Despite numerous regulations governing the rights and participation of disabled voters in elections, their political rights, particularly the right to vote, are often overlooked in practice. This is evident in their low participation rates in elections, especially in Medan City. The research aims to assess the level of participation and political behavior of disabled individuals in elections and evaluate the efforts of the Medan City Election Commission (KPU) in enhancing their participation. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, using interviews and in-depth analysis as data collection techniques. The findings indicate inaccurate data regarding disabled individuals in Medan City and low participation rates due to the lack of professionalism among polling station officers in data collection and services. This study recommends recruiting polling station officers based on qualifications and relevant experience to provide maximum and professional services in their duties. The data updating process should also be improved through collaboration between election organizers, the Department of Social Affairs, and the Department of Population and Civil Registration to collect data on disabled individuals in Medan City more effectively. The study's findings underscore the substantial influence of the retro fashion trend on café chair design in Surabaya. Notably, Generation Z's consumer demand, characterized by heightened consumerism and a penchant for contemporary trends, plays a pivotal role in shaping fashion cycles and lifestyle choices. The enduring appeal of the retro trend, spanning from the 1970s to the present, resonates strongly with Generation Z, especially those who harbor nostalgic inclinations. Furthermore, the adaptation of retro fashion trends remains pertinent as a significant segment of the population still gravitates toward styles from the 1970s to the 1990s. This research reveals that Surabaya's café chair designs adeptly incorporate retro elements, encompassing material selection, silhouettes, colors, and styles. A descriptive qualitative research method is employed due to the nuanced nature of the issues at hand. Key informants (Vice Chairman of the Religious Courts in Medan City), main informants (mediators), and additional informants (court clerks) constitute the research subjects. Data collection methods encompass observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification, with data validity confirmed through triangulation. The implementation of Perma No. 1 of 2016 is evaluated through the lens of Edward III's theory, encompassing communication, disposition, resources, and bureaucratic structure. However, the appointment of mediator judges remains suboptimal. Mediation of divorce cases at the Religious Courts in Medan City is perceived as less effective, supported by the limited number of successfully mediated cases. Specifically, it analyzes the utilization of the Early Warning System as a disaster communication medium through the Table Top Exercise method and identifies challenges faced within the Disaster Risk Reduction Forum in Gung Pinto Village, Kec. Namanteran District, Karo. The study focuses on the People-Centered Early Warning System and the incorporation of Local Wisdom in the Early Warning System. The research employs the Knowledge Construction Theory as its theoretical framework. Data is gathered through interviews, observations, and document analysis, with qualitative analysis methods applied. The study concludes that the implementation of an Early Warning System (EWS) can significantly mitigate risks and safeguard communities against disaster impacts. Matahari Alka during the 2021 Covid-19 pandemic. This research primarily focuses on the analysis of SP KEP SPSI Bekasi's strategies and their success in challenging unilateral layoffs at PT. Alka Sun. Employing a qualitative approach, along with interviews conducted with SP KEP Bekasi Branch and Work Unit administrators within the company, this study, guided by Calvin Mackenzie's interest group strategy theory and Douglas McAdam's social movements theory, generates significant insights. The resistance undertaken by SP KEP SPSI Bekasi was rooted in the company's violations against workers, including unilateral layoffs that diverged from collective work agreement (PKB) provisions, non-payment of wages, and the prohibition of union activities. SP KEP SPSI's strategy encompassed demonstrations, lobbying of relevant authorities, and dialogue-based negotiations. The problem is focused on sustainable tourism development, identification of stakeholders involved, and the model. To approach this problem, theoretical references from Cooper, Swarbrooke, Maryono, and Sturesson, E., Lindmark, A., & Nilsson Roos, M. Data collection was carried out through document review, interviews, and observations. The technique for determining informants uses the snowball technique. The results of this research show that the development of sustainable tourism in the Nongkosawit Tourism Village, analyzed from an economic aspect, has not provided maximum benefits, so from a social and cultural aspect it can be said to be quite optimal, and from an environmental aspect quite optimal. The results of the field findings show that sustainable tourism development in the Nongkosawit Tourism Village has not implemented the principles of sustainable tourism. The stakeholders involved in tourism development in the Nongkosawit Tourism Village are grouped into three, namely primary, secondary, and key stakeholders which then form the Penta helix model. Korean pop music, also known as K-pop, became a major component of the second K-wave after the first K-wave's drama-focused craze. Additionally, K-pop's fanbase has grown outside of Asia to the West thanks to the quick adoption of social media platforms like YouTube and Twitter. The popularity of K-pop throughout the world helps to improve the perception of \"Korea\" and has a positive effect on the Korean economy. According to reports, Korea has 1,000 active entertainment agencies in addition to the \"big three\" record labels and agencies: SM Entertainment, YG Entertainment, and JYP Entertainment. In this instance, we talk about the K-pop phenomenon's global appeal and how social media has contributed to the genre's recent boom. This study used a qualitative type of research, so that researchers could obtain direct and more detailed information from informants by telling the steps taken by the Tebing Tinggi City KPU (General Election Commissions) in conducting technical guidance on KPPS and the impact on participants in Bimtek. This research was conducted at the Tebing Tinggi City KPU, North Sumatra Province in the 2019 Election. The results showed that the KPPS in this case worked according to the capabilities and understanding found from the results of following technical guidance carried out by PPK and PPS in stages. However, the biggest obstacle to KPPS technical guidance in the 2019 elections in Tebing Tinggi City was constrained by several of the following factors, namely: 1. Budget, 2. Time Planning and 3. Technical Guidance Method.
