The Indonesian government implemented a Distance Learning policy that made Bimbel Enggon Sin_Au_Qu which is a non-formal education service provider institution adapt and experience an increase in demand for services so that management added tutors. With this development, it is necessary to analyze gender equality in Bimbel Enggon Sin_Au_Qu. The data used is secondary data with a quantitative descriptive approach. The analysis carried out gave results in the form of mapping an increase in the number of students including Gen-Y and I-Gen. In terms of the quantity of tutors at Enggon Sin_Au_Qu as many as 18 people, dominated by female tutors as much as 56% while the remaining 44% are male tutors. The greater quantity of female tutors cannot be separated psychologically from women playing a role in shaping and developing the personality of students. The general description of the data on the role of tutors on students is the role of female tutors by 39% in the development of Gen-Y and I-Gen in Enggon Sin_Au_Qu, while the role of male tutors is greater, namely 61%. Based on these data, there are more female tutors in quantity, but in terms of quality male tutors have a bigger role in the development of non-formal education for Bimbel Enggon Sin_Au_Qu. Young marriages referred to here are marriages carried out before the age recommended by the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN), which is 21 years for women and 25 years for men. When the Covid-19 pandemic entered Indonesia, the government carried out various restrictions to break the chain of this virus. This caused the Indonesian economy to decline drastically, but it actually made more and more teenagers marry at a young age. It is very interesting to study how the psychology of women who marry at a young age during the Covid-19 pandemic is very interesting. This study aims to determine the psychology of women who marry at a young age during the covid-19 pandemic, whether these women are happy or even experience stress and depression. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Research participants are women who are married under the age of 21, married during the COVID-19 pandemic, live in East Java Province, and are willing to be involved in research. Data collection using semi-structured interviews. The phenomenon that happens is the role of father and mother that is invisible in the task of pre-adolescent development on the subject. This is an important issue because aggressive behavior can harm the environment and other people, both physically and psychologically. Things that may determine the emergence of aggressive behavior in adolescents are the quality of parental attachment and self-control. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the quality of parental attachment and self-control with aggressive behavior in adolescents. This study uses 3 variables, namely parental attachment and self-control is the independent variable and aggressive behavior is the dependent variable. The population in this study were late teens, the sample used was purposive sampling. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that the calculated Fvalue = 50,634 > Ftable = 2.59 (p = 0.000 <0.05), meaning that there was a significant relationship between the quality of parental attachment and self-control with adolescent aggressive behavior. Parental attachment and aggressive behavior gave an effective contribution of 5.91% while the contribution of self-control to aggressive behavior was 20.77% so that self-control had a more dominant influence on adolescent aggressive behavior. In this study, the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between social support and psychological adjustment. The characteristics possessed in this study are prisoners who are first entered in prison with a detention period of 0-6 months. The method used by the researcher is quantitative with purposive random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 140 prisoners, including 40 prisoners as a trial try out, and 100 prisoners as research. The results of this study were analyzed using a simple regression test, the results of which indicated the acceptance of the proposed hypothesis. These results can be seen from the value of the correlation coefficient r = 0.343 or 34.3% with a significance value (P) = 0.000 < 0.01. This study used quantitative method as an approached and accidental sampling as a sampling technique. The respondent that involved in this study are 150 college students (n=150, 40 men and 110 women). This study used two instruments, they are neuroticism scale and phubbing scale that arrange as Likert scale. Neuroticism scale developed by researcher based on neuroticism aspect by McCrae dan Costa, that are anxiety, angry hostility, depression, self-consciousness, impulsiveness, and vulnerability. Phubbing scale that used in this study is an adaptation scale from Zulfikar, this scale developed based on two aspect from Karadağ, that are disturbance and phone obsession. The data of this study was analyzed use Ordinal Regression test with significance value 0,000 (p<0,05) and Nagelkerke value is 0,261. It means Neuroticism can affect phubbing behavior on college students of Makassar State University and the contribute of the effect is 26,1%. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dan diukur sebanyak tiga kali (pretest, posttest, dan follow up dalam 10 hari setelah perlakuan). Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 18 orang remaja yatim dan memiliki skor berpikir positif dan kepercayaan diri yang rendah, subjek terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Pembagian kedua kelompok tersebut dilakukan dengan cara random assigment. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan perlakuan berupa intervensi pelatihan berpikir positif yang dilakukan selama 3 hari. Kelompok kontrol mendapatkan perlakuan setelah follow up dilakukan. Skala berpikir positif dan kepercayaan diri digunakan sebagai alat ukur dalam penelitian. Hasil analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis Mann Whitney U-Test didapatkan hasil, skor post test antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol sebesar Z -3,582 dengan Asymp. Sig sebesar (p=0,000<0.05), dimana terdapat perbedaan skor kepercayaan diri setelah diberikan intervensi pelatihan berpikir positif dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberikan intervensi. Tingkat kepercayaan diri kelompok eksperimen setelah diberikan intervensi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between gratitude and resilience with adolescent psychological well-being during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses correlational quantitative method. The research subjects were high school students in Surakarta with a total of 138 students. Data were collected using the Psychological Well-Being Scale, Gratitude, and Resilience. The content validity for all 3 scales moves from 0.75 to 1.00. The reliability of the psychological well-being scale is 0.797, gratitude is 0.835, and resilience is 0.876. The results of the multiple regression analysis showed that R = 0.752 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is a very significant relationship between gratitude and resilience with psychological well-being. The effective contribution of gratitude and resilience variables to psychological well-being is 56.6%, and there are still 43.4% of other factors that affect psychological well-being.
