The intervention provided in this study was positive thinking training. This study aimed to find out the influence of positive thinking training in reducing the stress levels of people with hypertension, by using a pretest-posttest randomized control group design with three meausurement points. The subjects of the study consisted of 10 people with hypertension who are in moderate to severe scores (based on the Indonesian version of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales), and analyzed with the Mann-Whitney non-parametric test. The results indicated a significant difference (p0.05) in positive thinking training in reducing stress between the experimental group and control group. Next, a non-parametric Wilcoxon signed rank test was applied. Results indicated a significant difference Z = -2,032 (p0,050) in the stress levels of people with hypertension before and after positive thinking training. This study has implications for positive thinking training applications in reducing the stress of people with hypertension. Situasi ini mengharuskan individu mampu melakukan penyesuaian terhadap kebijakan yang berlaku. Tak terkecuali pada aspek pendidikan. Sebagai upaya preventif penyebaran Covid-19 lebih luas, pemerintah memberlakukan kebijakan pembelajaran dengan jarak jauh dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis daring. Kebijakan ini menjadi alternatif dalam situasi saat ini. Namun hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh negatif terhadap kondisi mahasiswa dalam menjalani pembelajaran daring, diantaranya seperti adanya kondisi burnout dan distres psikologis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara burnout dengan distres psikologis pada mahasiswa dalam menjalani pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional, dengan teknik analisis Correlation Product Moment Pearson untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Sampel dari penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik convinience sampling. Dari data penyebaran kuesioner yang diterima melalui google form, diketahui sebanyak 110 partisipan yang ikut serta dalam penelitian ini, yakni mahasiswa aktif UIN Satu Tulungagung. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Skala Burnout dengan Cronbach alpha’s 0,911 dan Skala Distres Psikologis dengan Cronbach Alpha’s 0,911. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil koefisien korelasi rxy= 0,648 dan signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Lack of education and awareness related to cyber security including bullying has contributed to the misuse of available facilities, especially social media. Cyberbullying is a serious concern among secondary students, and owing to the pandemic COVID-19, the majority of secondary students are required to attend class online in order to complete their studies. However, the use of technology in secondary school has a detrimental influence, as seen by the rise in cyberbullying instances among secondary pupils. Using the Scopus database, we discovered 36 publications connected to the term that was used. Following the screening, a total of 17 academic documents that are entirely connected to the study issue were obtained and examined. Thematic analysis performed shows several important aspects studied which looks at the impact, prevention, and knowledge of cyberbullying among secondary students, teachers, and parents. The findings also point towards raising awareness about the impact of cyberbullying on secondary students and how to prevent it. Pasien dengan gangguan neurasthenia memiliki asumsi disfungsional yang merupakan hasil interaksi perilaku, emosi, gejala dan pikiran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi kognitif perilakuan terhadap pasien dengan gangguan neurastenia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus terhadap satu orang subjek penelitian. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang laki-laki berusia 43 tahun yang bekerja sebagai guru komputer dan kepala lab komputer di SMP. Subjek selama 2 bulan terakhir mengalami gejala kelelahan yang kronis ketika menjalankan aktivitas pekerjaan, pikiran menjadi kacau dan badan lemas, serta kekhawatiran akan terjadi sesuatu terhadap dirinya ketika muncul gejala-gejala tersebut saat berada di jalan. Gejala-gejala tersebut membuat subjek sering tidak masuk kerja atau pulang lebih awal dari pekerjaannya. Faktor individu mempunyai peran yang penting untuk memunculkan perilaku OCB, salah satunya adalah kemampuan untuk melihat dan memahami melalui sudut pandang orang lain atau yang disebut perspective taking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perspective taking terhadap OCB pada anggota organisasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 197 mahasiswa, 56 laki – laki dan 141 perempuan dengan rentang usia 18 - 23 tahun. Data dikumpulkan secara online dengan menggunakan dua skala, skala perspective taking dan skala OCB. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMA di Bandung dan sekitarnya yang usia 15-18 tahun kelas X-XII yang mengambil mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling non probability sampling. Pada penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada uji validitas dan reliabilitas ini sejumlah 200 siswa SMA di Bandung dan sekitarnya.  Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, variabel student engagement yang digunakan pada siswa SMA di Bandung yaitu behavioral engagement, emotional engagement, behavioral disaffection, dan emotional disaffection memenuhi syarat analisis CFA yaitu modelnya FIT. Coping ini merupakan salah satu bentuk coping yang paling efektif dalam mengatasi berbagai permasalahan, termasuk mahasiswa sebagai pelajar dalam menghadapi hambatan dalam akademiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh religious coping positif terhadap academic burnout pada mahasiswa PAI universitas swasta di Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian survey menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 114 mahasiswa PAI universitas swasta di Yogyakarta, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji regresi linear sederhana dengan adaptasi skala pengukuran IRCOPE (Iranian Religious Coping Scale) untuk menganalisis variabel religious coping positif dan MBI-SS (Maslach Burnout Inventory - Student Survey) untuk menganalisis variabel academic burnout. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) mahasiswa PAI universitas swasta di Yogyakarta memiliki tingkat religious coping positif yang sangat tinggi (2) mahasiswa PAI universitas swasta di Yogyakarta memiliki tingkat academic burnout yang rendah (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara religious coping positif terhadap academic burnout dengan persamaan garis regresi yaitu Y = 72.645 – 0.546 X dan pengaruhnya adalah sebesar 17.2%. Religious coping positif dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi academic burnout yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa. Salah satu intervensi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi kesehatan psikologis adalah Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) salah satu varian dari Art Therapy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas DMT berdasarkan variasi kasus serta kategori usia. Systematic literature review dilakukan menggunakan protokol PRISMA pada 10 artikel jurnal terpilih berdasarkan kriteria ekslusi dan inklusi yang sudah ditetapkan. Hasil yang didapat dari review bahwa DMT dapat dilakukan pada rentang usia remaja sampai dengan lansia, serta dapat memberikan efektifitas menangani permasalahan psikologis seperti depresi, stress, autism, dan quality of life. A correlational design was adopted and data were collected from a randomly selected sample of 142 business educators (12 HODs and 130 lecturers) using a structured psychological scale. Data where analyzed using Pearson correlation matrix and linear regression. Pearson correlation matrix was employed to answer the research question while linear regression was used to test the null hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The result showed a significant but low correlation between work self-efficacy and task performance (r = .263; p = .002). The result also showed a significant but low correlation between work self-efficacy and contextual performance (r = .238; p = .007). The results also showed a significant but low correlation between work self-efficacy and overall job performance (r = .315; p = .000). Kesejahteraan dosen ini tidak hanya meliputi kesejahteraan dalam hal gaji (upah) yang diterimakan saja tetapi juga kesejahteraan yang dirasakan oleh dosen ditempat kerja nya, karena kesejahteraan yang di rasakan oleh sesorang sangat berkaitan dengan individu dalam menyelesasikan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan antara Workplace Well-being yang dirasakan oleh Dosen ditinjau dari variabel Personal Characteristic dan Job Demands di Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan subjek penelitian dengan menggunakan Purposive sampling, subjek pada penelitian ini adalah Dosen yang bekerja di Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa baik dosen berstatus tetap maupun dosen kontrak, bgerjenis kelamin laki-laki maupun perempuan. Jumlah subjek sebanyak 147 orang dosen. Skala yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Skala workplace well being, personal characteristic dan job demands. Berdasarkn hasil analisis regresi untuk menguji hipotesis di peroleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,436 dengan nilai F=16,946 dan nilai R square sebesar 0,191, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Personal Characteristic dan Job Demands memiliki pengaruh sebesar 19,1% terhadap variabel Workplace well-being dan 80,9% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan taraf signifikansi 0,000 (p0,01),ini menunjukkan bahwa Personal Characteristic dan Job Demands berpengaruh terhadap Workplace well being pada Dosen di Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa, hal ini menjukkan bahwa tinggi rendahnya Workplace well being yang dirasakan oleh dosen sangat di pengaruhi oleh Personal Characteristic masing-masing dosen dan juga tinggi rendahnya Job Demands yang dirasakan. ","PeriodicalId":33352,"journal":{"name":"Insight Jurnal Ilmiah Psikologi","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48367864","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
