As a necessary conditon for the country's territorial integrity and the unity of its economic space, regular air lines connect all parts of the huge state, ensure the expansion of China's foreign economic relatons and its integraton into the system of world economic relatons. Despite the losses incurred by the industry in 2020 due to the COVID‑19 epidemic, China contnues to explode its air travel market. Moreover, the Chinese airlines were the fastest to restore the previous, «dock‑like» indicators. At this stage, the main problem of Chinese civil aviaton is saturaton of the market with aircraf of its own producton. Actng in cooperaton with Russia and other post‑Soviet countries, the PRC begins producton of its own models of civil aircraf and is thinking about promotng these products to foreign markets.","PeriodicalId":333639,"journal":{"name":"Eastern Analytics","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121305481","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article analyzes the issue of countering Islamic extremism in modern Russian educational system. In the first part of the article the authors develop the theoretical framework for the notion “Islamism”, classify supporters of this ideology and also mention mechanisms of recruitment and some reasons which encourage people to join extremist organizations. In the second part of the article the authors propose some practical options intended to counter Islamic extremism in Russian educational system. Moreover, the proposed options are divided between religious and secular education, which have their own specific characteristics. The authors conclude that there is a need for the training of national Islamic theological personnel. In the sphere of secular education a special emphasis should be put on the development of the sense of civic identity prevailing over religious one. The second important component is building skills of critical thinking.","PeriodicalId":333639,"journal":{"name":"Eastern Analytics","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114553784","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"THE AFGHAN ISSUE IN PAKISTAN'S RELATIONS WITH THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY","authors":"S. The article analyzes the development and active implementation of Pakistan's policy of internationalization of the Afghan issue since the outbreak of the armed conflict in Afghanistan in the late 1970s. The author proves that the Afghan conflict has always been one of the pivotal factors for Pakistan in building its relations with the international community. In order to receive significant amounts of financial and military assistance, Pakistan sought to position itself as a frontline state. Since the late 2000s Pakistan has instrumentalized the Afghan issue to diversify its international relations searching for partners from the neighboring regions as a counterweight to the USA. The author examines the features and effectiveness of Pakistan's participation in various multilateral forums concerning the Afghan issue to some extent. The article emphasizes the essential infrastructure projects that will connect South and Central Asia, as well as potentially have a positive impact on the Pakistani economy. The article especially focuses on the Afghan issue as a part of Pakistan's foreign policy strategy since the Taliban's coming to power in Afghanistan in 2021. In this regard, Pakistan's key strategic documents, statements by Pakistani officials, and international community's expectations from the Pakistani authorities are analyzed. Based on this, it is predicted that Pakistan has to harmonize its position with the global and regional powers for a number of reasons and does not appear to be the first to recognize the Taliban government of Afghanistan. The author comes to the conclusion that Pakistan's correct approach towards the Afghan issue will contribute to its rise, above all, in the regional subsystem of international relations as a constructive actor and boost its socio-economic development.","PeriodicalId":333639,"journal":{"name":"Eastern Analytics","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132187283","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although Beijing is trying to demonstrate its neutrality on this issue, the statements of Chinese leaders and diplomats and, most importantly, their deeds reflect the growing cooperation between two countries in politics, economy, finance, and even in the military sphere. It seems possible to talk about the nascent union of the two countries, although for the time being they prefer to keep silent about this in Russia, and in China, and, even more so, in the West. In the first part of the article (June 2022), the political, economic and financial aspects of China's reaction to the Ukrainian events were considered, an attempt was made to predict the future configuration of relations between the Russian Federation and China, the impact of these relations on the global economy. In 2023, relations between the two countries clearly exceeded the level of partnership (even strategic) and began to resemble allied relations of states with close interests in foreign policy, acting in concert against common opponents, significantly expanding their combined influence on global political, financial, and economic development.","PeriodicalId":333639,"journal":{"name":"Eastern Analytics","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130051976","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Using the example of the Dohuk province, which has become the main source of illegal immigration it can be featured as “cauldron” of refugees and interally displaced persons (IDPs) as a result of the destabilization in Syria and Iraq since 2014. The author uses the “core-periphery” model, where the EU now as a «core of attraction» for illegal migrants from Kurdistan, and the “Belarusian” migration crisis has become an important marker of the refugees turning into non-state actors with their own agenda, using new political opportunities for immigration to EU countries. At the same time, the regional government of Iraqi Kurdistan (KRG) used the refugees in Iraqi Kurdistan to expand its spatial control and forming borders of the autonomy. The displacement of the refugees has become the main alibi for building Iraqi Kurdistan’s own state security system, which could potentially be assumed as creation of an independent state. This sometimes caused discrepancies in the concepts of refugees and IDPs, which, on the one hand, shows the powerful role of refugees in the formation and strengthening of Kurdish ethno-national particularism, but at the same time leaves much space to the actualization of push-factors, mainly economic, affecting the intensification of illegal migration from Iraqi Kurdistan to Europe.","PeriodicalId":333639,"journal":{"name":"Eastern Analytics","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114353643","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Indonesian Central government’s spending on transport has increased significantly in recent years. This allowed the country to expand its transport network and improve access to remote areas of the archipelago. Maritime navigation provides a link between different parts of the country. On some Islands, where there are no good roads, the main transport connection is via large rivers. The most important direction of the country’s transport policy is the development of high-speed cargo and passenger sea connections with the most remote and inaccessible regions of the country, primarily with the Eastern part of Indonesia. A variety of vehicles are used on the roads of Indonesia. Bus routes are laid in all areas that have access to the road network. Since 2004, the TransJakarta rapid bus system has been operating in the country. Most of Indonesia’s Railways are located in Java and are used for both passenger and freight transport. In March 2019, the Jakarta metro started operating. Indonesia’s air transport is the most important means of communication between thousands of Islands throughout the archipelago and other countries. Many residents of the country have switched from land and sea transport to faster and more comfortable air transportation. Indonesia, like other countries, was severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Further development of transport depends on how quickly the country recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic and how effectively the authorities deal with its consequences.","PeriodicalId":333639,"journal":{"name":"Eastern Analytics","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114418075","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was revealed that in the 21st century the armed forces of Pakistan and, in particular, a special unit (Inter-Services Public Relations), responsible for public relations, are actively working on constructing the necessary image of the Armed Forces. We see that the strategy of Inter-Services Public Relations covers a large number of channels (social networks, magazines, and so on). The article examines the historical context and various channels of communication: primarily the presence in social networks (both in video and in text format). The construction of the image after the conflict in Kargil in 1999 and the coming to power of P. Musharraf is considered. After these events, an active process was launched to work on the image of the armed forces both in the media and in the ISPR materials. It was revealed that the video materials are primarily aimed at the widest possible audience, also covering various ethnic groups; various problems related to the armed forces (for example, counter-terrorism operations). It is shown that two main directions of image construction can be distinguished: positive-aggressive, that is, armed forces equipped with the most advanced types of weapons that defeat the enemy; emotional – the armed forces value and honor the heroes who gave their lives for their homeland. A special place is occupied by the emotional involvement of the population, as a result of which the image of the armed forces is constructed as a force that protects the Motherland from any enemies, and the hero-soldier turns out to be the object of the nation's love. Much attention is paid to the personality of the Chief of the Army Staff, whose image, similar to the hero soldier, can be seen as the image of the armed forces as a whole.","PeriodicalId":333639,"journal":{"name":"Eastern Analytics","volume":"259 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133657067","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
