId":335324,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Asian Multicultural Research for Social Sciences Study","volume":"200 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123021816","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
